I never saw ligue 1 as a competitive league even with the many stars playing in ligue 1 so far, the dominance possessed by PSG is too great in ligue 1 so that it makes many other teams unable to compete in the race for the title and that happened since PSG became a rich team, losing mbappe did not have a significant impact on PSG because so far they are still stable and still become the strongest team in ligue 1, so that's what makes ligue 1 not as attractive as other leagues in Europe, because every rival team faces a big challenge with PSG strong financial advantage.
This dominance is what makes it feel boring as if there is no resistance from other teams even though some quality players are on other teams, PSG is still the leader at the end of the season. It was a big surprise to see PSG losing points in such game. Probably nobody expected them to do so against one of the teams in trouble in the Ligue 1 especially in a home game.
There must be many people who lost their bets on this game by betting on over 2.5 goals and even more than that maybe.
Anyways, now there is an opportunity for Monaco to get much closer to PSG in the standings. However the thing is, they have an away game against Marseille today...
The odds are so close. 2.60 looks really nice to give Monaco a chance here.
PSG didn't actually loose their points completely they still had a point at the end of the game even if it's not what they was expected of them, but then loosing completely would have been a really terrible one for them. People will loose their bet betting 2.5 or straight win on that game, because for me I expected PSG would get more than a goal in that game and it turned out they weren't able to secure more than a goal in that game. In other words, it was a game in which Monaco lost convincingly and with this defeat, Monaco lost the second place position. In my opinion, this was an expected situation, I didn't see Monaco being able to win yesterday's game, this is because in the last games Monaco was not good, although their opponent also had a decline in performance in the last 5 games, they had the advantage of playing at home, while Monaco had the disadvantage of playing away from home.

Indeed it is not easy for them, the immediate solution that I see is a sheikh, but however as you say there are all these problems, Ligue 1 is now not as competitive as before, I think that Messi having left PSG caused the interest in the league to deflate, and that is despite the fact that Ligue 1 has splendid football, but it needs to be made more competitive because the dominant team by default has always been PSG because they have their sheikh who does not mind paying to obtain their good resources, and has a history, it is not worth it to fall.
The mbappe exit made it even worse but then ligue 1 has still got some attention only they the competitive nature they tried exhibiting much earlier at the beginning of the season wasn't sustained enough and is now making the league looking interesting and so some persons wouldn't want to give some much attention except casually. Having PSg always one he domineering side is one of the challenges they are facing with making the league less boring.

PSG was not losing, but they drew against Nantes. It's a shameful performance from them. They owned 84% ball possession, create a lot of big chances, but keep unable to get three points. Their gamplay is just getting even worsening, too much possession and backpass.

It has always been Mbappe and not Messi, Mbappe leaving is what caused the viewership numbers of the league to drop. Mbappe made the league popular and after Messi came and left still the league was recieving interest until Real Madrid came for Mbappe and now much people don't watch the league again. Personally I can't remember the last I watched the league after the departure of Mbappe. PSG dominance on the league is also making the league to be of no interest from people as they know that they're the ones that's going to win. PSG is also going to win the league again this season regardless of drawing against Marseille in their last match, they're ahead with 7 points.

If we look at the points before the match, Rennes had 11 points and St-Étienne had 12 points. So I agree with you that this is a match between two teams with the same level. But if you look at the other data, you can see that St-Étienne is a team that has conceded a lot of goals. They have conceded 30 goals (25 goals before the match against Rennes) which means they have a weak defense. Unfortunately in that match they got 1 red card and this was a real disaster for St-Étienne. You can see that all the goals from Rennes were scored after Cafaro got a red card.

Yesterday's match in the French Soccer League saw the game between Rennes vs St-Étienne team, Rennes team won the match by scoring 5 goals. Correct, Stade Rennais football team played very well in this match and made match one sided. The players of that team played very full confidence and one player did 3 goals in this match. Kalimuendo was the person who did 3 goals in this match and and he did first goal at 39 minutes and he did this goal at penalty and after that we expected that Saint-Étienne team will defend but Stade Rennais team players became successful to do second goal of this match. This was really terrible already or do you think they enjoy that 1 point in any way whatsoever when in fact they had 85% ball possession? Think about a game where one team has 85% ball possession! That's like boring to watch, it is as if there are no opponents playing with them and then you can still not win the full 3 points. That's like a loss, no less like a loss. There is no "they are ok because losing would be worse than a draw". Sure it would be worse, but this is PSG in their home stadium playing the game for themselves and yet fail to win. As usual, Paris Saint-Germain always dominates the game, even they have a lot of opportunities. Unfortunately, PSG does not have a player who can be relied on as a goal scorer in his squad. In this match we can see Enrique trying to rotate his players again, Dembele and Warren Emery are not played as the main starters. Instead, Kang-in Lee was shifted to the wing and Goncalo Ramos returned to being the center forward. These two players are quite good based on their statistical value, but Barcola did not perform well. In fact, PSG has many opportunities, even in almost every match they play. Unfortunately, PSG does not have a striker who is able to be a finisher in his team. We can see that Enrique often dismantles his center forwards, even the return of Ramos has not been able to answer the team's needs. However, PSG is a team that has a high probability of retaining the League title, although Enrique seems dissatisfied with the performance of his team.
