for me, Marseille victory cannot be a guarantee because currently Marseille has also just recovered from its bad performance and still looks inconsistent and for me against Lyon it might be very easy for Marseille to get 3 points but it seems like the chance of a draw is more obvious in today match.

It is hard to compare Ajax Amsterdam with Lyon since Ajax in Eredivisie is quite similar to Bayern Munich in Bundesliga. Everyone will be shocked whenever they see Bayern Munich in the bottom of the table. People were surprised when they saw Ajax Amsterdam in the relegation zone. When it came to Lyon, they started dropping slowly. Like 10 years ago, they were competing PSG for the title then they were hovering around the fourth spot up to 7th or 8th and this season they crashed to the last place for good. What happened to Lyon was progressive at the opposite of Ajax Amsterdam and I find it difficult for them to avoid this trap this season!

I guess you are right here, but my comparison was only referring to this horrible start into the season for Ajax Amsterdam and they are recovering now whereas there is little to no hope for Olympique Lyon. As you said when we take into account the history or the past few years, Ajax Amsterdam was more shocking than Lyon, but nobody saw it coming that Lyon would be that bad. They somehow were hovering around in the middle of the table sometimes, but always got their issues sorted out such that they won't be fighting against the relegation zone, but this time there is no comfort zone in sight for them.

In my opinion, the possibility of a draw result is higher in this match. Because it won't be easy for both teams to beat each other, but for betting I personally prefer both teams to scored with odds @1.8 for now. Hopefully can happened, because usually betting on team in middle of the table is often surprising.

I can see them giving it a try, but that doesn't mean that they are going to get it, it just means that there is a possibility. It's a shame that they built a team that won the only title around the PSG era so they should have been a bit more dominant against other teams after a season like that but they have failed to do that and seems like that was for only one season and nothing more.

It's fine, they could bounce back, they could maybe have another outlier season again in the future if they keep being like this. They are really a good managed team and should be considered as good, I think it should be something that will matter to everyone and could definitely be something that will benefit everyone all the same because if they do win it, the profits of them winning (if you bet on them) will be much higher. Seems like even UCL is a tough spot for them this time around though, and I can understand that, it's fine, it's understandable situation for sure.

There is no doubt and I also think the same thing that Marseille will beat Lyon. It is not without reason that this could happen because Lyon has made no progress at all until now and they are still crushed in the relegation zone. Defeat will only be on Lyon's side and they will not be able to leave the relegation zone without a win. It's quite sad to see Lyon's inappropriate position.
