Sorry I might not have followed your problem from the beggining of its discussion, I want to believe that, you have tried contacting their customer care online, didn't you get a response from them too?
It's actually very bad that lately, freebitco has turned around to become one of the worst casinos in terms of customer service attending to issue from their customers.
But then on the other hand, with TheQuin suddenly going silent, I am afraid if things are really well with him in terms of being alive and in good health, because one thing we can confirm right now is that, the casino is not going through any financial challenge issue, if they were, I test that by now, they possibly should ended their signature ad campaign which is still running, and have been running for years now.
Let's pray and hope that TheQuin is alright in terms of health, if all is well, I trust that he will join the community again soon.

As for the ones who represent the site's reputation on this forum, it does not bode well for them if they refuse to answer their user's base question like this and completely ignore them completely.
I wouldn't invest anything in a site that does this to their users on a
