We can say that Psg became the champion for this season. Psg is 13 points ahead of the nearest team. They don't lose matches easily anymore. PSG will surely to have other Champions League finals if their owner don't give up and their finance will still be supported by big corporations, foundations behind. Although, we can not say the owner from Quatar will keep owning this club forever or will keep support the club with huge budget forever, I believe in next 5 years, they will still be in Paris and 5 years with top level players are enough to have another Champions League final.
They will sooner or later harvest sweet result like Chelsea. The first will be hard and challenging but then when they already have tradition and confidence, other titles will knock their club's Hall of fame naturally.
The big investment of the owners and other companies behind PSG is not just because they want to get a title, be it a domestic title or the Champions League. There must be other income they expect from their investment such as sales of T-shirts, tickets and broadcasting rights so that their balance sheet is always guaranteed. Lille were not even close to their look in the previous season maybe but I still didn't expect them to get a this much embarrassing result. They really don't seem like the last champions in the league. I get that this kind of teams don't have the chance to get even close to the championship very often. But they could have still done better than this. And PSG are continuing to literally own the league.

That's for sure but I'm not sure PSG will go further to the final in the UCL, maybe to advance to the quarter-finals is still possible but for the next I just feel PSG is still not solid enough. There are rumors circulating that PSG will recruit Zidane as a new coach, if that happens then I believe Zidane will be able to provide many achievements for PSG in the future and not only be strong in Ligue 1 as it is now. PSG has a very good squad in every line both main players and substitutes, if PSG can change the right coach too then of course PSG will be a better team than now.

Okay maybe that can happen but they have to make something so that it can happen.

Messi has only 2 goals in the league and it is a damn bad stats but he does play well enough there. He is only lack of luck with 7 shots on goal bar or pillars. I know even if he had scored in all of such shots, he would have had less than 10 goals in the league and still is a bad one.

I think that PSG getting that win was obviously important but Messi getting along with Mbappe and both of them scoring was a bigger impact deal.
