Choosing Osimhen as an alternative and replacement for Mbappe, is a good choice, because he is very talented, strong and energetic striker. I think in England osimhen will have more advantage to Excel and explore new heights in his career than he would do if he goes to the french side because there the only elite team would be that who has got interest in them and the competition in the french side is minimal as compared to what you get in the English side that will people the players to aspire do more but you can be relax and explore better heights in you environment.

I assume that in the next summer transfer window Osimhen will be PSG main target because if PSG fails to attract Mbappe with a new contract then there is no other option for them to secure Osimhen signature. Osimhen has also shown that he is not comfortable staying with Napoli, So this opportunity will be a good opportunity for PSG to persuade Osimhen to accept their offer. So, regarding the Premier League team that was linked to osimhen, it was Chelsea, but at that time chelsea offer was rejected by Osimhen.

If the salary offered by PSG is so large, Osimhen will definitely consider their offer as best as possible. You are you right but with how wealthy PSG is the team management will surely look for a replacement before then, although Mbappe performance on PSG is something they can never forget easily because Mbappe is one of the reasons for most of there achievement so his absence will easily be noticed but however one thing they most no is that there is every likelihood that a player will always like to try there career on other team, so it is expected for PSG to find someone that can handle PSG the way Mbappe did so that there reputation and performance will be intact, although just like I mentioned on most of my post PSG will mostly find it very difficult to perform if Mbappe is not longer with them but with time they will learn to adjust, however there are even more good quality players on PSG that could easily perform well so perhaps irrespective of the challenges they may have in terms of performance but the team still has a chance to maintain there performance a bit.

I thought this for a while now because the Premier League has financially been the strongest for many years, haven't they? I think so. But it is not the case that their financial power reflects their success in European competitions. If I am not mistaken here it is still the Spanish league that leads by far at least for the last decade or so. Some clubs from other leagues will still have a word to say, but yes there is no doubt about what you said. The Premier League clubs are all rich due to their broadcasting contracts. But it doesn't feel like they would always have the upper hand.

But maybe this could snowball at some point although it may be balanced out by external investors. There is value in building another league when one league is already dominating the European and the global market. See Girona as an example. I guess that's a club in the making by the City Football Group.

I am surprised though that there is not yet another financial heavy weight in Ligue 1 although Monaco isn't exactly poor.

I think Osimhen is one of the best candidates to replace Mbappe, but yes, the biggest problem for PSG is that Osimhen wants to play in the EPL. I think they can solve this problem with a high salary because when Mbappe leaves, they have to replace him with a better or at least as good player.
