there not so much difference. most lottery winers among poor people will get lower prizes, comparable to what they spend on lotteries, and will be happy even their life is not going to change. every win, even small is good.

But most likely these kind of mindset or people who do play lottery are those people who want to change up their lives or simply becoming rich but for those

people who are already self-sufficient i don't see for them on commonly joining up these lotteries.There might be some few numbers but the majority would be
the poor ones.

A shockingly large people that win the lottery end up broke because they can't control their spending and they end back where they started. Hope it doesn't happen to this guy but it is a very common occurence when poor people receive a windfall like this.

Exactly mate,there are many janitors who’s living in poverty while some are in good situations

On overseas,these lowly type of jobs(maintenance/dirty jobs) do have much bigger salaries and thats a fact.If the said winner is been living on Canada

for 10 years then i would say that his family is already settled on a good living-might not be too on higher standards but it is much way more better
if they do live or stayed on Philippines. Difference on currency value does matter if he converted those winnings to their own currency knowing that

We know winning in Lottery is not easy there is a billions of combinatiom of numbers before you win and very low percentage to win.
But he won and it is very huge money and their dream will come true anything they want to buy now they can buy it.
