Feel like I'm a fucking ghost trying to talk to the living here. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THEY CAN'T JUST RESET THE EMAIL SYSTEM, START FROM SCRATCH OR EVEN TEMPORARILY INCREASE THE WAIT TIME. Great for all you ducks that use it all the time and have 2fa enabled and the right address but I haven't deposited funds to this site for years and it was supposed to be there for less than a fucking day. No one responds to posts, support emails, fucking nothing. Will NEVER come back to this site again, and mark my words this will happen again. Continuous problems don't just go away in a digital age where thousands of security beaches happen in a day...
Your swearing and yelling at who? No one here has had any personal response from fbc. Your asking for a response about your issue but we are all in the same boat as far as information. No one here can help you and i doubt fbc would if they read your post. I dont have 2fa and still got my withdrawal so idk what thats is all about? Your also not telling anyone here anything we dont know about having problems with btc faucets and btc gambling sites. We all know to well how fast you can get screwed. Please, breath. I was angry about all this too. Im still not thrilled with any of it. Its def ok to be angry and post your feelings about all this. I just think you will be more likely to get what you want without all of this.
Look at my previous posts. Not all of them were this level of frustration. Was getting real sick of everyone giving them a pass just because they posted, and pending deposits were cleared. I don't want this to get buried while me and others are still not getting access to their money. I can't be the only one. This is still not "normal". And still there is no word on how long it will be until this "back log" of AUTOMATED emails is cleared. And still no one with knowledge on how these automated systems work can explain why there is such a back log, or why it can't just be cleared and reset. Like do they even really have access to the back end? Why is it that the emails with the longer limits (specifically the address change) are the ones that take the longest to get to me. Still seems shady AF. Trust me, I'll be back in this forum the instant I get the deposit to tell the world, but making posts about the email system was being completely ignored by all, "never doubted freebitco in the first place" and such. The 2fa thing was a metric used by others in the forum when stating they got their withdrawals, my issue is the address on my profile. Logging in is not a problem, but I know others have posted they can't log in without 2fa. Just trying to give as much info as everyone else. And just like you said, you got your withdrawal, I have not. And this would be way better handled if there was legitimate support like there used to be in the past. Great you're going to hire someone new, when? I have been back and forth between this forum, the website, and email for the past two days constantly refreshing, paranoid I'm gonna miss some email. Haven't slept worth shit so forgive my lack of patience with this bull crap.
