The case is already closed since about 9 months, no one will drop it at this time anymore. It’s just that those obese fat asses in the Curaçao’s court are too busy with other things apparently and having fun postponing the judgement one month at a time each time. We will see what happens on the 9th of December. Justice not served = criminal lawsuit started in France. I will not group other people around me though that would take more time and organization. It’s costly yes but worth it.

Didnt you say last time that they cant postpone the judgment anymore?  
Maybe some workers in court are good friends with fj and they are making everything to postpone this as much as they can, until someone decides to drop the case.

All this costs a lot of money, hiring law firms and lawyers is not cheap.
Joining forces with other damaged fj customers is something you can consider.

So for the 7th time, judgement postponed. Probably dealing with some obese fat asses over there. But this is going to be the last time. If, on the 9th of december, they’ll postpone again, I am suing FortuneJack in France in the criminal court for illegal gambling operations. I’ve hired a law firm here who did research and indeed I can sue them for this (they’ll decrease their fees contigent on winning the case).

I hate doing this but I might have to, I won’t be waiting for another 3 years just to start a case. I can also sue all other gambling sites that offered me their services and make a fortune but I won’t do such a thing, I don’t think they deserve it and quite honestly I don’t want to involve myself in such proceedings. But when it comes to stealing 120k usd from me, and then delay justice as much as they could, well, f it, I’m suing them in the criminal court. I’ll be back (with God Almighty’s will) on the 9th of December

Most casinos chose Curaçao before even lawsuit became there… but yes that’s a very lazy job

It has been years since this case started ands they are still dragging and postponing this shit.
They are not very fast and efficient with this judgements, and this is maybe another reason why most crypto casinos are using Curacao licenses.

That's a nightmare if they postpone it, you might have to wait for a few years. My neighbour had a very bad guest who didn't pay rent, then she filed a lawsuit and the court postponed the final verdict for such a long time that this dishonest guy had to live for free for 2 years. It took 2 years for the police to get an order and officially make him leave the house.
For a moment, I thought you had a court case in Georgia because FortuneJack has office there. Btw I'm a little surprised that this task goes to Curacao.

Ok no problem. The judgement has been postponed for the 4th time, with no new date, wasn’t even on the docket. They might have thought last time by mistake that judgement was out. Seems like government staff in Curacao are allowed to postpone as much as they like.

How do you suppose anyone can support you with accusation when you made mistakes during this process, and if we dont tell us the final court judgment?
Even if more people supported you in forum before that doesnt mean that it would help forcing fortunejack to return your money.
I followed your case since 2022 and I want to know the outcome for my own reasons.

Do what you think is smartest... but maybe you should do it for the sake of all future players, especially those who want to gamble with a lot of money. And it doesn't even have to be on this forum, there are plenty of other places where you can share your story and the end result of this long case. Just share the link and that's it, those who are interested will definitely pay attention.

I’ve already explained why I won’t bother sharing evidence here, I don’t have to do that for a community who is mostly a part of a bunch of dishonest people, so evidence doesn’t work for them as it didn’t work when I presented it to accuse fortunejack of scam and they didn’t red tag @FortuneJack as scam. My time is more precious than most of the shitposters here.

Well, everything depends on the country's laws... here in Serbia lawsuits can last for years, some of them +10 years. Hearings are postponed due to various things, the same is true with the final judgments. And that's not the end... Both parties can appeal any decision made by the court, and those appeals go to a higher court. That higher court can send everything back for a retrial, it can make its ruling... this can really go on for years.

I wrote a long time ago that I am interested to see what will happen with this case... I don't want to repeat it every time. One of the reasons people aren't interested in posting here is the lack of evidence... we don't have much other than what you say. Take a picture of some documents and share it with us, you can black out all the sensitive parts.


Prolonging can be very expensive, so the ones with money have a huge advantage. Lawyers can be very expensive, they can charge by the hour, coming to court costs extra, and various expertise can be done, which can be expensive as well. I have a situation with some property, I am in +3 years since all that started... As I see it now, lawyers are earning a lot, and for them, it's better to last as long as it can.

I don't know if this is the right place, but I will share a joke with everyone: "After graduating from law school, the son starts working for his father in his law office, and after a few months, the son comes to his father and tells him that he has solved some cases that last +10 years. Father says to him "Are you insane? From those cases, I built a house, bought an apartment, paid your school fees, everything"... 

This is the court postponing not fortunejack, it’s the 3rd time they postpone, been since last may. Although fortunejack did indeed delayed it the maximum possible way they could. The case is already closed and only judgment is to be waited for.

How much times they can prolong like this and what is the final deadline?
When someone is showing this behavior that usually means they are guilty and they are hoping other party would just get tired and drop the charges.

No, at the end of the day the judgment didn’t come out, at the duck session they said it was ready, but then said postponed till 16th of September

I’m curious on how much is already you spend for this legal battle assuming this is true since this is already running for 3 years and we all know how expensive it can get when you against casino.

I mean is it really worth it? I’m not sure if you already provide any proof that there’s really an existing case against FJ. Update the OP for the proof to make this thread credible given that you are already keep updating us about the case that doesn’t have an actual proof.

My lawyer told me yesterday that the judgment was out but that they didn’t send it yet

Ok since there was one more to manifest and nobody did, I am not giving result of lawsuit, but I am writing here because it was postponed once more until August 19. So this is the reality of the justice system in Curaçao when you win big on Fortunejack. Just if anybody has some doubts about what awaits in case of a big win on Fortunejack…. Almost 3 years of legal battles.

No problem my friend, your voice counts too. I just need one more to manifest his interest in the outcome here and I will come back on the 3rd of June to post the outcome of the lawsuit.

I don't see any reason not to post the outcome of the lawsuit here, given all the efforts you put to keep posting here the whole situation since the beginning. Sharing your experience here can be helpful also for people who might still not be fortunejack user and not even forum users yet.

Just keep on updating this thread with every further development and leave it here for posterity beside people already following it ( for the record this thread has been read 1636 times while am writing this).
