Yeah, Reims which is middle of league table and doing amazing job they lost only five games form 28 in this season and Marseille is first team in last ten games which beat them without any doubt in limited resources and having average player's performance like this is amazing form them no chance for them to have any improvement for the higher rank but staying still into middle is also good from their coach and players hard work now in next round after break they are going to face Nantes which was also doing good in last few seasons, but now they are struggling badly and have one of the worst time with no win in last five game just 2 points which is surely worst case.

After having another elimination from the Champions League things looking not good for them because many rumours around with most chances Messi is going to leave this club and Mbappé is also under pressure as he wants to be alone here with injury port Neymar is also under criticism from many about things going in club its need good overhauling from the management if they want to have better results in this club because just having stars not guaranteed for the win coach Galtier is also having not good experience of handling team like this most chances he will also out of job.

Actually, if you watch the matches played by PSG, then you will know where the mistake lies and why it is so difficult for them to achieve maximum results. You are right. PSG management thought they could win the Champions League only with star players. But we have seen many times in the past that despite having fewer star players in the squad, the teams won the Champions League title due to the excellent match strategy of the coach. The bond between PSG players is not good. There is a conflict between the players. Mbappe is a great player but he is also very selfish. This is also why PSG missed many easy-scoring opportunities. PSG needs a coach who can blend well with the players on the team. Be able to strengthen the bonds between team players.

Yes PSG is very tired to settle them, and in fact not too much to bring PSG to the high table Europa Champions league. Mbappe is probably the most interesting player here, but his decision might also depend on what the club is going to do during the next transfer period. He knows that they are far behind a club like Bayern. The difference was huge last time. Messi, who knows, if he is really offered over 300 million per season, hard to guess what he is going to do. I would like to see him in a strong league for one more year. I think he is still amazing in contributing to the team either as a scorer or with assists. But no club would be willing to pay him his current salary except for PSG. I would like to see him make a move and perhaps forgo an unreal salary and try his luck with a decent club in a decent league.

There are also many rumors about special clauses in Mbappe's contract, but they are contradictory for the most part. Anyways, I think it would be a waste of an outstanding potential career if Mbappe stays at PSG for another few years. Ligue 1 is just not the place such a player belongs to.

When you take a look on the budget spent in Ligue 1, you will see why PSG is almost in the first place the whole time and why the other teams are way behind.
The level of Ligue 1 without PSG is like any normal European league, nothing special. Lille, Lyon, Marseille and sometimes Rennes and Nice pop up and do something interesting in European competitions but cannot go too far.
I want to say that being in the first place for PSG and getting 7 points gap isn't really an achievement and cannot judge how good is the tactic used there. Facing European teams like Bayern, City, Real Madrid can give a global view about the team and players and until now, nothing special for PSG.

The conditions remain the same, even if what you say is true when you don't have to blame the coach because this is a mistake that must be shared, but still when a team can't win then it is the coach who becomes the target and that has become a real law in football because still coaches play a big role in this. We have to say frankly that Reims is one of the best teams of recent times.  Reims are playing very well and they were also very good against Marseille but Marseille made the difference with Alexis Sanchez and they managed to beat Reims.  This is good news for Marseille as they are working hard to be in the top two places in the league.
