The future of the PSG star is indeed uncertain and it is possible that Neymar will indeed follow Messi to MLS, it will surely be a shock to the whole world. Neymar is still having remaining time in its contract. PSG was asking a huge fees for him. The chance for neymar to leave from the club is far bigger compared with meguire. United wants to sell meguire from there but he prefers to stay even longer in the manchester united. As you can see that if you can't force player to leave from the club without terminating him. I think that the chance for meguire to leave from the club is pretty small compared with neymar at this moment.
Some clubs have been approaching neymar but it's not yet confirmed which club that will become the most potential club for neymar this time.
It's a bit confusing to know which team that will be getting him. PSG needs to use the last moment to exchange neymar for good amounts of money from another big club like manchester united.

Mbappe is PSG golden boy and this can be seen from PSG treatment which makes him special compared to other players.
