Yes, there is a big tendency that once people start gambling then they will get addicted and the main cause is your brain reaction that record the impulse of every feelings of thrill, excitement and pleasure that you have get during playing gambling and also usually if you get stress by too much spending time in gambling then it also have an impact to make you addicted.

That is greed but addiction is more than greed, it also comes with overconfidence and the mindset of recouping what has been lost. Just seeing what others have won may turn you on to gamble but it wouldn't be as much enticing as you have lost a great deal to the house and you want them back.

I think it is either because they are competitive or greedy. In being competitive, you never have enough because you always want to be the better player among your comrades or league. Hence, you always strive to be better by always making sure you are winning all the time (although yes, I know it is impossible to win all the time at gambling). In being greedy, winning is just part of your goal to make more money. You never want to stop because you want to keep going no matter how big your money is already. Your game is to always bet because you believe you can make more and more money each passing day. Although these two may appear synonymous, they are completely different in terms of gambling but once combined, they give you a sense of power that you can accomplish more.

Greed is proof that a gambler has become a different matter. Greed happens when we get addicted and addiction is created from a scary thing so we will be very hard to stop playing gambling. I think something like this is a negative impact resulting from the gambling game, the nature of greed and also addiction will affect our lives. Even the life that passes can be a very bad thing, for me do not ever try to play gambling when we are not ready to accept any risks that could happen.

The game of gambling is one of the most risky things in the world, when we are not ready to accept it, the life and family we love are at stake.

Greed is one of the prime factors why a supposed lucky winner will going to lose it all in just a blink of an eye. That is too bad because even if the gambler already earned a good amount of winnings, he would still play on hoping to win more and that is a bad thing because the house edge will play against you at anytime and you will lose it all.

I think that's the main reason why someone got addicted once involve in gambling activity. Especially when you first enter into gambling and won alot on your first day they tend to gamble more to win more money. But sometimes because of greediness we lose a lot and want to chase that money again in that moment.

On my own opinion once you become addicted to gambling it is very hard for you to stop.

I believe that there are people that are getting addicted into bitcoin, I heard a news before here in our country that they are lucky for always winning and hitting a jackpot that make them become millionaire before, they've got addicted into it and make their winnings lose one by one. They didn't think for their future and still continue to play until they've got a lot of debt just to play and win back their loses and make them become millionaire again, but that is not their time now. So they've lose their houses and some properties because of gambling and that is addiction!

That is true mate that there will have a lot of things that could happen to you when you gamble but the worst thing is to get hooked and addicted to it. Playing gambling even just for fun or entertainment doesn't mean that you couldn't lose your money anymore, gambling is still gambling, no matter what is the reason why you are playin gambling, you are still going to lose because that is what gambling is. It is about losing most of the time, and if you are not aware of that, you can't help but to continue losing your money.

It doesnt mean like that but when we decided to play for fun that means we are only using small amount. Losing small amount to play and have fun is not a big deal because you can consider it as the fees of playing. Some people spend alot of money to drink or to please themselves so if we see gambling as entertainment, it would be the same

Yes, It's right mate, We can compare gambling with other entertainments, like you said spend a lot of money to drinks or please himself with girls etc.. It's the same in this two case you will spend money, Personally, I think gamblers, who they play only for fun, they usually play with low amounts, It's not problem of them to lose low amounts of money when they feel so good and enjoy so much.
