Mbappe had a really great night with France last night as he scored 2 goals and made an assist. He is such an amazing player at this very young age. He is already the captain of France national team as well. These are all big responsibilities for him but it doesn't matter for him anyway. His performance is still mesmerizing and I think we will see more of it coming in his future years in his career.
He is literally the most important player for PSG so I wonder how long they will be able to keep him. Because being eliminated in the Champions League this early must have made Mbappe really frustrated. Real Madrid would be in line to sign him for sure.

They just can't risk their league title from now on as it is the only thing they have left.
They were caring about the Champions League the most but they are out of it already. At least they should go for the league title and secure it.

They won't have any issues finding players to replace Neymar and Messi for as long as the new "financial sustainability" concept isn't introduced and definitely enforced. Money can buy everything. But they will have an issue publicly I guess. Messi leaving the club is a loss in many regards besides just sports. But I agree with you that that could start a chain of bad events for PSG. Mbappe is probably not going to stay when Neymar and Messi leave. He scored again two goals for the French national team and all eyes are on him. He should understand that PSG is not going to turn him into the global superstar he could actually be. In my opinion he needs to play for another club as soon as possible.
But they have enough money and enough investment in their teams, but the question is is this possible for the owner of PSG to spend more money while they didn't get good results? I mean since they spend money at the beginning of the season and they failed in the champions league and there is not enough gap for them in French League, there is the possibility for the owners to stop spending huge amounts of money on them, Also finding a player to replace with Messi is a pain for any team even if they have enough money.

We will see how PSG play after the international break later. because, there are several players who are defending their respective national teams. it may have an impact on the fitness of some players after the international jada, or the potential for injury. however, I hope there are no problems with them.

Saying that Galtier improved the team is a joke. The last time they played Bayern in the Champions League, there was a real fight. This time PSG looked like they were dead in the water. Nothing was happening on their part.
And even if they could still gather more points in Ligue 1 this year than last year, it still isn't a convincing performance by them. The have also been kicked out of the Coup de France last season in the round of 16 against Nice in a home game.
PSG is simply not the team they should be given how many stars they have on their team.
Bringing coach like Galtier at PSG was joke in itself because while you have big dreams you need to be work on all aspects better and having quality coach and players is clubs managements responsibility where these Qataris completely fail with second problem which is preventing them from having any big win in Champions League is not honouring all players at same level which is also worst from them and creating mess up in dressing room as professional you need to work on basic things which are important and create good environment in dressing room which is the most important thing for having better results.And even if they could still gather more points in Ligue 1 this year than last year, it still isn't a convincing performance by them. But the PSG bosses also want that their ideas get realized. The only way out is that you sign the second best coaches that you can force to do what you want them to do. See Tuchel, he didn't want the club bosses to tell him how to play and with whom to play. At the same time Klopp and Guardiola have a say in their clubs when it comes to managing the squad. PSG will always suffer from that problem.

On paper PSG is always the best and the favorite team to win. Unfortunately for them and their fans, that wasn't the case in some matches and PSG ended up losing vs weaker teams. Lyon used to be a good team in the past which wasn't the case for the moment. They receive frequently a goal and they are playing away. These reasons did support a PSG victory.
Lyon is as good as rennes. PSG must be careful and learn from the previous match about how rennes was able to beat PSG 2-0 without even a single goal from PSG. Lyon is also a strong team now. I would not even called that the team like rennes as a weak team. I think that you shall not also underestimate another team. Some may mediocre but some clubs have good capabilities to compete in the domestic league.
PSG is now losing its spirit. It seems psg will have faced difficulty when it will be against lyon. It seems like that galtier will be replaced by zidane in the future.

I don't think PSG can catch up this season as they did in previous seasons. But the situation with the other top 5 clubs is really interesting. Marseille, Lens, Monaco, Rennes and even Lille will be fighting hard to get into the European championships next season. If Monaco continue to play poorly, Lille can get in their place because they play just as well.
