Strangely James Bilal Caan claims that he was the founder of bitcoin.. But lost his hard drive.. Is this possible??

What you guys think about James? Why he use this type of statement.. Specially his explanation about his hard drive?

This is totally no sense. How can he say he lost his hard drive and we will just believe that. Satoshi is too smart to lose his hard drive knowing that it contains things value to him. This James Bilal Caan person is not smart enough to be Satoshi. He just wants peoples attention to make him trend.

I think whoever created Bitcoin is definitely dead. He didn't even move 1 bitcoin out of his wallet. He never touched them when he could make billions of dollars. No one can be that idealist.

Good poin! Money is not the thing he/she/it is interested in. That's why the idea that Satoshi is a machine intelligence is possible.  Shocked
Since creation of bitcoin people started to mine them increasing the computation capacity every year!   Grin So, what is the main reason the machine intelligence needs the higher computation capacity?  Huh

It's hard to believe anyone claiming to be the founder of Bitcoin without any proof. Anybody could claim that they're the founder of Bitcoin but saying that a certain person had lost its evidence isn't enough to say that he or she really created it.
There should always be concrete proof since there are already lots of personalities who are claiming to be the real Satoshi.

And about his Hard drive?

The privatekeys are somehow within the blockchain. So you don't need a hard drive or another storage. As long as the blockchain exists you have access to the keys.

It is, but, you need to know it in order to access you wallet address if  you are accessing your wallet on another device.

Maybe Satoshi created the greatest prize competition and the privatekeys are somehow within the blockchain.
Our guess is that he knew that the early mined coins will be moved one day. So he created a 'prize competition'. Otherwise he could move the coins to quantum resistant P2PKH addresses, but he did not and is not doing.

The only question is:
Who will win the race and get the early coins?

Quantum computing or solving the "Satoshi Prize Competition".

Nobody can stop that race.

I am the real founder of bitcoin, but I lost my hard drive, would you believe me? of course not, that would be funny if you do. Look, everyone could freely say this big act but can't prove anything at all, and dummies will only believe this "role" playing statements that random people say. I have no idea what merits are they getting for this, it doesn't make sense at all.

With the popularity of bitcoin, more and more people are recognizing that he is Satoshi Nakamoto but there is no accurate evidence.
I do not understand what their purpose is claiming to be Satoshi Nakamoto.

There's already a ton of people who are claiming to be the real Satoshi Nakamoto but doesn't have enough proof to prove that they are the real deal, most of them are huge personalities and lately got memed because of what they are doing. The hard drive is just a lie for sure to cover up more lies.

Why are people giving so much attention to this topic and similar threads have been created many times. We don't know who is real founder of btc but we know that he has created a digital currency that has given rise to blockchain technology. So just ignore all these fake people who are claiming to be founder as this list will be added with more such names in future.Just make potential use of this digital currency and be happy.

Another fake Satoshi too I think. The excuse is very funny 'lost his hard drive'. This situation is starting to be annoying. Why do people do something like this ? Don't they know that people will understand he/she is lying ?

Still mystery who is the real founder until if a person have proof that he is Satoshi for sure we will know the truth but now the real  Satoshi  is still want his life to be private because he is smart so he did not lost any proof that he is Satoshi not just like what you mentioned I think he is not the real one because he did not give ys any proof. Many people now wants to claim that they are Satoshi .

Anyone can pretend to be Satoshi Nakamoto but have you ever wonder why he claims that he is satoshi nakamoto yet he is not cautious in his things and he lost important to him. So, I think he is just one of the stupid people who wants to get attention and be fame.
He's just addition to those who also claiming to be Nakamoto, but reality wise I agree that if you are the real founder you will not lose important information like this as it's the only way to prove yourself. So without any proof  there's nothing that he can do.
it's easy to say that you are someone behind the creation of bitcoin but proving it is tough without any concrete evidence.

Same thought and I think it's a shame. Well after that it's all about Bitcoin, but all those so-called "satoshi nakamoto" who wake up when the BTC becomes popular and who have no way of proving it, I don't believe it and will never believe it. It goes against the philosophy of decentralization itself

Its possible, ever since bitcoin become more popular, no founder showed up, we only see those fake people claiming to be the founder of bitcoin. Who knows, or maybe he's out there watching over the bitcoin that he created, and waiting for it to reached its maximum goal.

It's a funny thing. I can comment like this, so I became an inventor of BTC. Earlier, many had made such claims. But later they could not prove themselves.
