It says in the post - requested over 24 hours ago. Should have been automatic in 15 minutes, as usual, same withdrawal address as always.

I haven't deposited in months, last October or something.

I have now made another deposit and received 1 confirmation for the trial, but it has not been reflected in my account yet, I am waiting.

And then I will create a withdrawal request again and see what happens.

The fact that you got paid says nothing about anyone else's accounts or the ability if the site to make payouts as promised.

5 GT is a big reward for the wheel spins so thats a definite positive but Iam still saving my wheel spins for some time now, in fact I got more via RP usage.   The general idea being a small speculation on the BTC price having any decline from here, we are top of the range its kept for months so the lay of the land is we can decline.

In fact its more likely we decline then make a break out and a new higher price thats not been seen before.   The adage is that summer is not a great time for markets to make moves, neutral to negative could easily be it in a test of patience until labor day or so the saying goes.  I'd only mention it briefly but since 2008 or so thats when Ive been watching and its not far wrong to expect not so much as far as great moves go.   Speculative flux naturally has some people selling at the highs, rebuy at the lows ad infinium.

If BTC goes lower the wheel spin on average pays more barring the great luck of 5 GT tickets or anything nicer but averaging out, its a counter play to BTC losing value.  A side game Tongue

Because im a glutton for punishment, i sent a 0.0005 test deposit. If i can get it to 0.001 ill withdraw and see how it goes. I understand things are not 100% fixed so im not going to be upset with a delay if that happens.


The deposit was in my account in under 2min. I lost lol. I might try again soon. I was thinking maybe its a better idea to wait until they say everything is working before we keep adding more to the load they already have.

I have been unable to utilize my WoF spins lately and they accumulated to a decent amount and I finally got the time to spin them.
I had around 419 WoF spins and got pretty good rewards from them. I personally liked the 5 GT reward.

Cool discussion to lighten the mood here despite how chaotic the thread now for multiple issue arising about pending withdrawals and security issue. I highly commend the positivity here and trust on the casino being able to leave your money still intact in the casino despite some minor warning.

I’m honestly curious about the user experience in the casino? Is it still the same normal even before all this issue arise? I don’t have an account here but I will definitely withdraw all my funds temporarily if I have an account here.

It would be more better if they clarify this things and try to confirm if wetsuit or TheQuin still working for them so people will not bother them if they are not connected to freebitco.in anymore.

Also as what you have said they should put a representative that can answer questions here since leaving this thread at current situation maybe cannot give positive returns to them. But let see if they assigned new guy here or they retain those people and let them answer or manage this thread.
I assume the recruit they are referring to is part of the support team. This is to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Some have confirmed that the email problem has gradually been resolved. maybe the problem is that the withdrawal is still pending. the process must be done manually and with the large number of users today it will take time.

I'm not sure about having a new representative. but if they do, they have to put in members who have good reputations to restore user trust.

Hopefully, they recruit someone from the forum who has a good reputation in the gambling section. They should also be active. TheQuin did a good job in the past I even personally interacted with him and I found him very good.

But he was one man for so many users for such a big site, it had to be more, and many had to wait long for answers.

FBC is so big it deserves an active forum member who everyone can trust to do the best for all. So lets hope we see these new people whoever they are Smiley
I think it's a good response from them that there is a problem within them as I think, whether Thequin no longer works for freebitcoin or there is an internal problem that we don't know about so he is only online in the forum but doesn't respond at all to users who complain their problem in this forum thread, but it's good that one of them clarified this problem, it should have been done yesterday but they are only solving the problem gradually at this time. I think the problem is with their service support.

A site of this size with users that has reached more than 50 million registered users cannot possibly rely on just a few people to take care of it, freebitcoin must look for a team that is truly available for service support that is active on the site 24 hours so that this site looks very professional in serving Every user is like any other casino which has service support that is ready to solve every user problem. They are hiring support just now after many years of existence while they encounter a simple backlog problem with their website. If you’re right that they have corporate “team” already. I’m sure that the 2 guy I mention before should be included on their decision making since they are the main owner of this casino.

It’s impossible for a representative to hire a new employee without the boss approval based on my corporate experience on both online and physical company.
