Some people have more important stuff to do instead of checking the accusation thread every minutes. There is nothing that he can do anyway, if fortunejack asked him to wait then the only thing left is to wait. Forcing or being active in the thread wont help anything. You have it right they still have an active "accusation" and that accusation is still currently being handled by FortuneJack and all they asked for the players is to understand their side of the story as currently their fraud control system is not working properly.

Also we need to understand that Sir David is new to his job and what he is doing is currently out of his control as his job is community manager not a tech support, so you really need to appreciate that he is helping him right now. Not being active for 3 days does not mean that he is not solving the problem he might be busy with some other things.

Yep exactly, I can't see a world in which FJ would not pay out a players winnings unless there's some hard evidence that they cheated or something else. As it stands now FJ is probably the best casino for crypto that has been around for such a long time with a proven track record. I get my point may seem skewed considering I'm part of their signature campaign but I've been playing there for a long time prior to joining it..

Yeah I've seen that they've replied and that's why I think everyone should just relax a bit regarding the entire situation. We don't know how the talks behind the scenes are, they might have been talking with this user over the last 3 days, we just don't know.

As for the user in question, I find it weird as well. He logs in, posts here about missing 9BTC and then says nothing for a day or two, another couple of days passes by and he logs on to say they have not contacted him, then he's gone for a few days again Cheesy

. I think it's all a bit weird. But I'll wait for FJ to tell us what's going on.

I agree with you totally that mistakes can do happen, and the basis of my opinion isn't from any user. I based it to the fact that FJ could've posted something in lieu with his claims. FJ can either say they sent information, or anything aside from the last response they gave which is dated Nov. 24.

Yes, FJ has no doubt paid more in the past, although that should not give them the right to hold the bitcoin of a player without any follow up information. It should be the sites duty to reach out and not the players obligation to be looking for answers.

They have paid more than that in the past, if there is nothing wrong with him winning all those money then all he need is to wait. If he is found suspicious then an investigation needs to be done. Everyone that signed up in a site and never read the ToA of course will be agitated like this if they are put on hold like this so i wont really blame him as well
