Seems so, I dont see other hourly freerolls on the tournament lobby except the one which is completed already and the one which is still running at the moment. The last one was shifted half a hour and now the rest are cancelled. Think the people in this thread got what they wanted and will no reap the result.

If there will be no 20 players LOL, that tournaments will never run, but yet they give away 15btc per month in freerolls to people who have no money to deposit.
So they make 0.020 btc freerolls each hour burning money, at the same time expecting 20 players to register in 1 btc tournament otherwise they will cancel it.
So once again people who actually have deposited can't play but freerollers can.

Dear FortuneJack management, I think you need to hire someone who is competent in that area. Current poker manager is clueless AF.

They should put up some satellites to qualify to big tournament, as someone esle already wrote.
These satellites could be either buyins one or also free to enter and in this second case they may held this every two hours and the same could be done with 20 mBTC freeroll; to be clear we may have 20 mBTC freeroll at even hours and satellites at odd hours.
Just a spare idea to create a decent field to have some big tourneys running.

In my humble opinion you should re-allocate part of the funds that now are reserved for the hourly freeroll (or increase the total amount of funds destined to promotion - choice is yours) to some promotions to increase cashgame or sng/mtt traffic (in addition to setting up a decent sng/mtt schedule).

For example some leaderboards for: numbers of hands played or numbers of flop seen or amount raked with cash prizes for first "n" positions or premium percentage of rakeback different for every winning position

Also a table starter rakeback could help in having tables running

Also, as someone else already wrote, satellites to biggest tournament (that are often cancelled due to lack of participants).

Just have a look at what your competitors have set up and "steal" some ideas.

The auto unreg might actually be a good thing. At least they are preventing guys from longing in, register account A, log out, login Account B, register, log out....repeat to Z.

Sometimes I get issues been trying to play with Puffin through my andriod from time to time and it has some serious lag issues.
Been fiddling around turning things off and on to see what works better. Did notice once I was timed out just before a tourney start and it unregistered me. So I have stuck to registering in the last 5 minutes to be safe.
