Personally, I don't feel confident to keep my funds at freebitco.in at this moment, but if things get right back on track once again, it might be possible to reconsider the idea.
With the current status that they have, most of the users are feeling the same as you. But if ever they get back on track and fix all of their backlogs, then that's possible to reclaim the trust that they gained all over the period of time.

It's such a waste if they won't fix all of these issues that they have after gaining that much reputation in this community. Let's see where it is going and maybe they're trying to do something better this time.

It won't be quick but as long as some moves are being done, they might get back on it. Otherwise, the stance of most won't change.

There is a lot of discussion in this thread about freebitcoin being a fraudulent casino. I don't understand why this is the case. I have never deposited money on freebitcoin and maybe that's why the casino has never cheated me. But I also played a lot of MULTIPLY BTC with funds mined in FREE BTC. And I even managed to withdraw free BTC from there. So I have no way to understand why freebitcoin is accused of fraud so much.

They are hiring support just now after many years of existence while they encounter a simple backlog problem with their website. If you’re right that they have corporate “team” already. I’m sure that the 2 guy I mention before should be included on their decision making since they are the main owner of this casino.

It’s impossible for a representative to hire a new employee without the boss approval based on my corporate experience on both online and physical company.
I can have a business advertise on this forum, I can be the CEO of the company and can maintain my own account here since I love this place. I can have a set of staffs even a few hundreds but for some special job I may need to hire a third party specialist [it could be a team] to hire with a contract job. It's possible. I am saying can we stop speculating when we have no information to talk about?   

I get your point really. But what I’m trying to achieved on my point is that the owner presence is crucial here in time of uncertainty. They are very active here before issue like this arises. And now only the PR account step in that usually just provide announcements here without any interaction with users.

If this PR claiming that they are discussing with the team then the owner is with them which his presence is needed.

For example, You don’t see Binance just letting their PR guy made an announcement whenever their company facing critical issue but rather CZ step up always. I think you get already my point right?

It's pretty obvious, isn't it? The previous team members either voluntarily left themselves or were removed for various reasons which is why they are trying to hire new members as quickly as possible.

Their reputation took a big hit recently which is why they need  to do a lot of right moves in order to appease their customers.

Ensure the safety of your platform and make your support work in real time through email and through this forum. Don't let requests from users accumulate, otherwise things are going to get out of control and what you will have is chaos in front of your eyes, as we have been seeing these days here.

And these sites with same design have no relation with Freebitco.in, it's just copycats and it's likely that they're not legit.

Freebitco team have indeed giveaway Lamborghini. We don't have any way to verify it physically. But we have already seen two Lamborghini winners post here in the forum. One of them is 'user 10813710' who won it from the 7th round. The other person is 'user 13517688' who have won the Lamborghini from 9th round. Anyway, it has no connection with the recent issue of the site. I also want to see a detailed explanation about all these things.

What about the hacks that took place a month ago where a malicious actor was able to inject malicious scripts in order to swap the withdrawal address? Why the silence since then? What happened to you in that period?

There were some issues with authorization emails, but I received the email for resetting password yesterday and I could do that successfully.
I also enabled 2FA and changed my withdrawal address and received the emails for them too.

Edit:
I just tried to reset my password again and I received the authorization email in a few seconds.
Did you check the spam folder?

Really this is not good for the freebitco.in because they have built reputation in the forum and they would have resolved the issue once and foe all. The problems are getting too numerous. At first it was difficulty to withdraw and now even resetting of password though there are times the delay of email is caused by network so he has to check his network or rest and try again. hosseinimr93 thanks for helping them out.
