If the problem is only with their midfield, then Messi shouldn't leave in a bad way because of the fans wishes too. Also, regarding the transfer window so far PSG has brought in many new players and some of them are midfielders who are also relatively young. With such arrivals, it is hoped that PSG performance next season can be better. But it seems, it might be useless too if players like Mbappe and Neymar are no longer comfortable playing at PSG because the situation and conditions don't seem to be improving for them.

Messi is not comfortable at PSG because most PSG fans don't like him. He was the winner of the World Cup title when Argentina beat France in the final, so of course some PSG fans who incidentally are French citizens are not happy with Messi's presence. Since Messi defended PSG, I don't think he gets good respect from some of the fans, obviously it's bad for the psychology of the player.

Kylian Mbappe left because of his desire and ambition to achieve individual achievements with other teams. He's having a hard time proving himself better at PSG because his team can't win the Champions League title, but that's possible if Mbappe plays for a team like Real Madrid or another top team. The situation is not conducive, but it's not PSG who want it but it's because of the player himself.

In fact, they didn't like Messi because they were expecting to see a better performance from him, and for any loss in PSG and anytime when the team had a bad performance they were blaming Messi and some other players, while players like Messi needed some more respect in the team he plays there. That's why he couldn't have enough focus there.

It would be better for PSG if Mbappe stays in the team. I'm sure the money isn't the problem because PSG made him an offer he couldn't normally refuse. Everyone has a dream, and it seems Mbappe is determined to follow his dream. With the possibility of transferring to Real Madrid, he also rejects this crazy offer of PSG.

I don't even think management will let it to happen. Hundreds million USD were not small sum of money. I think that anyone knew about that. That's the reason why PSG wanna sell mbappe. You can imagine if mbappe will be going to the al hilal. PSG can raise at least 300 millions USD which is a lot for them all. The fact that if PSG can also reinvest such money to buy some great players like osimhen, etc. I think PSG is also trying to balancing its financial. It's caused by PSG has so much money and the club can let mbappe to go out for free.
Remember that club is also having financial management. The club has spent a lot for him but it's still far from the main target from PSG to win UCL. That's why PSG can use the money from selling mbappe to buil another great squad again.
I think that if it's not something wrong if PSG wanna get its money back again.

If money was the reference then Mbappe would have gone to the Arab League by now.
But he realizes, he still has the potential to be a bigger player than now so rather than chasing big money with a long contract he prefers to be passive and stay with his decision to wait another year at PSG and not want to extend the contract.

This condition is the most possible for Mbappe but of course PSG is the one who loses after what they get and a new offer with a 10-year contract extension is also not too reasonable so the best option for Mbappe if he does not want to continue to be associated with drama is to leave as soon as possible.
PSG fans can still be said to be quiet because they realize that if they are now impulsive then Mbappe's price will not go down.
Kylian Mbappe I think isn't considering the amount of wages he'll receive while making the decision to join another club rather he wants to leave Paris Saint Germaine because he thinks the fans of the club doesn't respect him again and he also wants to go to club where his dream of winning the UEFA Champions League trophy can be accomplished and that's why his preferred destination is Real Madrid.
If PSG couldn't get a club that'll sign the Frenchman this summer, it means that he'll have to play his final season with the team before leaving the club

In order for the midfield to work when Messi is there, also there must be players of the level of Iniesta and Xavi in the prime. In the game with Bayern, after a corner, Messi returned to his own half in pedestrian mode (when the opponent already had the ball) and this was far from the end of the match. No matter what level your skill is, it is impossible to beat the top teams without intensive movement. For PSG, Mbappe and Neymar are things of the past. Unfortunately, this has not yet been formalized (and in the case of Neymar, this can drag on for years) and both sides suffer from continued cooperation.

You literally described the impossible here. Wink What are the chances that we will see a trio that is equal to Messi, Xavi and Iniesta in their prime? Smiley But I agree that players like Messi are amazing, but you have to have players that complement his way and skillset. Messi is not a player with a lot of field coverage but he makes up for it due to his unmatched offensive qualities. Iniesta and Xavi were perfect for Messi. Having a central midfielder and an offensive midfielder like that duo while also having Messi, that's an amazing combo.

Does Mbappe want really this much to stay in Europe and not even want to leave for one season? I mean that offer was just enormous anyway even if he got only 200 million euros for one season instead of 700 million. PSG already want to get rid of him this summer. I find it just awkward to see Mbappe pushing to stay for his last season there. If I were him I would have already accepted the offer came from Saudi Arabia to play one season to get a ton of money. After that I would have signed for Real Madrid for next season still.

I hope we don't see problems getting bigger between PSG and him because of being stubborn about staying there.

Mbappe had the opinion to play in the Europe as compared to the Saudi Arabia.Mbappe will get the offer of 300 million for annual it was huge as compared to the other player offer.PSG are ready to rid him from the team,he should think about his future is very important one.PSG going to lose their best player of the team, because Mbappe game was very unique in the Europe. Most of the player will accept this offer, because this offer will give huge dollars before the retirement of the player. If the Mbappe was satisfied with the Madrid season,he can skip this offer. No one going to force him at his decision, because the decision will either uplift his life or pause the life with less money.

To be fair when they had Mbappe and Neymar and Messi, they didn't had proper midfield that can carry the team forward to them, so they were capable of defending, which they even had hard time with at times, but then couldn't get the ball to them. Sure three world class players but when the other team defends with 7 players, you can't expect just 3 of them to solve the riddle, you need some good midfield.

Look at City right now, sure they have Haaland, and on the wings they have Grealish and whoever plays at right, but they also had Ilkay and someone as big as De Bruyne. Real? They had valverde, kroos, modric, and so forth, Bayern? Had Kimmic and Musiala and so forth. Football is a game where you can't go too far without a decent midfield.

That was one of the biggest problems they had with all the great players in their offense and the first attacking line in particular, they were not equally strong or sufficiently balanced in their midfield line and defense line. They had good players everywhere, but when a team is too unbalanced I think it can still create issues as one part of the team could be relying too much on the other part of a team, in this case the defense was hoping that whatever they concede as goals, their offensive line will score one more goal and that is not the case against the world class teams in the Champions League. They also understand how to defend Mbappe and Messi or at least understand it good enough to prevent them from scoring three or four goals in most of the games. In Ligue 1 it worked that way If PSG conceded two goals, no problem because they scored three goals. But that is not a sustainable system for a team that dreams of winning the most important European titles.

This summer's transfer market has been buzzing with news of Mbappe move from PSG, overall many players have been rumored to be coming and going from Ligue 1 at the moment. PSG is the club that is in the first place most often rumored regarding the arrival and movement of players. I also think it's natural because PSG is the most elite club currently in Ligue 1, they are the club that is most active in recruiting and releasing players at the moment.

Recently Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta was rumored to be joining PSG, and Verrati is a hot name in rumors that he will leave for Al Hilal this summer.

Now it looks like Mbappe has turned down the offer. His salary was going to be at a really amazing level for only one season. But it looks he has still chosen to continue to play European football. Even though his target is to sign for Real Madrid most probably he still wants to be competitive for the Champions League with PSG.

At least I have understood this from his decision. Otherwise there is no meaning in turning down such offer. From now on I wonder if Al Hilal will improve their salary offer more to go for one last attempt. But if Mbappe is very determined to stay then there is nothing to do about it.

Mbappe's transfer saga is getting more exciting and hotter. it seems that PSG's management is starting to get overwhelmed with Mbappe, in fact they can't put real pressure on him. So far, there are no rumors reporting that Mbappe is willing to sign a contract extension. in fact, it seems that Mbappe remains firm with his decision.
now, the news is busy with a proposal from Al Hilal who promises a high salary even though it is only a one-season contract. however, as reported by many sports media and including Romano, Mbappe does not want to negotiate with Al Hilal. it was clear that his decision was unanimous. In another Romano report, PSG sources believe Mbappe has agreed a pre-secret deal with Real Madrid. PSG believes Kylian Mbappe only wants to join Real Madrid.

Well, we know very well that Madrid did not bring in an ideal striker for Benzema's successor. maybe too, as Madrid already have a deal in place with Mbappe for the 2024 season on a free agent. well, I think the Mbappe drama saga will be even more exciting for us to follow. most likely, PSG will take steps to negotiate with parties from Mbppe. for Al Hilal, I'm sure they won't try to make a re-bid. moreover, by increasing Mbappe's salary. In fact, I believe that Mbappe will stay with PSG until his contract expires.

Most times it isn't always about the money. A young player like Mbappe wants to win trophies and mingle with the best of his time, not to go bond with Arab players who need the experience of age to advance football in the country.
Mbappe would eventually go where he wants to go and I don't think he would regret turning down the $700m deal because he earns as good, got the attention and press representation and he's young.
I like Mbappe’s decision to continue his stay in Europe, he is still very young and talented and has the potential to win the Ballon D’or. It is only right to stay in europe else when he leaves to saudi he will loose his value and be seen as an ordinary player, it’s only older players that have completed their career in Europe that joins the Saudi league. Money is good but it’s really not always about money, he already has money and can afford anything he wants so why be so greedy to go after money. Besides he can always join saudi league in future when he is a bit older just the way other players do.

That is indeed a good choice because it has rejected an offer from Al Hilal with big money, whereas if Mbappe accepts the offer also Mbappe can certainly still join Real Madrid after one season passes. But yes, however building a good record in European competition when young is the highest thing that certainly must continue to be built. After all, in the end Mbappe will leave PSG and play for Real Madrid later. But who knows, if for example next season PSG makes it to the Champions League final, then maybe Mbappe will still stay at PSG.

Of course, Mbappe's decision may change next year, but this year he seems determined. If Paris manages to kick him out of the team, I'm sure Mbappe will be successful in his new team. I would like to see him in Real Madrid jersey. It would be nice to be a teammate with our Turkish player Arda Güler. Real, on the other hand, will be a team that can win all the trophies in Europe if Mbappe joins the team.

I think if Mbappe leaves, maybe PSG attacking performance can be better because they can play more as a team. Because anyway, it seems that last season was a lesson maybe, when PSG had star players and great players in attack line but in fact PSG could only win the title in Ligue 1 alone. So yes, if at this moment with Mbappe still in PSG's attack line but PSG is still poor in performance, especially in attack. Then maybe, completely overhauling it can be a breath of fresh air for the PSG squad to play fully with better teamwork because there is no social gap between players.
As far as I know, PSG's attack line last season was one of the best in Europe with the goals they scored. They're not too bad in terms of performance, but the team's performance may be problematic. Luis Enrique must have a solution so that the performance of the PSG team is really much better than the previous season even though basically they have good strikers. Enrique must get a good midfielder after he must also have a tough defender, that will support his plans for next season.

Kylian Mbappe is still considered one of those selfish players who is more concerned with himself than his team. He hasn't changed even after Messi played alongside him for several seasons, but his quality has been assured. If Mbappe leaves, the quality of PSG's attack will suffer, but Enrique may be more able to adapt his plans so that everyone plays for the team rather than for himself.

PSG management added star players at every position in attack, midfield, and defense. But the bond between the players was not strong. The midfield and forward players did not have a good understanding. Also, Mbappe played selfishly. He does not help his teammates. Due to these reasons, PSG's performance was quite erratic.

Luis Enrique's main responsibility will be to improve the understanding between the players in the squad. If the chemistry between the players is good, their overall gameplay will improve. PSG is trying to sell Mbappe. The team is trying to sign Vlahovic and Osimhen. The performance of the Vlahovic-Osimhen-Neymar trio is expected to be good enough. Waiting to see which two players Enrique adds to the squad as replacements for Mbappe and Messi.

Despite having three world-class stars in Mbappe, Messi and Neymar, this team did not do well in the Champions League. Expectations are high for this team before the start of every season, but as the season begins, this team proves us wrong. If Mbappe stays at PSG next season, we will expect good things from PSG again. A season of Neymar fit is essential for PSG. Neymar has been sidelined for most of each season due to injury which has had an impact on the club. If Mbappe stays at the club for one more season and if Neymar is fully fit and if some new players can be added in some important places, this French League side might do well in the Champions League.
The failure of PSG to win the Champions League is proof that big players cannot guarantee trophies. I also believe that until one of these three stars Mbappe, Messi, and Neymar leaves the club there might be no headway to clinch the champions league. After the departure of Messi, I was pleased that Mbappe will team up with Neymar and bring the trophy the club expects. But with the current transfer drama between Mbappe and PSG, the club needs to look for other players that will feel the vacuum Mbappe will leave if he moves.

Neymar has been assaulted by the fans and has endured an injury filled season but it seems like he wants to continue playing for PSG. Maybe because his wage is high and no club is showing interest of signing him and paying his huge wages. He has decided to remain in PSG and fight for a place. This whole drama of Mbappe's transfer is really a distraction to the management, coaching crew, and players of PSG. I know they will be wishing that it ends as soon as possible.

Agreed, we shall also see the performance from PSG during the early season. Too much expectations for enrique caused by he has ever coached barcelona while the fact that if he is now coaching PSG. People shall aware if PSG was different compared with barcelona.
PSG was only getting draw against al nassr. I don't even put big expectation for PSG. Winning league 1 is a must caused by this is a farmer league but about UCL. Im doubtful with it. It's caused by PSG can't even beat al nassr like last season.
The chance for PSG to win UCL under enrique is very small at this moment. I do know that all of PSG fans are expecting something big will come in any seasons but i just say about the truth if PSG was not strong enough for that.

UCL is still far being achieved by PSG. PSG needs to restart everything from zero. The gone of meesi has been also giving huge impact to the club.
During pre season match, PSG hasn't enough well performance actually last games got draw against Saudi Arabia club Al Nassr with score 0-0, its bad for PSG attacking line after failure scoring goals against not highest level teams actually without Mbappe and seems difficult how to score goals. I doubt with PSG chance in UEFA Champion League next season actually still unclear future from Mbappe will stay or not because not finding replacement for striker position space. Current match against Al Nassr new signing Asensio as false nine and look not working yet after PSG failing score goal.

PSG fans expectation they want get Champion League tittle, but not easy way because PSG squad right now not balance yet after several important player departure and new signing need time for adapting.
