After 3 successful matches Marseille won next they could not stop their bad record where currently with the defeat against Lille today indirectly they also lost again for the third time coupled with a fairly striking score.

What is happening now for Marseille when indeed for the beginning of the season I actually hope for good results at least the same as they did last season but the difference for now is very striking for them even in this match we can see a lot of opportunities they waste in this match.

I disagree with you here that PSG are doing so well in the UCL. All i know is PSG are struggling in the UCL they barely survive every match and i don't think they will survive at this stage. Perhaps that is why he was referring PSG to be weal because there is no strong competitor in the Ligue 1 to give them a hard time. The road to the title is just smooth and clear so they have less of injured player or players with fatigue since their opponents are weak teams.

PSG is one team i believe would do wonders when the right time comes. No team can be underestimated now, we saw how Manchester City came from nowhere and dominated Europe. And now Arsenal has risen to fight for a place in Europe. Sure, as years passes there will be great teams from places we do not expect, and they will do wonders.

Marseille seem struggle to handle pressure of situation when they need to win the match to stay close to Europa League zone. They seem to lose their determination when they are under pressure. They don't seem like a big club when they failed to bounce back after some setbacks. They need to solve their front line issue and adjust the tactics to strengthen the midfield.

The last fixture might not seem in their favor, facing PSG and Lille could be a difficult task considering the two teams are currently the better teams. But this shouldn't be an excuse for them to not show their determination as a big club. Lost three games in arrow makes situation harder for them to avoid pressure. Normally almost every season PSG usually has little to no challenge with the Ligue 1 but mostly they get issues been very productive in the champions league, they usually get room aquintend with winning every of the Ligue 1 games and always lifting the trophy so thst i begin to think rhst they may never be able to win another trophy away from the Ligue 1 and other smaller easy leagues too.

If PSG ever gets to win the champions league, then they will be able to bost of their abilities in been able to win an elite trophy, the reason PSG may have. PSG must learn to prepare for the next champions league from this season by building experience and also nurturing players who will be able to really get them to be able to win what they actually want, buy thinking that mare buying bigger players will give them that which they wish to achieve will definitely be the reason they will continue to fall and not get the chance to win the trophy in any of the seasons.

I won’t entirely agree with all your statements about PSG though. Saying that they lack competitive teams in the Ligue 1 to make it difficult for them and for them to add more pressure into the fight for the top title could be true. But their routine game in the champions league is also a very big competitive one for them and they’ve also been doing pretty well in the champions just haven’t had the luck yet to life the trophy. I remember those past games in the champions league matches which in those seasons they were the high contenders for the league only to be eliminated by another top team. PSG are good as a team and that is what is giving them the lead every season to lift the Ligue 1 trophy, they just need to keep trying but I am certain they would lift the trophy one day too.

The decline in Marseille continues. After losing 2-0 to Rennes and PSG, Marseille is now losing to Lille by the same score. We are used to seeing them in 2nd-3rd place but now they are far from the top 6. They might not qualify for the European cups next season. Looking at how the teams are going, I feel like the biggest shocker of the season has been Lyon without a doubt, bare bottom with so many point difference, to mid table team after middle of the season. They really look great and I feel like if they could manage to keep this up, they could even finish at conference league levels. Which could be a stone they could build upon and be better next season as well. I really like them, would love to see them do better.

Marseille is a great team in the France Ligue 1 as they were also among the top teams in France first division but over the years I don't know what has happened to the team that led to their drop in form but however they always tried to maintain a convenient position in most of their season and considering the fact that they are performing more better in the Europa league is also a sign that they are in for some improvements but however, their game against Benfica may go in favour of Benfica just like some football analysts and bookmakers predicted it because if you check the strength of Benfica and Marseille, you will agree with me that Benfica is more organized and stronger than Marseille so am afraid the match may go in Benfica's favour but let's see how it goes as sometimes football doesn't work the way we think and surprises are meant to occur so I wouldn't be surprised if Marseille makes a difference.
