Let's get back on business. Focusing on a specific game today
Nantes' performance has been fluctuating in the first games of the new Ligue 1 season. One draw, one win and one defeat for Antoine Kombouare's men. Therefore, not an exceptional haul, but for a team that last year finished needed the play-off to keep its spot in Ligue 1, it can be safely defined as a positive start.
For tonight's match with Lyon, which it has been a delusion so far, I expect a draw (1-1 or 2-2).

Messi is certain to have his first match in PSG  match when they travel to Reims headquarters in Ligue 1 on Sunday, and of course if Mbappe doesn't leave of course we will see how good their match will be by using the MMN trio in that match, to be honest, Even though I'm not a PSG fan but I won't miss the match and I really want to see if the MMN trio will be as dangerous as many people are predicting right now.
To be honest, I really hope that Mbappe will stay at PSG because with him staying at PSG, of course Mbappe will learn a lot from star players like Messi and Neymar. Well, Mbappe may be going to Madrid which of course there are also many experienced star players but that will lead Mbappe to adapt again and of course it takes time. By the way, regarding the away game against Reims, I'm not just waiting for Messi's performance because I'm also waiting for Donnarumma's performance. Of the 3 games that have been played PSG still haven't kept a clean sheet, and I hope that if Donnarumma is played maybe PSG will get a clean sheet for the first time this season.

It's more a matter of principle. Paris Saint-Germain does not need money as much and is not in such a hopeless situation regarding financial fair play as Barcelona, which urgently tried to find buyers for some of its players, so PSG can afford to do such symbolic things, such as, for example, we are not against selling a player, but only on their own terms. However, I am not at all sure that Real Madrid will agree to the proposed conditions, especially since the president of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, expressed his dissatisfaction with Paris Saint-Germain's rude response to the transfer offer. Real Madrid seems to be ready to increase its offer, but I don't think that it is by the required amount.
I do not think that PSG will be selling Mbappe, I believe that they are going to let him go because there is no money in the world that worths Mbappe and it is not about selling him, it is about basically keeping him and showing that they care about him so much that they even declined 160 million offer. You think that does not have any impact on Mbappes decision to stay or not? Guys were offered 160 million and they said no, which means that Mbappe knows that PSG wants him this badly, and that will play into the fact of how much he will want when contract is offered again.

I believe that given enough money PSG could still hold him, offer him twice what Real is offering and he will stay, who would say no to 2x amount of money? And give him like 5+ years worth of contract, give him like 50 million a year for 7 years, and I do not see any case that he is not staying, that is A LOT of money.

This is a great point of view, the truth for money I do not think that PSG will deliver a player who is really very important for the team and worldwide, it is obvious that Real Madrid thinks it is a rude answer, but they have to offer Much more, what happens is that Real Madrid is accustomed that with the first offer and everyone falls and no, PSG now has the power in their hands with those world-class players, and if they join PSG CR7 wow , I think they have to prepare for all the triumphs that are coming, personally I am a fan of CR7 and just seeing him play in the same team as Messi I think it would make me a great fan of PSG, if with Messi 832 thousand shirts were sold , I do not want to imagine the sales by Ronaldo, besides that the token would go to very high levels.

Glory To Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!

Business wise, its such a bad idea to object to such amount at such crucial time, especially when the player is very much willing to leave the team. That's a lot of profit that a team would be willing to loose on a player to free transfer all in the name of a dream team should his contract with the club expires. You can be sure he won't renew and that would be a straight up free transfer. Though, the team as it is now, with Neymar, Messi and Mbappe, it was going to be a complete dominance of the league 1 and a very strong competition for the internal club games. Wise choice for Real Madrid.

Perhaps PSG just doesn't want to sell Mbappe? Did you rightly say that PSG does not need money, and they simply don’t need to sell such a talented player as Mbappe? The championship has just begun, it is not clear which of the players will show themselves in a team with such a strong line-up, perhaps after a while they will want to sell someone else, and leave Mbappe in the team. Or they really believe that this player is worth more than 160 million. In any case, PSG can afford any action without consequences, because they have very strong funding.

Yes, it seems bizarre. If someone offers you 160m for a player who is out of contract soon and can walk away for free, then why on Earth would you say no and start trying to haggle?

It's a little bit more complicated than that because according to Leonardo Araujo, Kylian Mbappe has promised to never leave the team for free. So we don't know if it's written in his contract but if Mbappe doesn't want to make a free transfert, PSG is able to refuse to sell him to Real Madrid and to keep him for one more year at least and to sell him to another team at a bigger price eventually.

Weird scene to see the fans fighting the players, last I can remember was malice in palace for NBA, and do not remember this much clear conflict in anything major, probably it did happen between those years, nearly 20 years since then but I have to say I do not remember it. Nice and Marsielle game is postponed and I am not sure if it will even happen at this point, it could be automatic loss for one side.

However we should also consider the fact that the amount of security was vastly not enough, they were able to protect the players who were willing to be protected, but for the fans and the players who wanted to fight, they were not enough in numbers to protect everyone, you do not even have to protect the players only, you also need to protect the fans as well. It was a very shameful scene and I hope that it will never be seen again.

It is still rumoured that Kylian Mbappe is likely to leave the team to join Real Madrid in this transfer window. And I've heard that Real Madrid made a €160m offer but it was rejected by PSG side as they expected €200m at least. They are not willing to let Mbappe go for a price than they would like. But if they continue to be stubborn, then they may have to lose Mbappe for free after 6 months.

Equally confusing is how Real Madrid can afford to pay such a huge fee. Unless they are planning to structure the deal by paying 1m a year for 160 years Cheesy

Do you know? If PSG does not let Mbappe go to another club, then the other club will get Mbappe for free (not through a team transfer route).
It's not a matter of PSG not needing money or not, the problem is that PSG will not get anything if Mbappe's transfer status becomes a free transfer. We'll see how this Mbappe and PSG drama continues Cheesy
Mbappe will be a free agent from next year. So he has to play one more season in PSG if the transfer doesn't happen now. Actually PSG expecting more amount from Real Madrid to leave Mbappe. Others clubs aren't showing their attempts like RMA. And Mbappe have the interest to play in Real Madrid. Anyway, everything will be clear here within a week. I think the drama will end soon with the transfer of Mbappe.
It's still a mystery over Mbappe's transfer to Real Madrid but will it be a shocking drama this weekend? I think it's still being negotiated but in the news it says leaving purely because this is the player's wish so it's clear that PSG will hold on to it for a high price while Real Madrid are still sticking with the offer because it's urgent with a very short time. so who will relent? Have PSG let Mbappe go this season?
It's still a rumor to this day.

Lyon will be playing their next match on Friday against Nantes. Lyon drew their last match, they won in the first half of the game with 3-1 score. However, E. Rashani got into the match 69 minutes and equalized the game with two goals in 80 and 90+1 minutes. Lyon have not won any of their first three matches since the season started. They may beat Nantes in their next match and probably get their first winning.

While they have also signed a new player (Xherdan Shaqiri) from Liverpool. Lyon previously offered £4m for the player, but Liverpool wanted something higher, and they finally agreed a deal worth £9.5m.

Lyon signed Xherdan Shaqiri for only 6 million Euro but bonuses goes up to 5 million Euro more. That's still a bargain for that kind of quality player.
Lyon, Lille, Monaco and Bordeaux haven't gotten a win in first three matches. Paris Saint-Germain looks quite comfortable at the top. There is no threat for them, this might be the easiest season for PSG. If they guarantee championship early they can focus on Champions League more, I guess that's their current plan.
Yes its a good deal for lyon a quality player to add especially after depay is gone they need new big names but they have defensive issues they always conceid goals and they conceided three in the last two games i think the manager need to review his choices.

They don’t need money, so they don’t want to sell Mbappe. In addition, Psg is known as a strong desire of Real Madrid to buy Mbappe. Therefore, hold on to the last. It is possible that during the season it will be possible to persuade Mbappe to renew the contract. In addition, Mbappe is a world-class star and no one will let him go in his prime.

PSG are still a very rich club. But yeah, they can't run the risk of letting Mbappe go for free. Because it's obvious that Mbappe is not thinking of extending his contract. He wants to join Real Madrid as soon as possible. And PSG have signed Messi. They are going to be paying a lot of money to him. With this Mbappe transfer, they would gain incredible amount of money and they would be more comfortable while paying Messi's money.

New rumors are circulating that Mbappe is not interested in staying with PSG. He has played in 2 matches. Thought he might be staying with PSG for one more season. Will perform with Messi and Neymar. But he is probably interested in going to Real Madrid now. PSG's management should sell him and look for new players.

I also heard that Mbappe has returned the 5 year contract offered by PSG. No one is sure yet what he wants. If he goes to Real Madrid, he may become a key player for Real Madrid, but he can become more experienced if he plays with Messi. Let's see what he decides.
I Also Heard The Same Thing On Several Trusted Local Sports News Portals. It seems that Mbappe is not happy to be at PSG, especially when there is news that Cristiano Ronaldo will move from Juventus to PSG.
In addition, it was also reported that Neymar had advised PSG management to buy Richarlison (Brazil player) from Everton if Mbappe was still reluctant to stay at PSG.

The rumor is getting louder. We may not see Mbappe in PSG's jersey anymore. But if PSG can now bring Ronaldo from Juventus as a replacement for Mbappe, then PSG will be even stronger. We have not seen any official news from PSG management yet.

I don’t know who’s managing PSG transfers but when a player is unhappy, and has only a year left and a big bid comes in you’re supposed to accept it without any second thought. Also the wise move is sell him now and buy Pogba and Ronaldo, and if PSG don’t do that then it’s clear that they really don’t care about their money.

Monaco are still maintaining their really bad streak in the league. After Lorient, this time they lost to Lens 0-2 home. They just don't have really good performance against their opponents. They are having big problems on scoring and they are really weak in terms of defending. And still, they can't do anything about it to eradicate this big problem. They have a tough season which is waiting for them.

Monaco will play the next match against Troyes, which, after three played rounds, also has only one point. I think that if Monaco cannot make it to the main stage of the Champions League and additionally cannot defeat this opponent, then most likely the management will think about the resignation of the coach.

Actually they still have the same manager with the last season. Niko Kovac was brought to this position on July 19, 2020. And they had a wonderful season honestly. After a great season, they ended the Ligue 1 at the 3rd place. But in this season, something is going really wrong. I assume that the manager hasn't changed his game plan. So, the problem might not be related to the manager. It looks like the players are having big problems on scoring goals. Actually, they have so many goal chances and they have the most ball possession also. But still, they are so clumsy. They should focus on practising to score more.
