Lionel Messi entered the game for the first time with the Paris SG jersey in the match where Paris SG beat Reims 2-0. It was curious that Messi, who replaced Neymar, would play the first match. Paris SG got 4 wins in 4 matches. The win over Reims brought Kylian Mbappe's goals.

It was really good to see Messi starting to play finally. He played for around 35 minutes but I didn't expect much from him as he needs to adapt to the team first. After some games, I hope to see the usual Messi at PSG. However, PSG's game plan is not the same as Barcelona's. So, I don't know how long it could take him to adapt.

It was a moment followed with interest not only for Paris SG but also for the whole world. Messi is one of the two best living players who lived with Barcelona, became famous, won the Ballon D'or awards. -I think Cristiano and Messi are the two best people.- I have no doubt that he will be as effective as Barcelona in the matches he played with the Paris SG jersey. I still have some questions in mind. Will the difference between the French league and the Spanish league be reflected in Messi's game? Will we be able to see the wonders of the Spanish league in the French league as well? I look forward to the day when he will play among the starting 11 players.

Come on Pochettino, let's see Messi!

And on he comes! Lionel Messi finally making is debut for PSG, it still pretty much feels like a dream though, but we've all gotta move on  Angry

It's probably an already settled game, with PSG ahead by two goals, but I'll seeing out the rest of the game two catch a glimpse of Messi's debut performance.

EDIT: It's game over, there wasn't too much to see but I'm sure there is much more to look forward in the upcoming fixtures.

It was a short time and Messi couldn't play much with ball but still it's nice to see him in the pitch. I hope next games he will play in starting eleven so we can watch more of him. Reims had at least two defenders to hold him, I think a lot of teams will do that strategy. That would bring Mbappe and others more positions because they can't hold Messi and other attackers all the time. PSG is a big threat when Messi is in the game, they showed it today. There is no team in France to stop this PSG.

I really appreciate Pochettino that he finally preferred Messi in a league match. I know that he was lacking fitness but we left many games behind so far. Even if he didn't play for a very long time, this is a good start. It felt different to see him wearing a different shirt rather than Barcelona's. I can't wait to see him in the Champions League also. By the way, Mbappe was the man of the match as he scored 2 goals.

Mbappe is the man of the moment and despite Messi play his first game for PSG I don't see his present affecting Mbappe playing today so if the transfer deal of Messi to PSG was the main reason Mbappe wants to move to Real Madrid as some rumor said then Mbappe is making a big mistake.
In the meantime, wonderful performance by the PSG 68% football possession with 88% accuracy passes.

By Mbappe's two goals so far, PSG are 2-0 ahead against Reims. And a few minutes ago, Messi finally entered his first official match at PSG. Neymar was replaced by him. As Di Maria made an assist, I guess the coach didn't prefer to replace him. Maybe he won't be able to do much in a short time. But I expect to see Messi in the starting eleven from now on.

I'm very curious to see Messi's first debut for PSG today. Do you think it's time for the coach to put Messi in and pair those 3 world stickers today? If he comes on in the second half, hopefully it will be a great debut for him with a goal or an assist.

Reims scored but VAR cancelled it, it was offside. It could be 1-1 but now it's 2-0, PSG scored second goal. I'm waiting for Messi's debut as well, I wonder when will Pochettino give chance to him. I'm sure everybody wait for it. Score is already 2-0, bring him in you don't lose anything. The main problem is who will be out? Mbappe, Di Maria and Neymar play in attacking third, I guess it's hard to touch any of them. Since Mbappe is on the hat-trick verge, Neymar is another untouchable. It's either Di Maria or somebody from midfield. Come on Pochettino, let's see Messi!

why the hell didn't the coach put Messi right at the start of the game? just in the debut of one of the greatest players, the coach does not put him at the beginning of the game and leaves him for the second  half (if he really plays today), I think it was not so good, Messi was hardly sitting on the bench in barcelona and it seems to me that on PSG everything will change for him, well he chose that.

Three games, three victories. Paris Saint Germain's journey in this edition of Ligue 1 has started very well, as expected though. Pochettino has stellar and rich alternatives in his team: despite some players not being ready yet, coming back from the European Championships or the Copa America, the coach has always had the possibility to deploy competitive line-ups.
Even Leo Messi seems finally ready to make his debut with the Paris Saint Germain jersey. He is getting back to his best form and is expected to play a part of the match where the hosts will struggle to put up an adequate resistance.
I imagine PSG will win something like 2-0 or 3-1.
The line-up has appeared and Neymar, Mbappe, Di Maria are the main strikers, but Leo Messi is still on the bench, in that it is said that Messi can still have a chance to play on his debut with Reims and possibly in the second half I want to look forward to this hopefully playing .

Still about the offer from Real Madrid to Mbappe which is so high while the transfer window until tomorrow does PSG make that offer? this is the last point and Mbapppe is playing now for me the opportunity to leave for Madrid looks like it will fail.

Monaco played an interesting match against Troyes, and got an easy winning. Which also became their first winning match this season. Diop was actually the man of the match, he scored two goals. Although, Monaco still have to work hard on their squad this season, there performance last season was a bit impressive, they ended last season in 3rd position.
However, Lille after ending the first half of their match against Montpellier with a 1-1 draw, bounced back in the second half and scored a goal in 56 minutes. Ending the game with a 2-1 victory to Lille.

Rumors from Spain tells a different story now: Real Madrid's getting nervous on the deal as PSG's not responding the the huge offer. Le Parisien reports that RM have sent PSG an ultimatum if the club are unprepared to accept their offer of €180 million for Kylian.
This poker game needs to end, will RM fold or raise?

PSG has up to tomorrow to respond to Real Madrid offers, I think they will try to play this game with Mbappe in the bench and see how the game will end without him since Messi and probably Neymar will be present. We will see.
Otherwise, Lille getting its first 3 points vs Montpellier and Rennes continues its disappointing results. Angers and Clermont without a single defeat after 4 games, that's interesting!

Monaco and lille both got their first wins 2 1 against troyes and montpellier a good performance from lille they really got a hold of the game and dominated both halfs against a though team but a bit lack of offense from the monaco side but they missed golovin and volland who both play regulary so i think they should feel happy for that first win.

Everyone has turned their eyes to the Reims - PSG game tonight. Because Lionel Messi is expected to play in this game finally. But I still don't want to be so sure about it. Because he was still lacking match fitness. The manager may not want to risk him in this situation. But if he already started training sessions with the team, then it is very likely to see him tonight.
Our long-awaited moment has finally arrived. PSG squad against Reims named three trio Messi, Neymar and Mbappe. It seems like Messi's PSG debut is more significant than all of the transfer news today. I started watching Ligue 1 because of Messi. Wherever he goes, wherever he plays, I will always support him. If fitness is truly an issue, the manager can test him in the second half.

I do not think that there is anything to be shocked about the decline and I believe that it will go on like that for a long time as well. PSG wants to keep Mbappe and they will keep him as well there is just nothing wrong with that and it will continue to be like that for a long time. Think about it, if they said no to 180 million, would an extra 20 million make them go "oh yes that is a lot better we accept"? This is not like 30 to 50, this is from 180 to 200 and that's a lot.

I do not think that we should be focusing on anything at this point about this transfer rumor, it is not going to happen and Mbappe is at PSG this year and that is the end of the discussion. I understand that there are fans of madrid that wants to see him, and even mbappe wants to leave and all of that is totally understood but that doesn't change the fact that PSG is not willing to sell him.
