We should blame Luis Enrique for making changes in his team? It's publicly stated out and we'll watch Kylian Mbappe exits Parc des Princes stadium at the end of the season. This is the exact phase Luis Enrique is trying to hook up with, he keeps substituting Kylian Mbappe halftime because he's planning for the future of the team, he knows one of the key player is leaving and the earlier he starts playing matche without Mbappe contribution, the better. PSG must learn to win matches without the aides from Kylian Mbappe, one of the reasons we're seeing the poor results of the club currently.

Funny how since Mbappe is known for leaving in the summer for Real , PSG are 2 draws in a row and the title fight is kinda back online with Brest being 9 points behind them but I doubt anyone can catch PSG.

I don't want to believe that it is because of the fact that Kylian Mbappe announced that he's going to leave Paris Saint Germaine at the end of the season that Paris Saint Germaine are currently struggling to win games rather I'll blame the club manager for his recent tactical approaches especially in the club's last two league games. The fact that Kylian Mbappe have announced that he's going to leave the club at the end of the season shouldn't be the reason why he should always be subbing him off when he's not complaining of fatigue just because he wants his team to start learning how to play without Mbappe. Paris Saint Germaine still have a long way to go if they really want to have a great season in not just the French league but also in the UEFA Champions League competition and the more he tries to make Mbappe look more like a player who's not treated with the same respect he was getting when he hasn't announced his departure from the club in the summer the more the player reduces how he performs for the club.

Kylian Mbappe as we all know is one player that's capable of deciding games and despite the fact that he's going to leave Paris Saint Germaine at the end of the season, I think he's still committed to helping the club achieve every possible achievement they can get this season including winning the UEFA Champions League and must be given the chance to deliver his best for the club before his departure in the summer. Luis Enrique must understand that he has all the time in the world to rebuild a Paris Saint Germaine team to without Kylian Mbappe but that will be when he finally leaves the club and not now that he's still very much playing for the club

I agree with your review of the match. At the beginning of the match, Lyon had apparent scoring positions with Mangala and Nuamah. If they had converted those positions into goals, the match could have turned out differently. Lyon did not win this match. But they showed again that they can stay in the league. The important thing for them this season is to stay in the league. They currently have 28 points. and 5 points above the relegation zone. I think they will manage to stay in the league this season. On the other hand, Lens played knowing that football is a collective game. They entered the Lyon penalty area with extra passes. And they got into many goal positions. I think they will finish among the top 5 teams in the league this season.

There is nothing surprising in this match apart from Lens being better than Lyon, but Lyon should not have lost by a landslide score at home. I think it will be a narrow win for Lens because Lyon is actually quite tough and so far they are unbeaten in the last 6 matches in all competitions. Sometimes the feared things happen and here Lyon's good record came to a halt against Lens.

I think there is truth in what you say as long as Lyon is away from the relegation zone then that is much more important than the result of this one defeat. Lyon can try to achieve another victory in the next match and don't have to be sad just because of this defeat. Lyon's journey will be even more interesting because the teams below them will compete with each other so that they don't fall back into the relegation zone and here Lyon needs full concentration so that that doesn't happen again. A small difference in points will make everything change every week.

I don't really know what made you think PSG could perform better without Mbappe and he leaves the team they can have better-attacking power because as far as I know Mbappe helped his team a lot and considering his age and his situation he could have good performance in PSG if they make him stay however I don't think if this player is going to stay and maybe that's why after Mbappe leaving the PSG, they should start seeking for alternative options for him, however, I don't think if there's any player at the same situation to take his pale in PSG.
But a team like this needs to buy an alternative player if they want to race in the important tournaments like the Champions League.

Despite the draw that PSG got in the last few matches, I don't even see a big thing to change about the trophy competition because everything is still the same where PSG is still the club that runs alone for the trophy this season.

The difference of 9 points from Brest is not a situation that can be pursued quickly because even though Brest's performance is extraordinary this season but still we will still consider them as a dark horse club not as a competitor because that is what we can pin on a club like Brest.

Indeed, in the last few matches Brest has performed quite positively but that alone is not enough to make them look worthy as one of the title contenders for this season in Ligue 1 because looking at the current point difference we seem to know that it is still very far for Brest to be used as a title contender and can compete in the race for the trophy this season.

After the completion of Week 24, almost nothing has changed in the standings, apart from the mid-table positions that have undergone slight changes. Paris Saint Germain got a draw, but it had no effect whatsoever on their position as they still lead at the top of the table by a wide margin. They have 55 points, while Brest who are ranked 2nd have 46 points, followed by Monaco who have 42 points and LOSC with 41 points. with such a wide point gap, I confidently say they will become champions again this season.

Instead I see tighter competition at the bottom of the table, the distance of points between them is tight, apart from Clermont who is at the bottom of the standings with a distance of 7 points from the club's position which is really safe. But still with such a point difference, it makes all possibilities possible. Not even just clubs in the red zone, but there are at least 4 clubs that are still struggling to get further away from the degraadation zone. Something interesting because I like this competition more than the competition at the top of the table which is certain to have a defending champion every season. If only there was a club that could keep up with Paris Saint Germain maybe the competition at the top would be just as interesting as it is at the bottom.

When speculation continues to hit about the departure of their star then usually the club will be disrupted and eventually affect club performance, as is the case with Mbappe at this time who continues to be linked and confirmed to leave for Madrid next season, especially reportedly if now Mbappe has reached a personal agreement with Madrid to join Los Galaticos next season, but strangely somehow Luis Enrique still plays Mbappe as the spearhead of PSG and give capten position for him even though if we see if Mbappe no longer plays all out and tends to play casually to avoid injury in the match,  After Mbappe decision to leave, it does seem to affect PSG attacking power at the moment and even I think PSG will perform better if Mbappe is no longer played this season.

Honestly, I suspect that this was deliberately done by Mbappe at the urging of Madrid so that at least Mbappe could join Madrid later in top condition without any injuries that plagued him.

It seems like Lyon failure against Lens was because Lacazette was not present on the pitch but I'm not sure what caused him not to be present at the match but am I missing something?
TBH, I didn't bet and didn't watch the match, just looking at the recap of the Lyon vs Lens match, I saw that Lacazette was not present on the field and this is a loss without the presence of Lacazette, who Lyon really relies on because he is a good scorer, Lyon has and what you said It's true that Lyon is just not good at mastering the opportunities that exist because several times Lyon actually had the opportunity to score but in fact failed and Said Benrahma actually tried to get a score but always failed.

In yesterday's match I hoped that Lyon could at least hold a draw to maintain its consistency but in fact it failed even though Lyon performance actually looked good, they were just unlucky in controlling the ball so they often lost focus and the mistakes were in the defense which always gave Lens a chance to score.
