Are people able to Withdraw? I haven't been able to withdraw at all. I click withdraw, then it shows as pending, but then I get an email saying withdrawal was cancelled because I didn't click on the confirmation link (which I never got).

Now the right decision would be to leave this casino and withdraw all your funds and just wait for what happens next. While everything is in limbo

What I see here is bad management and I don't know if they are preparing to shut this down and focus on Dplay, that's why they are promoting it, or what. But keep piling problems, although some are eventually solved, many cashouts are eventually processed but after an inexplicable delay. It doesn't work like a casino with such a userbase should, which is how it used to work in the past.

Being in the industry for many years doesn't mean they will stay forever. Take note that there are many companies and websites in the past that have been working for a very long time, and still, they aren't immune to things like this. I'm trying to access their website at least once a day, but for some reasons, I can't. Many can wait for the progress, but with their PR here promoting some online casino like DPlay, I don't think they will be focusing more on freebitcoin anymore. This is one of the first gambling sites that I signed up with even before knowing this forum. So if in case they will truly be in the exit mode, it would be very sad for a lot of us seeing this site survived throughout the years.

The official freebitco.in account which posts updates here often (freebitco.in PR) confirmed CSFBC was their new official support member who would take care of the demands from users. I believe everyone here had the fear you mentioned in your post, but since it was confirmed by an official source of information, we took it seriously from that moment onwards. That is why I exemplified it's like they are intentionally frustrating our expectations through their actions or the absence of them.

If that so maybe someone create that account just for phising or get the details of affected users. That's why its dangerous to believe on someone claiming that they are the new support of certain platform including freebitco.in since we don't know if they are for real or just for another phising or scamming attempt. I guess freebitco.in maybe done with their business and decide to go away and let people say whatever they want since they don't care about what people throw against them anymore.

Its sad that one of the OG casino acts like this since this states that no platform is safe even if they are old and reputable before there would be a time that they came into this situation and ignore all their clients or gamblers.

It’s actually sad to see them go in such a disgraceful way - if they had decided to do the right thing and just shutdown without having to do anything shady the whole community would have missed them but instead they choose to throw all the reputation they managed to gain down the drain.

While others are trying to gain the trust of community members those who have successfully achieved it are nonchalantly throwing theirs away - at this point there’s no going back for them even if they decide to resolve issue of their customers they’ll still have to work extremely hard to gain back the trust of the community.

It's hard to understand what they originally pretended with this CSFBC support account... It doesn't make sense at all that this person came here once in a lifetime to give false expectations to the userbase to just disappear right after.

Freebitco.in is acting like that boyfriend/girlfriend who doesn't want anything else with you anymore, but since they don't want to be the one to break up, they keep disappointing and frustrating you in a continuous basis, until you lose the patience and finally decide to cease the relationship.

Did you later buy FUN tokens again or did you decide to finally accept the loss? What percentage of loss do you have?

I'd like to also point out that the address is now empty of either Bitcoin or Ethereum.

They seem to have been funnelled to this address which seems to be the crypto exchange Bybit. They are cashing out?  


I think everyone should try to cash out now too, if they haven't already... if the withdrawal are still working...

For what it's worth, my withdrawal of the small change that I had left in did process without hiccups (instant withdraw)

The casino is still accessible though while there’s only few comcern mostly user that has a technical problem from the suspicious email that they open.

I don’t understand why a casino like this with huge stack of Bitcoin is struggling to hire a support and representative to actively answer all the question here to revive their dying reputation. It’s not that hard especially for their main members to step up here.

Those red tags on their account should be remain indefinitely until wetsuit or quinn comeback. But I really casino like this will end with this simple problem.

May be this is indeed an end for freebitco.in as they have stopped responding to user queries on this forum.
Although I didn't face any issue but as other users have mentioned about the said issues I couldn't resist but empty my wallet in freebitco.in.
I had to forcibly sell my FUN tokens at a loss and then withdraw my sats. I do wish that the conditions get better soon but I don't see that happening soon.
No response from anyone on freebitco.in is very bad to be honest. The userbase will drastically reduce on the site in the upcoming days.

It seems like that account(CSFBC) was either created as a distraction or whoever was behind it just didn't get the job done. Either way, now their support account is getting useless as it ignores questions from the community just like TheQuin did before.
Honestly, I still can't believe they are being so careless with the community and just ruining their previously spotless 10-year reputation.

Still can’t log in for two days. It shows incorrect login data, but nothing has been changed. I even tried to reset the password, this does not work either. I contacted support at the email [email protected] and received no answer, it must be an internal problem. I only use the site to stake some FUN tokens and find it sad that there is no transparency regarding the current problems.

That's certainly a bold claim especially given no evidence that any web server/site security audit was ever performed. It's not difficult to publish a report.

Without doubt, many are indeed aware that attacks have and continue to take place.

In February there was a published major DDoS attack on the site.

In March, April and May users began reporting individual attacks on their accounts resulting in substantial funds lost.

Recently another unspecified event, possibly a suspected attack caused an email backlog.

Currently more unspecified events or further suspected attacks are causing server issues including bad gateway errors.

It appears more and more users are reporting delayed withdrawals due to manual payment reviews, no doubt because attackers were recently targetting individual account funds.

All these incidents could be false flag operations designed to show cause as to why the site should no longer continue to operate and thus terminate its existence. In other words, freebitco.in could be staging its own demise.

Some have drawn a correlation between the attack on the high rollers, the wagering contest winners, and TheQuin's sudden departure.

Some have voiced concern regarding a large volume of Fun tokens being sold by freebitco.in which significantly impacted the price.

Some have questioned recent large transactions occuring on freebitco.in wallets.

Some simply seek transparency, however, it is clear, given the regular speculation about operations, the uncertainty in regards to the future, vague explanations about site issues,  and unfulfilled promises of a professional support team,  that transparency is not a priority.

Whatever is going on, it's not leaving a good impression. And this impression will ultimately reflect on dplay and club riches

Lots of people still complaining regarding on their different experiences on their casino so its really better if they show up and clear all those allegation against them if they still care their reputation. People still believe that this casino still a good one since for sure that they provably won't ruin their reputation just like that. But if they continue to ignore those accusation and let people think whatever they want against them then provably that gamblers interest will slowly fade out and people will lose their trust on their casino.

We see that accusations are still posted and seems there's still an issue on their casino so let see if there's further more development will happen or we could able to see a major fall down of one of the oldest casino exist in this platform.
