Happy to have my withdrawals, happy because Freebitco.in continues but... without explanations not even a single email about the two thefts that I suffered due to a security issue in Freebitco.in.

I didn't ask them for anything but at least I would like to know if they solved it or if it was the hackers who removed the scripts and they can come back whenever they want.

Have you noticed also ID 6050126 the second winner it's like every 2 to 3 weeks he won the lottery

I'm glad everything is mostly back to normal now, but I feel bad for those who still can't change address. I had a friend who went to withdraw, and it ignored the withdrawals address and just used his sign up address (which he no longer has access to as it was from a wallet back in 2018). So clearly there are still issues, and a serious lack of customer support.

My trust is gone with these guys for now, I will continue using but never again will I deposit a large amount. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say these recent issues caused a lot of stress to a lot of people, some of us had large amounts of bitcoin in our accounts and the prospect of losing it all wasn't a nice one.

I'd like to see fbc stand behind what they say and actually employ a small team of support representatives, people who have people skills and customer service experience, not arrogant abrasive people like the quinn.

Feel like I'm a fucking ghost trying to talk to the living here. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THEY CAN'T JUST RESET THE EMAIL SYSTEM, START FROM SCRATCH OR EVEN TEMPORARILY INCREASE THE WAIT TIME. Great for all you ducks that use it all the time and have 2fa enabled and the right address but I haven't deposited funds to this site for years and it was supposed to be there for less than a fucking day. No one responds to posts, support emails, fucking nothing. Will NEVER come back to this site again, and mark my words this will happen again. Continuous problems don't just go away in a digital age where thousands of security beaches happen in a day...

Your swearing and yelling at who? No one here has had any personal response from fbc. Your asking for a response about your issue but we are all in the same boat as far as information. No one here can help you and i doubt fbc would if they read your post. I dont have 2fa and still got my withdrawal so idk what thats is all about? Your also not telling anyone here anything we dont know about having problems with btc faucets and btc gambling sites. We all know to well how fast you can get screwed. Please, breath. I was angry about all this too. Im still not thrilled with any of it. Its def ok to be angry and post your feelings about all this. I just think you will be more likely to get what you want without all of this.
Look at my previous posts. Not all of them were this level of frustration. Was getting real sick of everyone giving them a pass just because they posted, and pending deposits were cleared. I don't want this to get buried while me and others are still not getting access to their money. I can't be the only one. This is still not "normal". And still there is no word on how long it will be until this "back log" of AUTOMATED emails is cleared. And still no one with knowledge on how these automated systems work can explain why there is such a back log, or why it can't just be cleared and reset. Like do they even really have access to the back end? Why is it that the emails with the longer limits (specifically the address change) are the ones that take the longest to get to me. Still seems shady AF. Trust me, I'll be back in this forum the instant I get the deposit to tell the world, but making posts about the email system was being completely ignored by all, "never doubted freebitco in the first place" and such. The 2fa thing was a metric used by others in the forum when stating they got their withdrawals, my issue is the address on my profile. Logging in is not a problem, but I know others have posted they can't log in without 2fa. Just trying to give as much info as everyone else. I have seen your posts. I agree with everything your upset about 100%. I def agree that anyone thinking its all good, is mistaken. FBC has more to do to make this right. I still have Fun tokens locked. I doubt the will unlock them for me. I also have little hope of getting them back in a year. I did get my withdrawal but it was relatively small. Only 0.002. I also hate they still do not answer us. Im giving them time to do what they said. If they get some support, fix all thats still broken, give you and everyone that hasnt got there withdrawal yet, their money back, only then will i begin to start trusting. That trust only goes so far now though. With any online btc site, it only goes so far. I do absolutely understand everything thing you said and how you feel. Ive just already tried to get whats mine back in other situations by getting upset and letting it loose in forums. If you give someone any reason at all to say, "well this guy is being a jerk" they could ok themselves to shaft you. I do not want to see that happen. As much as i would like to say more, i think right now is not the time. I still have something to loose. If you want to pm me and tell me some specifics, i can try to help. I really have no avenue more than you do right now. Maybe i can talk to them with less frustration and get them to move faster? I do believe they are reading at least some emails and messages sent from their FAQ message form. If you would rather not pm me thats ok too. I hope you get whats yours and sooner than later.

Well, before I'd say things are "back to normal" and before the faith in Freebitco.in is fully restored I would like to have addressed a couple of things:

These are important threads to be addressed directly from their representative because after what had happened ? then need to completely give assurance to their users about the possibilities of these happening again .
I know that freebitcoin.in have been serving their players and investors for long time now and there is no doubt that their name is entitled of respect , but after what had happened there are serious matters that need to  be answered and that will take time for their trust and name to be restored .

I would def not say back to normal lol.=) Seems headed that way though. I want to soooo badly give my trust back. Ive been a member since way back and have always had a good experience. This web site is def one of the OGs of btc faucets and dice. I remember back when we got ten of thousands of satoshi for one faucet click. I absolutely hope they get this together and really add some support to contact. My fingers are crossed and ill be watching.

What do you mean? You mean people are too much optimistic? Well I don't know what they call normal and what you consider to be normal as well but I don't think we can except instant withdrawals or very fast withdrawal confirmations any time soon. The platform will certainly stay like that for several weeks or even months from now. Because they seem to encounter problems since the beginning of the year and even since the end of 2023 according to some users in the board. We still have to remain patient I think.

I have to agree as Im a great fan of convenience, if you want to facilitate people flowing onto a site make it easy as possible to enter and sign up even casually.        With FBC I never took it seriously at first or anything BTC, I believe my original account was purely based off the cookie no proper details.  

I'm a great fan of Facebook despite hating Facebook purely because once you have an account you can login anywhere in a second without typing in endless drivel about yourself and its fast plus it remembers all the security for you.

Valve does it with steam for those type of sites and maybe a few other places, Twitter is also good for it but facebook is probably the most universal.  

I would also like to state that my transaction finally went through! Faith ~restored!
A tiny trickle of good news, I hope that leads to a flood of people able to say similar.

As far as I understand, you manage a whole group of sites. Why do I have to register for each one again? Is it not possible to use the same account for all your casinos, which, as I understand it, differ only in the coin on which they operate? It seems inconvenient to me. I wanted to see your other casinos, but I was too lazy to register again every time.

I added a balance to my account, it was approved but it was not transferred to the system, for example, it has received 2 confirmations now

Please let us know what happens. Normally it only takes 1 confirmation to have it in your account. Maybe they have made it a higher threshold? They def need to make some changes and this may be one of them?

It took 3 confirmations and was transferred to the account. I have now made a withdrawal request, let's see how long it will take to be processed automatically.

Resolving an issue or some serious issues is not help to increase their trust or reputation. The best way to defend and increase reputation is don't create issues.

No casino is perfect with absolute immunity from experiencing one or two issues happening, at least not regularly, what's important is how fast and responsive the y get to handle those issues when they do occur. I don't think any reputable casino like freebitco will intentionally want anything short of the positive to tamper with their renowned reputation they have built with the community throughout the years just like that.

Resolving an issue or some serious issues is not help to increase their trust or reputation. The best way to defend and increase reputation is don't create issues.

Taking proactive measures is always better than being reactive but no matter how good or trusted the casino is, there will be issues with the customers from time to time and a good casino will resolve them honestly. Also, it matters a lot as to how fast the customer service of the casino is. The players will always create tickets / issues and the casinos will focus on resolving them promptly.
It's a good one that they  freebitco have been able to take control of the issues and complains... This is technology and there are situations that you can't help but act reactive to it  to get to the root of the problem.  And It's great to know that users have started dropping reports of successful withdrawals to that effect.
