Sometimes forum ranks/positions can send out very conflicting messages. Someone like TradeFortress can be a VIP (Very Important Person) member and a "Hero" member which indicates that they are highly respected and that their contributions are valued by the community and staff. But they can also be banned, labeled with "scammer" tags, or have "Trade with extreme caution!" attached to their profile.

Will theymos ever lower the 10BTC/50BTC donator and VIP to get those tags?
Maybe 4BTC and 20BTC fairer?

It's pretty impossible for someone to achieve or pull $25,000 for a forum tag these days

The revolution will be digital

The way activity is calculated:
The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every 30 minutes.
Does "min" in the activity calculation = Total time logged in ?

min here means minimum, it is a mathematical function which chooses between the two values (as in this case) and takes the least of them as the result... Cool
What two values does it choose between?
Is it 14 or # of posts?

Value 1 = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration * 14
Value 2 = # of posts

Minimum is taken Smiley

Actually, you can add people in your trust list. So if someone you trust will give you positive feedback, you will see it as green. The same goes if he gives positive feedback to someone else.
However, if another person doesn't have him in his trust list, he won't see your green Trust under your avatar.
Of course, feedback from people in default trust list appear as red/green for almost everyone(except for those who edited the default list).

Jezz sounds rly confusing. I will check it out . I dont plan to do any trades just wanting to know Smiley . Tnx guys .

As I got it, we can exchange trusts as we see fit, and so will look green on everyone's screen, right? Grin

Actually somebody can see ur trust as green like +10 and somebody else can see u as -10 depending on his trust list so on whose feedback he value. Its rly rly fcn confusing Smiley Cheesy

And, it may actually appear under the 'Untrusted Section' if you give it to somebody, and you're not trusted.

Its very complicated.

There really should be an easier way to figure out trust.

Why am I still a senior member? The first page says it is 400 activity for hero member.

It says 480. I think you might need to put your glasses on Grin.

Ouch! Going to get the new glasses.
