Great news, freebitcoin was my first contact with Bitcoin, it was the first website I registered for products and services related to Bitcoin.
However, I haven't been able to access my account for years, I can't log in with my bitcoin address/email and password, it says they are incorrect, but when I request a password reset, it doesn't reach my email. I must have some amount in my account.
It is possible you might have forgotten the email address used to signup in the platform, it happens. If you can remember the email, they might send you recovering steps like every other platform do. I don't know if they have inactivity after which accounts will be archived, well you have to approach their support for help as they are the only option available.
I added a balance to my account, it was approved but it was not transferred to the system, for example, it has received 2 confirmations now
Please let us know what happens. Normally it only takes 1 confirmation to have it in your account. Maybe they have made it a higher threshold? They def need to make some changes and this may be one of them?
It took 3 confirmations and was transferred to the account. I have now made a withdrawal request, let's see how long it will take to be processed automatically.

You have to also consider the fact that the team will be busy clearing the backlogs, so give them more time and see how it goes.
