Treading and gambling is different. Gambling is sometimes depends on luck but treading is not depends on luck. You have to learn think analysis market you must have lot of knowledge about treading without it you can't do anything in it. On the other side gambling is luck it's actually depend on luck and something it's actually happened no need to do extra analysis need little bit analysis..both is different treading and gambling isn't same.

Gambling has a nasty reputation. Like chess, its about strategy and decision-making. Risk assessment, a lifelong skill, is taught here. I find weighing possibilities second nature, a mental practice! Second, moderation. The problem with any enjoyment is excess, not the activity itself. I've seen responsible gamblers who enjoy the rush without becoming addicted. They set limitations, bet for fun, and typically win financially and mentally.

The social aspect follows. Gambling is about companionship, excitement, and charitable donations, not simply money. We cant ignore these positives! Society should recognize that gambling has a positive side when done responsibly, like everything else

Gambling is not meant to ruined lives, the purpose for doing it is to get involved in an atmospheric conditions of being entertained while having fun, but making this a reality is left to our own individuals choice or decision on how we gamble, you can agree with me some people gamble responsibly and some doesn't, but everyone will see himself according to how he has presented himself before gambling and that is strictly under the personal decision we made as how we live our lives as being a gambler.

In short trading and gambling is not the same as we all know that everyone of us here will know that in trading it will base on your knowledge, experience and also in the right time. Cause trading is more analysis which is unlike in gambling that at least you already put a bet you will wait the results. But in trading you need to study the movement of the market which the best thing to do  anyways in gambling we can not sure that we will have a profits unless we are too Lucky.

Why? I agree with all the other things you've mentioned that they are bad and one should stay away from them, but I don't understand why you would call trading bad and why one should stay away from it. I agree that those who understand how it works and what it is should stay away from it because they will lose all their money in it, but those who understand it and study it and gain knowledge and experience about it, I don't see why it can be bad for them.

Millions of people around the world are earning a living with trading because they are doing it in the right way. It's not like gambling where you make a bet press a button and then wait for the result which is generated by a random number generator. You need to know the market and how it moves to be a good trader and that needs time and knowledge.

It really depends on the person's discipline and sense of responsibility. Some people do not really have the discipline that's why they keep on gambling even though there's no direction and projected positive outcome for them. Which results to being dependent and addicted in gambling and even ruining other people's lives just like what happened to Mst.wagdan$.

I hope you take this challenge as a lesson for you to do better in life. Your father's mistakes do not define you or how your life will turn out to be in the next few years. You can change your path to be the best version of yourself by being responsible in everything that you will do especially in making heavy decisions in life.

If the OP said that gambling is bad and can tannish people image (those that are addicted to it) we might agree to it or we will agree to it but when the OP said gambler should stop gambling, that the real thing that will be hard to do.
Many people might have said when they gamble a little, they will stop but they just can because they have fine something that even I don't know about till now in gamble.
I am just saying that it can not be easy to stop gamble if we do not have discipline.
Like in my locality, smoking is something that most elderly people don't like and they believe that as long as someone has involved in smoking he or she can not stop it easily, and same as gambling, if one do nah have discipline, he or she can not stop it because he has find the thing that makes him or her not to stop gambe if he or she do not gamble save.

Hey bud, gambling is not entirely bad, it all depends on how you engage in it, that your father engaged in gambling the wrong way, and it destroyed his life as you said, does not make gambling a bad thing.

Do you actually know that everything we do in this life, if not done the proper way, it could be bad?, for example, think about..
- Eating too much
- Sleeping too much
-  Playing too much
-  Drinking too much
- Etc.

Everything done too much always result in bad things, for example, eating too much is a sin known as gluttony, and it could cause different types of sickness in the body,  playing too much too could lead to alot of injuries.
Anything that is good, doing it too much could bring bad results, this is also same with gambling, gambling moderately and responsibly is good, but doing it too much leads to gambling addiction, and addiction in gambling could result in alot of bad things.
Ita unfortunate that you father gambled too much and it destroyed him and his family, but thank God you are alive and here, you now have the responsibility of bringing light to your family again, you dont have to gamble actually, but don't discourage those who are doing and enjoying it, for not everyone is gambling same way your father did.

I feel sorry that your family has to go through this, your father, unfortunately, cannot control his gambling addiction and because of this it causes misfortune to your family, but you don't have to give up now, just learned from your father mistake and be a better person, gambling is not for the weak unfortunately your father cannot control your addiction, so this is a big lesson for you and for your love ones you still have a chance since you're still young and have a good future ahead, don't make the same mistake your father did.

Yes that's right, in my opinion gambling is not for everyone but only for people who have firmness in controlling themselves, knowing which is good and which is bad will help every gambler to be free from the worse effects of gambling. I do not prohibit anyone from gambling if indeed they are able to manage all their gambling activities in the sense that they can still regulate their gambling so that it does not have a bad impact on their lives.

But on the other hand overall maybe I would agree more with the idea that it is better to avoid gambling completely because after all even though so far they can manage their gambling activities in the sense of staying in a safe situation but it still cannot be denied that there is still a possibility at a later time for them to be tempted and carried further in their gambling activities in the sense that a change in mindset occurs which ultimately makes them enter the addiction zone. So overall for those who just want to get involved in gambling I think they should reconsider their decision because after all all all those involved in this activity will at least definitely lose money even if it is in small amounts, but actually you can choose not to lose anything by not getting involved.

Well, everything is bad when treated in the wrong and I couldn't blame OP for saying that because it is probably he has a bad experience with gambling. But he should not say EVERYONE because not all are doing the same with him.

Anyway, we can't please people to see the benefits of gambling, many think it is bad and harmful to us (mentally and financially matter). But for the reason that I gamble just for fun and is able to relieve my stress, I keep doing this. It just needs self-control and it is all okay. Of course, we don't expect to win big but at least we are enjoying our time gambling.

It all depends on how we treat gambling and trading. sometimes we as humans always look at the bad without looking at the good side like someone says everything is bad but that person doesn't see the good side like this gambling. most people who hear about gambling will always think about the bad things, but if they want to learn about the good side of gambling, they will definitely not say that gambling is bad.
even gambling has a few positive things for health as we always think wisely before placing a bet and in life the person will also do the same. well, this is just a small example that everything has a good side, not just a bad side.

Im ignore the other think you mentioned. I'm saying about gambling and treading. You said that gambling is bad yes it's bad gambling and treading crate financial disaster if you are not experienced. Many just take some knowledge about it and get in to it. That little knowledge is harmful for that people lost their economy. For that people conect with illigali activity to recover their money if they are addected the play more and lost more. So found that is you made for it or not.

Their was good things in every way of everything,because by using the same gambling some people become the millionaire in the shortest period.The crypto trading made many people rich during the 2020-2021.Because of some of the people get away from the stress in their real life,before only social drinking,now every week people drinking to handle their stress from their work pressure.Womanising is the bad habit,I had my acceptance with that.But the fighting which give some people to learn which one is right from your point of view.Stealing should be avoided,because one day you get jailed because of the criminal offence made even before four to five years.

And to add to that, it's a person's responsibility why they turned a bad and irresponsible gambler. These people allow themselves to fall on the wrath of doing gambling. Who is to blame here? Gambling in general? Of course, no. We are the one who makes our future therefore if someone ends up worst in gambling, they are the ones to be blamed.

They decide and choose to go on that path. It's fine if they are prepared and understand the risks but that's not what happened along the way.

But blaming game is not the issue. There's always a chance and opportunity to bounce back after a bad experience. It's not the end.

Fighting is bad stay away from it;
War is bad stay away from it;
Gay is bad stay away from it;
Stealing is bad stay away from it;
But in the end of the day, you will not be able to determine what others will do. Just ensure you discipline yourself and your children. Leave the rest of us for government to handle. And even the government is tired and cannot implement all they want. Maybe we should give way for freedom.

There would be always pros and cons on things that we do get involved around but bad things would really be just that depending basing on the actions that you had made.
Gambling isnt bad but on the time that you are already spending enourmous amount of money which arent supposed to be spend on gambling or on the time that you are exerting too much time and funds then this is a solid indication that you are already that addicted to it. This is why it would really be that important that you should really be that sensible on the things that you are
dealing with because stepping into the field of gambling but having no self control will really be leading into disaster. This is why you should really be that mindful about on the actions
you are making.

Normally everything that have an advantage will also have a disadvantages, there's alot of people who are testifying on how gambling have changed their lives for the better by just hitting one jackpot. While alot of people have fall as victims In the negative part of gambling. And gambling have save some families and also destroyed some through bankruptcy and other effects. So gambling not something you give your all is something you just do for fun not with the mindset of getting rich quick with it.
Just try and minimize the urge of gambling which is not easy to do mostly when you're addicted to it.so try And overcome that addiction through peer groups or people who greater more experience in gambling that can help to control and fight against that addictions.
