Yes my deposit address shows 0 balance and I have 0.05 btc in it but with the withdraw it doesn’t show manual withdraw it just that I don’t get the confirmation email. I get only the cancelled transfer after 1h then the btc go back to the site
You are right about the issue with authorization emails, but your deposit address having zero balance is normal.
Custodial services usually move all deposits to a different address and use that address to process withdrawals. Take note that your deposit address is owned by freebitco and that's not like your address on a non-custodial wallet.

Some people are a bit rude IMO. Withdrawals for some "flagged" accounts(accounts with a quite large balance I guess) take few days to be manually reviewed, in order to avoid any withdrawals from hackers I suppose.
Some withdrawals are flagged as suspicious and are reviewed manaully to prevent people from abusing the website with multiple accounts and bots.
When a withdrawal is flagged to be reviewed manaully, a message is displayed and it says that the transaction will be processed up to 24 hours. These days, the manual review of withdrawals takes much longer time and there are also people reporting that they don't receive the authorization emails and can't withdraw their fund.

Also with the explorer my address shows 0 btc and is weird also
What do you mean by "0 BTC"?
Are you referring to your deposit address? If so, that's normal.

In Search of Incredible
I'd like to also point out that the address is now empty of either Bitcoin or Ethereum.
They seem to have been funnelled to this address which seems to be the crypto exchange Bybit. They are cashing out?  Huh
I think everyone should try to cash out now too, if they haven't already... if the withdrawal are still working...  Undecided
This step is indeed alarming. Freebitco team have moved more than $100 million of assets (Bitcoin and Ethereum) from that address. They have also moved a big amount of FUN tokens from the address. Now it has only 1.8 billion FUN tokens. Where the total locked FUN tokens are more than 5 billion on Freebitco. They have transferred around 2 billion FUN tokens on Binance after transferring it through some addresses.

Metawin.com - Truly the best casino ever
I don't think they will just exit this way after so many years of hard work. Let us see in the coming days if there will be progress on this scenario...
They were mostly a faucet business that had in-house dice game and betting event. Since this year, Bitcoin's price has been going up and up, it's impossible to keep up the Bitcoin faucet business. What other pros does Freebitco has? To be fair, nothing. For many years, Bitcoin casinos have been evolving, Freebitco isn't competitive with its high house edge and old web design. To my mind, that's the reason why Freebitco will die soon. As I understood, the owner just left this website on its own and doesn't care anymore but they have club riches and Dplay, that amazes me when they focus on these two casinos and don't give a damn about Freebitco.

It's hard to understand what they originally pretended with this CSFBC support account... It doesn't make sense at all that this person came here once in a lifetime to give false expectations to the userbase to just disappear right after.
The appearance and disappearance of CSFBC is very funny. They lit the light of hope but killed it immediately. I don't understand how they recruit some 3rd parties that have no idea how Freebitco works. It's a two-man business as I understood. There is a problem on their website and CSFBC can't fix that, it should be fixed by the owner or the developers that he hires.

But it's not something critical. I made a couple of rather large withdrawals last week of almost 0.01btc each and they've been processed without having to send any message or e-mail to customers support.

I know right. They probably earn in thousands of dollars every day yet they fail to hire a good customer support.
At the least they could have hired someone from the forum with a good reputation willing to work with them.
But anyway, they are not concerned about their reputation anymore. All we can do is wish that the issues are resolved quickly and everything is back on track.
Yes, of course they still get income from their site and they even still have a lot of money in their wallets, but their only weakness is that the service support is very responsive and active on this forum. In fact, this problem could be solved if the service was available. active support all the time on their site, I'm sure this site will continue to gain the trust of all communities in this forum and even other users, I don't know if they will leave this forum and let a bad reputation attack them and eventually they ignore it, but I think the most important thing now is that they resolve every issue on the site and the complaints of all their users.

I think there is no other way but to wait for them to fix the site and fix everything or really they leave this forum and leave the forum community so they can focus on their site and take advantage of other marketing from users and promotions that they will hold later out there, look no further than their current service support. Hopefully everything looks fine and doesn't happen like what I thought too.

Nothing lasts forever
May be this is indeed an end for freebitco.in as they have stopped responding to user queries on this forum.
Although I didn't face any issue but as other users have mentioned about the said issues I couldn't resist but empty my wallet in freebitco.in.
I had to forcibly sell my FUN tokens at a loss and then withdraw my sats. I do wish that the conditions get better soon but I don't see that happening soon.
No response from anyone on freebitco.in is very bad to be honest. The userbase will drastically reduce on the site in the upcoming days.

The casino is still accessible though while there’s only few comcern mostly user that has a technical problem from the suspicious email that they open.

I don’t understand why a casino like this with huge stack of Bitcoin is struggling to hire a support and representative to actively answer all the question here to revive their dying reputation. It’s not that hard especially for their main members to step up here.

Those red tags on their account should be remain indefinitely until wetsuit or quinn comeback. But I really casino like this will end with this simple problem.

The more they wait and let more complaints pile up, the harder it will become for them to clear their name and regain their reputation back - if they had continued giving assurance to the public that would fix their issue or that they are currently working on fixing it (with actual improvements in their site) no one would have even bothered with them but their silent response is only adding salt to their wounds.
They tried to clean pile of withdrawal requests and completed to clear backlog, then appointed a new customer / community support staff. It shown their good intention to clear the mud they created but it did not last too well. Weeks later, email backlog issue looks to be return and the account assigned only for customer/ community support task received complain that no support for community complains at all.

I believe that they wanted to continue the business, rebuild their reputation because if they wanted to stop, it is simply let it go. Recent problems perhaps come from some internal issues of cooperation and management that need to be resolved internally first.

There are people claiming to receive their withdrawals then their operation seems got back to normal then the same issue happen again and I guess there's issue on manpower side since it looks like there are few people working on their casino since lots of people encounter an issue again.

Again they need to sort out their issues again and much better if they hire a decent number of people so that they can work to make their casino became more better again. I don't know if there are people still have a faith that everything will be better again on freebitco.in, but let see their actions done towards this issue since its like they are facing serious problem and this might cause for their total collapse if they can't control the problems anymore.

For me I have totally lost interest in them, there’s no way I’m going back to the site [I don’t have any balance there] - if I’m allowed to delete my account I’d gladly do so without being able to log in ever again.

Theoretically, it could be done through a support request. However, as you've probably already noticed, getting feedback from them is no easy task. Even if their site had an option to delete your account, what would be the point? I mean that if you have lost interest in the site, forget and don't use it, especially if you don't have any funds there.

There’s no need for the deletion anymore - I just went to my account and disabled all my email subscription since I don’t want to use it there’s no need for me receiving mail from them concerning bonuses or new offers in their sites.

So, until the sites stops working, that is, until the site goes offline and no longer accessible to any, let's believe and he hopefully that some day, the management of this casino may decide to stand up and fix the issues, until then, lets continue to be hopeful.

Livecasino, 20% cashback, no fuss payouts.
Sad to see the state of this site. The last time I posted here 3 weeks ago, I said already to the owner, you guys didn't listen to us, and as a result hired some guy to do support who clearly was out of his depth. Didn't even know the forum rules, and then since replying to me, has never come on to say anything (but was last online 2 days ago).

You guys need to start paying attention to us users if you really want to save the site.

It seems like that account(CSFBC) was either created as a distraction or whoever was behind it just didn't get the job done. Either way, now their support account is getting useless as it ignores questions from the community just like TheQuin did before.
Honestly, I still can't believe they are being so careless with the community and just ruining their previously spotless 10-year reputation.

No idea what the reason was done but yeah, they totally ignored our advice about support, who to get it, and most importantly to make it transparent.

Now this guy CSFBC did a few posts then just disappeared. Their decision made them even worse off than before. The most unprofessional coming from a Bitcoin OG.

I hate to say it but finally, I must tell people now not to deposit there until these issues clear. Luckily most of my funds are out, I have very little there, but I will not put in a single satoshi until we get transparent and final answers.

FBC, please listen to us who have been here years. We care for the site.

Are people able to Withdraw? I haven't been able to withdraw at all. I click withdraw, then it shows as pending, but then I get an email saying withdrawal was cancelled because I didn't click on the confirmation link (which I never got).

Same here. I tried twice but they wouldn't send any confirmation emails and cancelled withdrawals.
I opted for Auto withdrawal which is supposed to take place every Sunday, for which there are no confirmation links (I assume). Let's see if that helps.

People saying that they won't just fade away because they've been going for over a decade are deluding themselves.

We must not forget, that as successful as they've been, they are an amateur operation of two people (maybe a couple extra at times), and lets face it, NONE of us know anything about them, they are NOT a legit business, they have no registered business address (except some PO box in Panama or somewhere they clearly don't operate from). They could easily pull the plug at any time and most likely just fade away without any repercussions.

They could, but I guess the argument here would be that if they intended to scam people, they would've done so long time ago. And if they intended to pull the plug all of a sudden, it would probably look a bit differently, i.e. some people were still able to withdraw and there seem to have been some attempt to solve previous issues etc.

I don't think they will just exit this way after so many years of hard work. Let us see in the coming days if there will be progress on this scenario...

With the way they have been ignoring the cry of their customers do you think that they’ll really come back to settle everything? Everything started in just one day and we all thought they would come and address the whole forum (which they did but still many people are still swarming to their thread to make complaints) and from one day it turned to a week, from a week it’s been several months now since the whole thing started and you still think that if we give them a couple of days they’ll fix it?

For me I have totally lost interest in them, there’s no way I’m going back to the site [I don’t have any balance there] - if I’m allowed to delete my account I’d gladly do so without being able to log in ever again.
Well, aside the fact that there are really many other great casinos around, much more greater than freebitco and do offer alot of great bonuses, and anyone can choose to play on any of this casinos, I did say that you be not too hasty in your decision, even though I also might want to share in the same opinion with you, specially because this issue have been allowed to linger on for too long, I still believe everyone deserves a second chance regardless.

So, until the sites stops working, that is, until the site goes offline and no longer accessible to any, let's believe and he hopefully that some day, the management of this casino may decide to stand up and fix the issues, until then, lets continue to be hopeful.
