Those that have experienced bad with FBC is understadable with their frustrations and all they want is an answer from any staff and good that the PR staff has replied.

I guess that it will certainly take a lot of time to check out all of the back logs and concerns. And based with everyone who's got trouble with their withdrawals, 2FAs and accounts, looks like things are closely or almost back to normal.

Yes, after this announcement, things are getting better for the freebitco users and we are also hearing some postive vibes like these.

Everythings is going Ok now, I recevied payment's email today, The payments I've been received 3 days ago.
Mails are working now with 20min delay in mail confirmation 😉

I hope all the issues for freebitco will be resolved and regular freebitco users do not experience such issues again, as it is really frustrating when you have your money stuck in a gambling sites even for few extra hours  Sad

It’s useless to base only on the number of win without checking the percentage of tickets holding of this winner. If they hold only small amount of ticket then still keep winning consecutively then there might be a problem but if these users on the list is holding the majority of tickets per round then there’s nothing wrong.

This is normal on any competition that whale dominates the it due to the wager they are contributing to increase their winning chance.

It’s very hard to confirm if they are cheating or not if the contest has record of the number  of ticket sold per round.

I completely agree with you about this. We already know that the user with 37419370 ID is a big whale and he is wagering crazy amounts,

Well, in the first two draws he has about 65% of the tickets, and in the third draw he has 33%. Nothing surprising here.

I tried resetting my password and didn't get the emailnforn8+ hours. Have tried a few times and even got sent a new password and a verify it's you email. But those all expired or don't work, so I am locked out of my account

How much amount did you try to withdraw precisely? Because I tried to make an instant withdrawal this morning(UTC time) and it's still pending up to now, so for me the delay are still the same since one month

Because im a glutton for punishment, i sent a 0.0005 test deposit. If i can get it to 0.001 ill withdraw and see how it goes. I understand things are not 100% fixed so im not going to be upset with a delay if that happens.
Is good at least  we know Freebitco is still much legit and hope that the system will be working properly soonest

Maybe small amounts are processed instantly or at least very quickly but it doesn't work in the same way for larger amounts obviously. Otherwise it has something to do with the accounts, and some accounts are luckier than others. I hope all will come back normal soon though.

I completely agree with you about this. We already know that the user with 37419370 ID is a big whale and he is wagering crazy amounts, he is winning promotions and he has a lot of tickets for weekly lotteries and Lambo draws. It's impossible to confirm that he is cheating... I look at it from my perspective, if I am wagering this amount on a daily/weekly level I would expect to win almost everything.

Generally, I don't think it's a problem in this user, I think that Quin should address some other issues... Quine was active before, I don't know why he decided to neglect this thread and leave us to think what we want about what's happening with the site lately.

Just an update, haven't received any emails for links in almost 24 hours, despite having requested almost every hour. Of course daily ad emails seem to come in perfectly every day. I will be optimistic and say hopefully this means they are actively working on the user requested email side. Would be nice to see a banner on the site warning users of delays in links.

I doubt if they will do the warning banner about the email delay on the website because it will cause panic even to user that is not affected. The support is already working on it so it’s better to just wait for them since they are already acknowledging the problem.

I hear you, but I think panic sets in more when first, you don't get the email, then going to social media and seeing that there are tons of people not able to withdraw. Pretty sure this community has experienced enough shell shock when projects go quiet. Just an opinion though. Heck, allot of those Twitter accounts probably don't access bitcointalk, which is the only place there has been any response. I think just a, "were working on it" would be allot better than nothing.

After trying to log in to fbc using a new smartphone I didn't get the email to be used in such cases to verify the user; so I tried to reset my password and again I didn't get any email.
I have been trying to reset my password since yesterday without success; I am an active user, I have only one account and my id is 16435551. Can anyone help me out?

update :
just now I got 3 emails to do the password reset; 2 of them were expired, while the third one provided me with the new password; the problem now is that once I entered the password it asks me to check the email again in order to get access to the site but the email doesn't come... Undecided
In the end it is a mail server problem and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
