Well, now it seems like all withdrawals have this issue, but not for every user.

Yes, there is definitely an issue, but as we mentioned before it's not surprising, we saw it coming months ago.

What's next? who knows.

I didn't make any instant withdrawal and rather chose the option to make a slow withdrawal transaction because of the lower transaction fees.
Here's the transaction that I had made on 4th July which was confirmed on 5th July and it took less than 14 hours.

I meant to say AUTO, not SLOW.

We use their AUTO withdrawal feature, not the SLOW one.

It's interesting to know if those who used AUTO 6 days ago are in the same boat like ourselves?

But on a side note, even the auto withdrawals are having the same amount of fees and so it should be processed correctly once initiated.
May be there's some issue with the website and hence the auto withdrawals are not getting initiated.

Probably a matter of time before many other users will experience the same thing and start posting about it.

Like the code above, you can have smaller displayed image and you can change the number to 250 or 200 too. If you don't use width option, your images are too big visually.

Out of curiosity, with all the problems with the site and you've even made videos about it and you still had funds there? I imagine it won't be a large amount. I had a small amount and as soon as I saw problems I ordered a withdrawal, which took a while, but in the end I got it.

If you watch the video you would see we have over 120k referrals with them.
We got paid from them every week referral commissions.

But so far it's still pending, and as you know they have no support, so what else can be done other than wait and hope for the best, or throw a scam accusation if in several weeks nothing would change.

The additional balance now in our account in addition to that pending withdrawal is 0.00144 BTC - it should be sent via that automatic weekly withdrawal again - if you want us to try to withdraw it now - let us know, happy to report what happens - if not - we'll just let it roll and see what happens.

5 days is a bit long, and it's rather stressfull with all the things we can read on this thread or in some other sections. I hope your withdrawal will get approuved and processed within the Sunday's auto-withdraw transaction at least. If you chose this withdrawal mode, you wouldn't have waited longer than your current one probably. You've used the 2FA confirmation or the e-mail btw? It's a fresh withdrawing address or you've already used it for a withdrawal there? It's the address from your profile or another one? IIRC some people said withdrawals take longer time when they are just confirmed through email link, and when they're made towards new addresses.

Was processed like this for years now week after week.
It's the first time it got stuck as "Pending" like this for so long.

I'm having multiple issues with the website.

How many times did you try? When I get this error (or that one which doesn't display captcha) I close the link and open once again. I just checked my WoF promotional emails and they worked fine.

About the other issues, it would be good if more users also confirm if they are facing them too, so we could conclude if it's a general malfunction or not. I hope everything is cleared out soon and you have no prejudice because of it.



Just sold a batch of FUN and locked the tokens once again. The process went smoothly without any issues.

If I refresh the page and try again I get a red notification telling me to wait for my previous redemption request to process:

The RP I exchanged for WoF tickets above has apparently been lost. I didn't get the WoF spins and the RP wasn't refunded. It's been nearly 12 hours since I exchanged:

The problem with the delay of the email with the link to confirm your identity has not yet been resolved. Yesterday I was visiting and wanted to log in to my freebitco account from a new device and could not do this because you need to confirm yourself by clicking on the link from the email, but this email came 12 hours later, when I was already home and I no longer needed it. I also noticed that I stopped receiving push notifications from freebitco, they sent 1 WOF free spin daily, now I do not receive this free spin.

As you can see from the previous posts over the past 10+ pages, the number of complaints is made at approximately in daily basis. Complaints due to various problems as late  pending withdrawals, poor support, and even in the registration and login processes. In on the worst sites, the servers at least work efficiently and there are no delays in receiving notifications. This is the simplest service that can be provided.

Unfortunately, freebitco is no longer the site whose services users enjoyed as in the early years. I have not used it before, but I learned about it through the forum that it is the most famous faucet that introduced Bitcoin to a wide category of users, before diversifying its services to include gambling later.

In the "Scam and Accusations" section, you can see the number of topics in which users complain about poor services on freebitco, with everyone now recommending that they avoid using it. Even its official representative does not respond to these complaints and it does not seem that the platform is still interested in maintaining a good reputation.

It did happen in the past many times, but usually after 1-3 days would be processed, this is the longest period of time we've seen it pending so far.

I opened a free spin email and I accidentally refreshed the page and now it says the link expired. Is there a way to find out if it automatically spinned or not?
You have lost the free WoF. The spin doesn’t happen automatically. The similar thing has happened with me a few many times.

UPDATE : All missing Wofs have been credited to my account
This is a positive news. I thought Freebitco team won't credit those missing spins, they have proven me wrong. Anyway, they hadn't credited the missing daily interest of BTC which has occurred a few many times in the past.

The user pawanjain who said he got paid instantly made an instant withdrawal, but this kind of withdrawal is the SLOW one.
Even if you choose the slow option when requesting a withdrawal, it should be processed in less than 24 hours.
It doesn't matter whether you requested a slow withdrawal or a fast withdrawal, if your transaction needs to be processed manually.

I also experienced a temporary error when refreshing the link I got from the email to claim WOF in the free spins there because the captcha didn't appear perfectly and an error message appeared so I had to refresh the page and finally I could claim it again, but if you still continue to experience this, that's it. an expired link means that your WOF link has expired, as far as I know it is only valid for 48 hours of WOF sent via email, usually if it has passed 48 hours the link will expire, so far I claim to have never had a problem with expired links except for the error I mean above, hopefully this answers your question or try again in the next few hours  Wink

You can check your roll history under the Multiply BTC tab. It will show you the result of the spin, if it was credited.
