If it is based on actual opportunities in every match PSG should be able to score a lot of goals, it's just that the final solution is still not very good as if it limits them but on the other hand with the 4-3-3 formation they do at least there is something good because their finishing is starting to improve.

according to my prediction, PSG will win this away match even though Rennes looks strong at home but still not be able to fight PSG current strategy. and after I observed several of PSG matches, Mbappe seemed to lack enthusiasm or just my opinion was wrong because in the last 2 matches I saw that Mbappe could not perform perfectly and seemed as if he did not have the enthusiasm to score and in yesterday match PSG won because another player scored. score or maybe because Mbappe does not feel at home in his team at the moment.

After point losses in the Ligue 1 and Champions League for two games PSG finally won a game. Honestly I didn't expect this game against Rennes to be comfortable at all. I even thought Rennes would get some points from them. However getting 2-0 ahead in the first half made things much easier than expectations.

Mbappe didn't make any goal contribution in this game. This has been the same for four games by the way. I'm curious about whether he has lost his concentration from now on. Especially after the Newcastle game he must be really frustrated.

After losing to Newcastle United in the Champions League it seemed Enrique realised that the one-striker formation they tried to deploy in the Newcastle game wasn't going to work and switched to a similar scheme with Mbappe and Dembele on the wings and Ramos/Muani as central strikers.
This looks better as Dembele and Mbappe have more freedom to run around and the results are of course very good for them although this will still be regarded as fair when PSG manage to get 3 points in Ligue 1.
But this can't be taken as a complacency for PSG as they are still erratic in form so Enrique will have to do the same in the next few matches.

Before the French Ligue 1 game between Rennes and Paris Saint Germaine had kicked off, I had already predicted that Paris Saint Germaine were gonna win the game comfortably if they play in their full strength. PSG having not been able to win in their last two games surely would want to win the game to boost the club's confidence once again and they got a good result they would've wished for if it was given them before kickoff.
Kylian Mbappe though didn't score in the game but was influential in the game by helping to provide for other of his teammates to score.

Lens, on the other hand, stopped playing badly after the first 5 weeks and we can say that they are starting to recover. Their opponents this time were Lille and they struggled. After falling behind with a goal at the end of the first half, the hosts managed to draw with a goal in the 70th minute. I think their defeat against Arsenal in the Champions League during the week was a great morale booster for them. I expected them to win this match but we saw that they were tired.
In the last match of the day, PSG defeated Rennes away and got an important 3 points. The Newcastle defeat must not have hit them too hard as they started the game well. Rennes is a team that usually goes against PSG, so it was one of the hardest teams for them to beat so far, but they were relieved to go 2-0 up in the first half.

I thought that Rennes would make it difficult for PSG to win away from home this time, but PSG didn't stop scoring goals. Vitinha, Hakimi and Kolo Muani were PSG's goal scorers in this match and even though Mbappe didn't score, at least his team-mates could help win this time. PSG rose to 3rd place and they have the same points as Brest. Next week PSG will definitely win again and it looks like we will see the defending champions will soon occupy their throne again.

Marseille won after 4 weeks in the league and stopped their bad run. Of course Le havre is not a team that will challenge them but we know that Marseille has a hard time to win both in Europe and in the league. This time Marseille had no difficulty in beating their opponent and managed to get 3 points with 3 goals.
Lyon, on the other hand, are still without a win. They are having a really bad season and no matter what they do, they have not been able to fix it. It's really an easy game for PSG, to be fair I feel like PSG is still not going to do all that badly in the league, people are overreacting and they should not be overreacting to this season. I get that they had some issues at the start and may end up having more issues later on and right now they are trying a lot harder and not winning that easily etc etc, these are all valid opinions.

But, I also believe that they are still by far the best team right now and not really thinking that they will change it anytime soon. If you ask me it is going to end up with something that would be a lot harder for them to keep on losing, and should be something that will result with their championship in the end. There are some other good teams now, and they are doing fine, but that doesn't mean that they are going to end up with a title, all those teams are trying to be in the top four if you ask me and nothing more. This is not bad, being second is still a ton of money.

Another tough Ligue One R8 matchday live at Roazhon Park. I'm not surprised watching the home side losing, what surprised is me the frontline of Paris Saint-Germain having zero attempts to score goals, instead midfielders are the ones scoring for PSG. It's high time Luis Enrique make some changes because these frontlines are probably not working hard enough to mount pressure on Rennes inother to scored, a team where there's Kylian Mbappe, Goncalo Ramos and Ousmane Dembele in the frontline, none have goals, it's shocking.

Rennes 0 - 2 PSG in the first half. That's a good result for the moment and PSG should keep pushing and win this game.
Brest were able to pick a point in the last moments of the game vs Toulouse after being down with a goal. Lille couldn't win vs Lens and Lyon had a draw with Lorient. Poor results for all of them and there wasn't much change in the bottom of the table.
Meanwhile, Montpellier risk to be sanctioned after one of their supporters throw a small game explosive near Clermont goalkeeper at the end of the game while they were leading 4 - 2. Such stupid and silly attitude...

I bet for PSG against Rennes. 25 minutes of the game is already over, in these 25 minutes PSG is showing me coming to win this match. In the 25 minutes that have been played so far, PSG have been able to keep more of the ball to themselves as well as trying to attack PSG although their attacks have not been able to find a single target. I haven't bet much money on PSG but I'm still waiting for PSG to win. In addition to keeping the ball in their possession, PSG will have to be more focused on the counter. Don't just keep the ball to yourself, try to score as well. If PSG can score a goal before half time, PSG will go a long way in this match.

Lyon and Lorient match ended in a draw even though the initial match was very exciting, it looked like Lorient would dominate the match but that was only the beginning and it turns out that Lyon was able to compete well today, making comeback after knowing strategy used by Lorient and one side it seems that Lyon has started to improve it performance for immediately rise to avoid the relegation zone.
