- Spin Wheel not working. Any spins EVERYDAY! WTF? It's a good joke. Where's my 6 spin a day?

Like everyone else who has the premium, I don't receive the daily Spin Wheels, the emails, sometimes a day skips, the next day 2 arrive, let's say that at least 1 a day I continue to receive it, then I think it depends on the user's case, otherwise I wouldn't know.

And who would this ghost employee be who leaves comments and writes like AI, if it is possible to know?

I checked my mails and recognized getting only one promo mail with free spin in two days for last 6 days.
Lets say I am not happy with 3 free spins per week. (push notification free spin doesn't work either for me)
premium member wof spins only one day in last 33 days 

the appearence of a new costumer support employee/ghost giving comments like from AI aren't helpful, too.

Well, one thing you can add which is working for me is the free WoF spin from email.
I am not a premium FUN token holder "anymore" but I do use the free WoF spin from the email and that is working fine.

If anyone knows of any other features on the site that are not working or have stopped working, please let everyone know.


At the moment there are no communications from the staff or owner of the site to know if the features will be reactivated (and when) or if they will be replaced by something else, so everyone will decide what to do.

In reality the 2x points promotion worked for the first 24/30 hours, then it was deactivated, along with all the other gambling features, but still worked at end for faucet.

I don't know if this new promotion will work, the only way to know is to be a referrer or referral of someone, have the contacts and try with the faucet (Dice Game if you want) or something else that the promotion indicates.
I can check, but I will have to wait until Monday as the credits take place that day.

The red box shows a selectable or chooseable wager bonus, it increases as the wager volume increases, until you choose to use it (all or in part).

Now even if you play it does not increase anymore, so I suppose it does not work to use it or in any case after having used it (for those like me who can still have it) it will not activate further.

Today is exactly 7 days since I requested the withdrawal. I wrote to support 2 times and got the same answer: "We will pick up your ticket soon.". Instant 15-minute withdrawal is not working for me...

Their site is currently running normally. If there was a server error, it was probably for a short time.

3. I note the apparent ongoing issue with premium membership WoF spins still not being credited to premium members. I further note that FBC are well aware of this ongoing issue.

The fact that this issue remains ongoing for over a month indicates a degree of incompetence.

The idea that a company being aware of a long-standing technical issue with its product or service continues to market and sell that product or service is repulsive.

Everything going downhill with freebitco.in and nothing is fixed, but somehow the team still find some time to launch promo campaigns in an almost daily basis:



I observed many of those campaigns are directed to benefits involving referrals' activity. These promotions work as an incentive for users to bring even more members to the platform, what seems an irresponsible movement at the current moment, considering the features offered by freebitco.in aren't working properly. They should be more concerned about solving what isn't working, instead of being concerned about launching such promotions right now which will inevitably expose more people to a broken platform.

I have a position that expired yesterday that is still showing up as being locked and another one that expired earlier today that is still locked. If there were to be a sudden pump I am out of luck because I won’t be able to sell with most of my tokens being locked.

The site has become a total shitshow. They’ve moved too slow to fix some lingering issues and it has snowballed into a larger mess that will become harder to repair the worse they allow it to get. By keeping our tokens for a longer period than they are supposed to be locked for, they are taking peoples money hostage.

It is about time they came forward with some clear answers for the community. Whatever crisis the owner might be going through, we deserve to know enough details to determine whether things will eventually go back to normal or whether we should abandon all hope.
