Winning the title depends entirely on the coach now. Mauricio Pochettino is an experienced coach. Now his main responsibility is to build a stable team of all talented players. If there is internal strife in the team, no matter how many star players there are in the team, the result will not be good. The team is experienced, there is nothing to teach them. The coach's responsibility is to resolve internal disputes and fix match strategy.
I remember from NBA that it is quite a challenge to manage a few superstars in the same team, it brings a lot of egos clashing and it is not that easy. For example Phil Jackson in my own opinion is not the best coach ever, but he is certainly the best coach that can fire up a lot of superstars.
Greg Poppovich is the best coach ever in my opinion, he had Tim Duncan and Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili all working together like they are some role players and following what the coach says, that is the hardest thing, but at the same time his playing style was dubbed "the beautiful game" by people. Same goes for football, Messi and Neymar and Mbappe all on the same team, PSG did everything they could, Mbappe was said to be leaving the club when his contract is over, but they did something so major that I am sure even Mbappe is excited about staying here and playing, it is hard to stop egos clashing, if Poche can do that, this team could win everything they play.
