After causing the loss of all the funds of some users and having received emails with evidence of the hack:

  • no one from Freebitco.in has responded to any email
  • nobody have contacted me
  • of course, we still don't know if they fixed stop or hackers can attack again at any time

Nor has the user TheQuin responded to the private message I sent him.

You can find their ToS here https://freebitco.in/tos/
On Dplay at the bottom of the home page, you can find the address of FBC BV
Quote
dPlay.casino is operated by FBC B.V. (Commercial register of Curaçao no.157945) under a sublicense CIL pursuant to Master Gaming License #5536/JAZ.

Well, hiring a lawyer to sue a company registered in Curaçao is probably going to cost him a lot more than that $500. Although I don't know if it was a class action and they shared the costs, it would be cheaper for them.

Legal action for $500? It will most likely cost you more than that $500 to claim them. To begin with, the site does not have a ToS or an "About Us" where the company number is stated, where it is located, etc. It sounds to me that it is based somewhere in Asia (I could be wrong). So, hiring a lawyer from your country to claim that $500 intercontinentally I don't know how much it could be but it's not like a simple lawsuit against a website from your own country, it's going to be very expensive.
You can find their terms of service at this url address if you are looking for them https://freebitco.in/tos/
And on Dplay casino platform at the bottom of the home page, you can find the address of FBC BV, it's incorporated at Curacao obviously. But I agree with you hiring a lawyer for a $500 dispute in offshore jurisduction isn't realistic unfortunately for users looking for legal remedies. They should find other ways.

I think the winner is not a user of this forum because there is no confirmation whatsoever from the lambo winner in this thread, (...)

I don't know. I'd imagine that whoever has won those BTC3 had many other things to think about rather than thinking of bragging about that on a public forum.
And, depending on where you live, announcing to the world that you have that amount of money, could be a reckless move from your personal security perspective, especially if you didn't put effort on staying anonymous and your real-life identity can be linked to your forum profile.

If I were to win it, I'd probably be quiet about that.

Don't know how I didn't noticed but the Round 10 Lambo winner has finally been announced. Less excitement than usual on this thread or still a lot of worried people? Took a really long time, but in the end a guy with 32k+ tickets won

And I thought my 4k+ tickets stood some chance in heck lol

Congrats, whoever you are. Don't spend it all in one day Smiley

I also think that the winner of round 10 for the one who had fewer tickets turned out to be much more than I imagined, but he deserved to win because he had enough tickets and maybe he also spent his time and money to get that ticket, finally after taking many days finally The Lambo winner was also announced, which changed the doubts of many people here who previously thought negatively to be more positive now, but there are still a few problems that have not been solved and we are still seeing them here.

I think the winner is not a user of this forum because there is no confirmation whatsoever from the lambo winner in this thread, usually if the winner comes from this forum they will definitely announce their pleasure in this thread and share their experience in collecting their golden tickets, but it seems like we have a winner who is not an active user in this forum, but whoever it is, he will definitely withdraw his money because the price of bitcoin is quite high at the moment, so it is worth selling it a little and taking a vacation to enjoy the winnings. If I were in his position, maybe I would do the same thing.  Grin

I get the feeling it might take a comment on recent events from theQuinn to bring the fun factor back...

Ok so this has been a hit to my lively hood as I gamble for a living to make ends meet. Now you can give me the " you shouldn't rely on gambling to make ends meet" speech all you want but the fact of the matter is that's what I do. So I need some guidance in what legal action we need to all take and I mean all as in " the ripped of wagering group" the longer they don't respond or fix it the more damages I'm going to claim. They just gave a Lambo away supposedly I think they have the funds to fix this bullshit that they either participated in or knew/ know about yet refuse to answer to.

hello, today is 22 days since I requested a payout using the instant method. I'm still waiting for manual confirmation. Where is the problem? how should I solve it, or should I put up with the fact that nothing will happen?
My ID Is 36110069
I have never had any problems with this website too. In the past I deposited lots of money and took it back every penny without a problem later on. I still have some coins there but not as big as it used to be. Only once my deposit arrived a bit late and it was due to the new wallet software as TheQuin explained to me via PM.

I am still trying to figure out how these people got hacked and I also want to see a statement from freebitco.in

Are these people lying? Were they really hacked? If so what was the cause? Is it patched? Is it safe now?

Just a few basic questions... and till I hear an answer I can't really recommend this website to anyone.

Hi friend,

..
Are these people lying? Were they really hacked?
..

Of course, if not, I wouldn't be wasting my time here, writing here that I've been robbed on Freebitco.in, but until I get a response from someone responsible for the site, I'm not going to stop, I'm even going to spread it everywhere .

The evidence is in my account, they can see how my withdrawal was made to an address that was not mine. I also have the payment confirmation email. I have already sent several emails and PMs, but no one has responded to me at all.

Just one reply from someone from Frebitco.in, I need.

I'm not accusing the site and I'm not taking your side either, but I think that what the site is doing to you by not responding to you is not a good thing. It is very shameful and reprehensible behavior, it is not difficult for them to investigate what happened to you and then respond to you. but they prefer to ignore you and this guy @freebitco.in PR keeps posting the complaints you are making in this thread and doesn't respond to you, he keeps posting as if everything is fine. I wonder if this is good behavior for a casino representative to have? I honestly hoped that this casino would continue to be a good casino like it was years ago. Today they are at the level of those scammer casinos when it comes to bad support service. They may be paying, but their support service is the same as the support service provided by scam casinos.

I mean last post thequin had was 3rd of April, we are over a month after that, which does make people question the situation. I am not saying anything is wrong, the website is still 100% perfectly working for me and there is absolutely no issues for me at all, I can't say that I have faced any issues at all.

However, when other people complain about a situation, and thequin hasn't been here for over a month (he was active recently, so he logged in, he just didn't write anything), then as a defender and supporter of freebitco.in, I can't really say anything. First thequin needs to show up and give us something to defend so that we can use that. Like old days, when people complained, and thequin came here and showed proof why those people were wrong.

Received my 24th payment witn no problems.

0,0015 more BTC on my wallet and, as always, I checked my wallet address before withdraw to make sure it wasn't changed

That does not work.

I added my withdrawal address by hand and a withdrawal amount in the Withdrawal window and when I clicked the Withdrawal button another amount was sent and to another address.

Freebitco.in has the screenshots but they never answer. In fact, I don't know if they exist.

This shows that my withdrawal address was changed  by someone other than me and then changed back recently this should be impossible for me to do on my end
If your account is compromised, you can go ahead to open a support ticket and request the FreeBitco.in team to temporarily lock your account by security reasons.

Then, you have to clean up your devices, before doing required account recovery steps from Freebitco.in team. If your device is still infected, recover your account will not help anything because it will be compromised again.

It has not been a device problem (freebitco.in has graphical evidences of me testing it on different PCs, with different browsers and on different devices as well as another person trying it on the same sites without having the problem).

A few accounts were hacked due to a security issue in Freebitco.in. I have complained to them, I have sent them evidences, I offered them my account so they could investigate but...

...the only thing I have managed to do is forget about my stolen funds because no one on Freebitco.in answers.

On the other side, since yesterday i made two withdrawals with no issues but, as you can read in different threads, the hackers removed the malicious scripts... but for how long?

Though the dude seems to be joking around, but if he really withdrew from the site successfully without any problem, then I assume that what ever has been the problem has been sorted out.
But all the same, I totally understand the angle you are coming from, the management of freebiitco needs to put out a statement out here, or many on one of their blogs(I supposed they have any) about what really happened or is happening that is arousing the several complaints from different users, we can't really trust the judgement of the user above who claimed to have withdrawn from the site successfully, and was asked by another user to share the transaction Id of his withdrawal to prove his claim, and he replied above with some gibberish stuffs which I believe he made up.

The management of freebitco needs to come out and assure users that it's safe to deposit and withdraw from the site, so that users who have complained about them not receiving their deposit or withdrawal can know if they are being phished or being scammed through some keylogger copy and paste scam.
