Today I noticed that my recent history of dice bets will disappear after I refresh the page. Last week only I played and it is showing that old one and today one not showing. Is any one facing same issue?

Anyway I sent details to support team and waiting for the answer.  May it is small bug in the system.

I dont have any issues with it but I'm curious if others do. The system has a few bugs here and there but otherwise works pretty flawlessly. Cant wait to see what else they do with it for sure haha

I have had the same problem.  Every time I log in I see very old bet history even after clearing the cache.

That means I'm not the first person to face this issue. Did you ask support help that time?

If they know already means, they may be already looking into this issue and fixing soon. For me support team said that referred to technical team and will fix it soon. Hope they will fix it soon this bug for every one.

The really Nice thing I found about this site is that they are really Punctual and user friendly. I encountered 2-3 times with this site and find very organised and user friendly. The last time i have encountered is there youtube video contest. They emailed and PMed me very in time. And this is great for a good site.



But the things I dont like, I wasnt expecting that much low reward for this video i think, i was looking something big for sure, because the that large contest and 10 btc reward for the first winner and much for the other 30 participant. Unfortunately only 8 participated and i thought we can win big, that why i advertised my video much and bring some organic crypto related Viewers but the reward was only .03BTC seriously lol  Grin It doesnt matter much about money but Much about My Time that I gave. lol seriously

My andriod no longer works with this site,must have been a upgrade somewhere recently. Will check my computer later today and see if there are any issues there as well.
It works for me but it loads the desktop version not the mobile version, i hope it's fixed soon.

Poker tables are still empty on this site, so hope they change it up. Freerolls with rake requirements would help.

There can always be an option for rake points which could be used for some special GTD tournament.  The other poker site has implemented this feature therefore this will encourage people to play at the table to get rake points. There is nothing better than getting points for buy in and try to win chips at the same time if you ask me

Was quite active in a league for pokerstars called PSO and they ran freerolls on the hour with monthly prizes. They set this up as a school with videos, coaches and a forum. The pokerstars would come interact and play. When I left they had this setup in different countries and was to encourage play.
I know this because I was a mod on the site and would bicker over ideas and promotions.
My tone may be a bit off in my comments but this is what I was trying to express.

End of the day I want all these sites to do well.

Support just emailed me and asked me for the most basic information, which I already provided.

Still not resolved 8 hours after sending an email and logging a ticket, Live Support just told me to wait another day.

I am a VIP player here, playing at least 1000 mBTC per spin, most times more.

This is how they treat me??

I was in the middle of playing live Roulette, and I hit #32 for 80 mBTC, the hand number is 216914073 - instead of updating my balance - it went to 0?


I can not get in touch with Live Support, and they weren't helpful anyway with other questions - like why it takes 20+ minutes to get my account credited after a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain?

I expect you to resolve this accordingly and provide me with proper compensation for missing out on numbers while your system was apparently down for DDOS.

LAST UPDATE

After reaching out to Support directly on this forum via PM, I was able to get some attention. Keep in mind, I've deposited over 150 BTC on this site since September 2015. It took 24 hours, 2 emails to Support, 3 contacts with Live Support, 3 Posts on BitcoinTalk, and 1 PM but they finally looked into my account and credited me correctly for my win,

Earlier I responded to support thanking him/her, and asking them if they wanted to compensate a VIP further, especially considering I would have hit the next number (#27) for nearly the max bet with a simply click of "reset" - which I absolutely would have done since I was still chasing, but the Admin / Support never responded, so I took that as a sign they didn't want to compensate me whatsoever, and that's fine - it's their decision.

So with the 2800 mBTC, I played a few more spins and lost, cause you know - Math.

I loved the live roulette here, but based on the difficulty getting any real support outside of wasting my time on this forum, timing issues with deposits and withdrawals, and how they mishandled this issue - I will not make another deposit on this site.

Paging Bitzino.com, Bitcoinrush.io, or CoinRoyale.com to get some Live Roulette so I can once again enjoy this game online.
