Some people say that PSG might have a difficulty in beating Angers next week considering Angers' recent form. But when we check the head-to-head matches, we see clearly that PSG are very highly dominant against them. PSG just won all the time against Angers no matter what. And they can do this again easily without caring about Angers' good form.
This time peoples may be wrong because Rennes and Angers are completely different clubs and Angers never been threat for PSG in last few years even Rennes have different history they beat them many times just because of this PSG lost against them but Angers never been good team but this year they are performing good usually they lost very badly against PSG but now this year they will fight and give them good resistance but still they are not able to defeat them. Now, players coming after good rest and have some better strategy, so it could be one-sided game for the giants.

This is Football, and anything can happen, Anger can probably win against PSG for the first time. They are in their best form, but I don't think Anger can easily beat PSG in an away match, not after PSG got their first losing match this season against Rennes. PSG dominated the game , but got 0 shot on target. Anger have to play carefully and put in more effort. They are below Nice and needs more points to slide up on the table.

I don't think anybody would say that. They started this season better than last ones but that doesn't mean they could be a trouble for PSG. I don't even think they can resist, it will be an easy match for PSG. They play at home, they should score early and have an easy game. Friday fixtures are important for teams, they win their games and give fear to competitors. It also gives time to rest for them before European games. If PSG takes score early they can think about Leipzig game and rest actively in the match later.

Monaco were the king indeed once. Maybe they are not the richest club in the Ligue 1 now but I would like to remind you that they still had a great season last year. They didn't have the best lineup and they still ended at the third place. You might say that there are not many big clubs in this league. It is true though. But I would like to remind you one thing also that Monaco had a very poor season before that too.

Oh no need to remind me, but that's what I was pointing out. They used to be the richest, and now no longer are, and now they know how it feels like to have all the best talents going not to you but to the richer club and from the capital too.

They're still a good team for sure and last season did very well against the best in Europe but it's going to be a hard climb back to the top once you let it go.

Recently, Lille and Monaco finally have started climbing the positions in the standings one by one. They both have a 3-win streak now. Lille are the last champions and Monaco ended as the 3rd. It wouldn't be nice to see these teams struggling a lot this season. I hope that they can maintain their form and continue to get better. I would like to see them increasing the competition level even more.

Wouldn't be nice? But why? Monaco were kings for a while when they were the rich club. Then a richer club came along and bought even bigger stars, so Monaco couldn't compete. It's not even in France.

And Lille's manager and stars also left, so their slide is not a surprise.

Why is anyone shocked or feeling uncomfortable to see their struggles? Smiley

I think that the Lyon - Monaco match will be the biggest match of the week. Monaco are showing a fascinating performance comparing to Lyon. They have been victorious three times in a row. Lyon couldn't get any win in their last two matches. Considering their last head-to-head match here in this stadium, Lyon demolished Monaco by 4-1. But this time could be a chance to take revenge on Lyon for Monaco.
Very hard to predect the outcome since monaco ayed recently against teams that are struggling and are not able to win for a long time so we cant really judge monaco performance since it is not steady but they definetly have an advantage since they won three games in a row so they must be motivated.

@Spack17 this will be game of equals and don’t let Monaco recent performances fool you, because I feel that Lyon will offer them tough fight. Also @Ratash is correct about Monaco, hence see the match and see how they’re performing before you decide to wager on them.

The challenges are tougher and not to mention facing big opposing teams from other Europe, I just want to know the evidence that messi and his friends can lead PSG to the final.

If you look at the last PSG matches against Rennes, I think winning the UCL is very difficult. They are very difficult to enter the penalty box Rennes. They do not seem to have the pattern and patience in chasing goals down. Although I know at the end they only relied on Messi because Mbappe and Neymar were out. The UCL atmosphere will be tighter than the league, although yesterday they were able to reach this year's final a little difficult. I think Pocethiino has a different style to Tuchel. Tuchel is a bit better in terms of tactics and player management.

Lyon - Monaco game will be the most important game of the coming match weekend. Two of the biggest teams of the Ligue 1 will clash with each other. I'm favoring Monaco in this game honestly. Because their recent form is much better than Lyon. Monaco won their last 3 games while Lyon were getting 2 ties and 1 win. Even though there is only one point gap in the standings between them, Monaco should have more morale than Lyon and they won't lose here I think.
Winning the match will definitely be tough for Monaco as they will be playing away. Although, they have a good squad and have been doing greatly in their last matches. While, I expected Lyon to win against St Étienne in their last match, but the game ended in draw after Étienne got a  penalty kick in the die minutes. Nevertheless, Lyon won against Monaco in their Ligue 1 last meeting, is was a home match for Monaco, and they lost with 2-3 score to Lyon. However, Monaco is likely to win in their next match.
Giving predictions in French League has never been easy because many times we have very strange results but still it's very interesting and entertaining Monaco's recent form is good but still Lyon at home is very good, and they have very good record against Monaco but in current season Monaco is doing very good performance after watching this all we can say that Lyon is not going to win this match easily as they are not performing good. Currently as Monaco is doing look like they are trying again for having good and solid place in top ranked French Leagues teams after few bad years.

It is on the desk and if PSG get the Champions League title, Mbappe will not move to anywhere else. With the happiness from it (if it happens) and a huge offer from PSG, Mbappe will not move to Real Madrid.
When you are at Mbappe level, the money is not the problem when there is an offer on the table. More often than not, most clubs will offer you what you want, sure there are only a few teams that can afford it, but they will offer the same to get him for free if he is willing to come to their clubs. This means there was something else about Mbappe deal that did not go through, it wasn't money for sure, PSG has the money to afford to pay him more than anything he wants, if he wants 40 they can give him 50, if it was 50 then they can pay him 60, it is not about money for sure.

What I believe everyone agrees was success at UCL, but I also believe that last year's horrible season was one of the main reasons, they failed to get even the league and that is just way too bad for them. Which is why even if they end up not getting the UCL, they could still be good enough with the current roster to win the league by a large margin, and maybe keep him if they go further in UCL, like semi-finals or finals even if not all the way.

I wouldn't doubt PSG this season in Ligue 1 because it seems so irrational not to see them walk away with the title at the end of the season. Having great players at the club may be a challenge for a coach of Pochettino's caliber, he may find it difficult to create harmony between his players at the club even though some of them are players from their own country. Messi has yet to find his best form at PSG and still requires him to adapt to other players. I still have doubts about PSG in the Champions League because after Messi came in, Neymar was no longer in his best form. Next week PSG will meet Angers at home for their 10th Ligue 1 match.

Pochettino of course must be able to unite the harmony of these players, which is most important because after all there must be a little ego from those who already feel that they are talented players, so coach Pochettino needs to think so that harmony is maintained with many talented players.
Before, I was the same, maybe some people believed that Messi's entry could lead PSG to become champions of the Champions League, but my view is different, this is a controversial league.

PSG have been eyeing the Champions League for a long time and keep trying to get it every season. There are quite a lot of possibilities that they will have this season if the three strikers that PSG have this season are compact enough and can work well together in matches. So far, Messi has not been able to fully adapt and still needs a lot of time with his team-mates. If Messi, Neymar and Mbappe have adapted well then the Champions League title is likely to be achieved. I don't know what would make PSG fail if it wasn't for the coach who couldn't do it.

Mbappe is happy at PSG and he has grown there throughout the season. I hope he won't go to Real Madrid next season, but it's possible if PSG fail to bring the Champions League title to their base.
PSG's hungriness for Champions League is growing day by day and owners spending millions of USD for this, but they fail in last many attempts in current season with most lethal attack they have very few chances because in early games they were not as they have to do with this attack but most chances after some matches they will be able to set winning combination which will help them for having their dream came true.

Right now, PSG facing two problems first Messi is not doing as team need, but this will be settled, and second one is Real Madrid is desperately looking for Mbappé which is not good for PSG and player because right now they need some better concentration from player for their target.

Taking into account that Mbappé has dreamed of being a part of Real Madrid since he was a child, he himself affirmed that it is very difficult to leave PSG, I think that the player must put everything on a balance and must evaluate in which team he has the most probability of success? If he is with a Messi and a Neymar Jr it is a much greater guarantee of winning both the French League and of the true objective that is the UCL.

I heard that mbappe doesn't want to extend his contract with PSG. Maybe he will go to Madrid after his contract runs out. It is very difficult to unite many good players in one team. Moreover, they have the ego to be the best. Moreover, Pochetino's experience was not as good as that of Tuchel who went to Chelsea. But I know the goal of PSG's management is not only to win the UCL they also profit from the star players by selling their jerseys.
see mom's comments in the newspaper there seems to be a bright spot
Quote
"We are in talks with PSG at the moment and everything is going well," Fayza Lamari told Le Parisien
I think psg transfer failed and still need mbappe ,whether it will be extended or not is not yet known for sure but for sure mbappe will fight well for UCL "he said" I wish him all the best and success

If he is with a Messi and a Neymar Jr it is a much greater guarantee of winning both the French League and of the true objective that is the UCL.

If Mbappé goes to Real Madrid, he fulfills his dream, he plays alongside his compatriot Benzemá, but he would have restrictions with the team, he knows his team more at PSG than at Real Madrid, and the players at Real Madrid the Fellowship is not one of the qualities that best characterizes them, I think that the player would take on more importance if he stays at PSG, of course it is my way of seeing him just thinking about the style of football that they can offer us.
Here Real Madrid is very evident:

Mbappe, are you coming or not? Real Madrid don't wait for anyone

Quote
But Mbappe must decide whether he is staying at PSG or coming to Real Madrid. Much like Luka Modric and Gareth Bale did back in the day in order to get out of another strong grip that is Tottenham. Real Madrid are not here to wait for anyone.
