If Messi decides to move to PSG and PSG does not sell Mbappe, who will play in PSG's main strike next season? Mbappe, Neymar, Messi, Di Maria and Icardi. Everyone is talented. Mbappe-Neymar-Messi If we look at this trio, will Di Maria and Icardi just be substitutes? Looking forward to seeing how Pochettino will form his squad. Troyes did played quite well against Paris Saint Germain yesterday as they did not allow their opponent to control the tempo of the game for the whole match, even though Troyes have lost their first game but I think if they are able to keep up this performance, Troyes should be able to survive relegation in the Ligue 1 this season.

PSG off an okay start without Neymar in Ligue 1 today, Troyes caused some troubles for PSG since they only leading with one goal and couldn't manage to score another one to guarantee the win but in general they did well, Mbappe played well even though he didn't score but he made an assist, with the news about Messi probably signing for PSG, they're going to dominate Ligue 1 if that happened.
Troyes was the first to score but PSG later equalized and won, Troyes should not be a problem to PSG even if they try, this is the first match of the season and as expected that PSG will win such match. It is true that PSG will dominate League 1 if Lionel Messi joined, the transfer is becoming true, if become true, PSG will dominate the league, but not only that, PSG will also become more threat in Champions League, there will be more probability that PSG are getting closer to the day they will win Campaigns League which is what they have longed for.

Lyon vs Brest match ended as draw too. The favourite team couldn't manage to get the victory. Even Brest scored the first goal and took the lead against Lyon today. Not expecting a draw or different result on the 3rd game of this season.
Lyon has been a club of past glory, they are not yet getting themselves right and can be a potent club that can let someone to lose if you place bet on them, today's match ending draw is not a surprise as Lyon has also been on and off, off on their first match this season. PSG is favourite in today's match. I'm hoping that PSG will get an easy victory against Troyes.
PSG are starting good this season, Troyes has never been a strong team since I know the club, I too guess PSG will definitely win the match, no match is risk free, but this still seem just like a bonus.Troyes 1 - 2 Paris Saint-Germain
If I may pitch in here, my heart is aching when I see players like Mbappe play against Troyes and teams like that for a whole season. In Spain you did at least have the clasico, which was like a champions league final every single time. When they met in Copa del rey, same thing. But in France it is not like that. When Messi joins PSG as well and Neymar, Messi and Mbappe score 90 goals together, what's the point? It all comes down to the CL then.

Finally Ligue 1 started today with Monaco vs. Nantes game. Monaco was better side but they could only get one point. Gelson Martins scored a nice goal, Caio Henrique's assist was great. They conceded a goal at the end of first half by a corner organisation. Second half we didn't see any goals so it finished as a draw. I don't think Monaco is happy with this result, they should've won at home. This is not their first game of the season, they also played in Champions League qualification game 3 days ago, so they should be prepared for the league better than Nantes.

I said that this will be a tough game for Monaco because this is the first match of the season.Even tho they were a better team they didnt win.Nantes should be really happy with this draw away against a big team such as Monaco. Monaco always starting slow the season.

The season has started with the game between Monaco and Nantes. I was expecting it to be an easy one for Monaco actually. Because Nantes had a really bad season and barely managed to stay in the league. And Monaco had a quite good season. But this shows clearly that Monaco are still not fully prepared for the season.
Tomorrow, we are going to see two games of the big clubs in the league:

The first match of the season cannot be based of pre season friendlies result and for me, I say the 3 points are there for grabs in the French leagues first tie of the 2021/2022 season. Nantes seem to be the underdog for this tie and i believe it will be a goal scoring draw. 2-2
Current Score Monaco 1 - 1 Nantes, Monaco's goal was scored by Gelson Martins in the 14th minute and Nantes' goal was scored by Jean-Charles Castelletto. The game is about 10 minutes to go, but I'm sure someone will win, Nantes or Monaco

@hahay it’ll be an interesting match to watch because the first game is always special, both the teams will be fresh and will try to win this game. However Monaco does looks strong to me, at least on paper so while it’s a risky idea you might as well try but don’t wager too much also.
Monaco is the favorite in this match,the only problems both teams are facing is that this is just the first round most teams arent in the form.But i think there shouldnt be much of a problem for Monaco in this match but they always start the league really slow and catch up later
