Yes, they are solving everything and solving it slowly to be able to restore their reputation. Maybe there are some people who still don't feel confident about this site, but by solving all the cases, of course this will return this site back to normal mode, since the problem occurred and Thequin was inactive. that there may be internal problems that we don't know about and the only way is for them to solve their internal problems so it requires patience to get a response from them to solve the problems we are experiencing.

So far I have never had any problems on this site and I can still withdraw my money from free income from this site, there is no delay in withdrawals but there may also be some cases of late deposit processes and also other cases, but slowly everything the case is solved and there is also a replacement for Thequin in this thread so that he can solve and respond to every complaint and case from other users in this thread, I don't pay too much attention to their problems because not all the cases they write about are based on screenshot evidence, but That doesn't mean I don't trust them, but at least all the problems have been solved slowly, it all takes time and patience too.

We have sent thousands of referrals to many other sites, including competitors like DutchyCorp, PipeFlare and others where we're happy to promote them and appreciate the competition.

This has nothing to do with an attempt to belittle FreeBitco.in in order to get more users to come to us.
Just reminding you one more time, we have referred over 120,000 users to FreeBitco.in, we also hold FUN tokens, and we have nothing against them succeeding!

When you refer so many users to a website, you're becoming a sort of a stakeholder, you want to make sure that business can sustain itself for as long as possible. Otherwise your entire work is gone in vain. (Reminder: it did happen already once with FreeDoge.co.in where lots of referred users, i.e. referrals - gone in vein).

The main issue is related to the withdrawal delay, and it looks like they don't want to solve it. The support won't even helpful in withdrawal delays related issues. They will only tell you to wait. In the past, there was not much complaints from the users when 'wetsuit' was using a single hot wallet with enough balance. Maybe the 25% APY of FUN tokens and BTC interest amount has made Freebitco less profitable for him in the long term. That's why they are keeping the users in a frustrated situation.
Perhaps the problem lies elsewhere entirely. The hot wallet was emptied by TheQuin, and at the moment wetsuit has a loss of 1 million dollars or more. Now, a question for you: What would you do if you found yourself in such a situation? Would you cover the losses out of your own pocket, considering that it would take about 10 years of earnings from the freebitco.in to cover your loss?

This could be as a result of several things, which the most outstanding is that; it could be possible that the freebitco team are working on something behind the scene, maybe nothing serious enough to warrant putting the site in maintainance mode, which is quite understandable to me since I believe that if they put the site in maintainance mode without formally announcing it, this could trigger alot of assumptions and wrong speculation, which could further dent the image and reputation of the platform.

But they keep on not listening, they don't change anything in terms of their operation, so complaints will only pile up and pile up some more. How do we know? Because we've been there.

But there are lots of issues where these guys have 0 customer support. Most users don't need it but practically speaking you do see issues just pile up some more. But what we see here is a disaster waiting to happen. Hopefully it won't but they have to get a grip on it. We did provide several suggestions. They are welcome to take others as well, whatever that is - just do it already.

This has become a real problem now. I have stopped receiving WOF spins. Are any of the premium members stopped getting WOF spins again? I got 3 days and then again it has stopped coming. Please fix this bug. Thank you.

I don't know how it works exactly, but I tell from my own experience, that I used to receive 2 WoF spins daily and I could exchange my reward points for 5 WoF spins too. But that was when I had around 700k sats on my FreeBitco.in account. Then I read a lot of posts here about various problems on the site and withdrew almost everything I had on the site, leaving only 50k sats there. I'm glad I withdraw all my money from here, but I have thousands of referrals and still earn from them, but i'll be constantly withdrawing every few days because I really feel like their time is limited and something bad is brewing.

This dude they hired probably forgot about his job here... I just thought they'd gotten a little more serious about support both on the site and here, but it seems nothing has come of it, a really bad start. But fbc is not the only site with desperate support, I was lucky obviously, and didn't have any serious problems.

I doubt anything serious is brewing, they have always been like that. They would probably have even more customers if they got serious and dedicated more to fixing all the flaws. And if they don't know what to do, it's enough to go through this thread and see countless good suggestions.

I thought about that after I wrote my message, when I was off the forum. It is logical to have such a revenue with your business. I watched the video but I wasn't remembering that part specifically.

As far as I can see, CSFBC, the account that was supposed to fix freebitco.in's problems has not only not logged in for 4 days but has not posted anything on the forum since June 20. He has run out of the benefit of my doubt.

Okay just giving an update but the CSFBC  you know the customer service representative has failed to do any goddamn thing about my funds that were stolen way back in April I contacted him on the 17th of June and here we are June 7th and still have not heard crap from them like how long does it take guys can we get our f****** money already you say you value the relationship of your customers will do something about our problem already God you guys suck if any new players are just started playing with freebitco.in heed my warning and stay way away from this website it's going under they suck they won't get back to you if you have a problem and they got inside people that are stealing money pretty sure I don't know for 100% certain but just steer clear of this s*** hole they won't ever help you or get back to you in their emails they suck
It's quite unfortunate but I definitely will have to agree with you with that statement (or accusation rather); that they got some inside people who are stealing customer's money, I mean, it's kind of obviously clear cus; how can one explain the fact that he or she places a withdrawal request on the site, input the correct address where he or she want his or her funds to be sent to, but by some kind of magic, the funds it's processed and sent to a different address entirely.

I don't know, but I really believed that freebitco were up on  their toes working tirelessly to fix their issues and gain back their reputation, I believe even more when I learnt that they hired a new customer representative to take care of users from this forum, but seems their issues are way bigger than any of us had imagined, I do sincerely wish them well and hope they scale through this.

I think people being able to get instant withdrawals without long manual reviews are just doing withdrawals for very small amounts they got from the faucet, less than 100k satoshis I guess. But for every customer withdrawing more than 1 mbtc(I guess) he needs to wait a manual confimation from whoever we know, in order to get his funds.
The amount Get-Paid.com requested to withdraw was less than 100,000 satoshi. The withdrawal amount was only 0.00063209 BTC.

Yes, there is definitely an issue, but as we mentioned before it's not surprising, we saw it coming months ago.

What's next? who knows.
