i did a slow withdrawl about 0.045 btc and everything worked fine.. i cant understand all the complains here in the thread..
Those users who have not already enabled 2FA need to confirm their withdrawal via email and they can't withdraw the fund, if the authorization email is received late.
I guess you have enabled 2FA or you withdrew the fund to your profile address.
And I think the most annoying thing with this whole issue is that the issue with late delivery of mail is something that can easily be fixed, yet, they seem not to be doing anything about the issue, and worst of all seem also to be the fact that there are no rep here to help users with issues, some weeks back, it was said that they now have a new rep on this forum, we were all happy and commended the team for taking that hold step..
But right now, I don't know what is happening with that supposed rep, complains are piling up here on this thread and he's no where to be found - at least, been a while I read from him or her last.
But all thing being the same, let's continue to stay hopeful that they will one day fix the issues, I personally don't have balance on the site, I was lucky to withdraw all before this whole issue of not getting email messages with withdrawal verification, but again, this is something that is easy to fix, and lets hope they fix this, plus other issues real soon.
