There are so many cases where gamblers lose their money and even some of their assets and the destruction of families because of gambling that makes this more serious than imagined just because they cannot control their emotions in the gambling they do.
Unfortunately, this kind of thing cannot be controlled because it becomes an uncontrollable situation and although not all gamblers experience it, there must be something like this that even happens to our family or neighbors so in the end this is what makes gambling a situation that is considered negative.
Well, not all gamblers do, and I dare say that most do not go to such extremes. The vast majority of us control our gambling, and when I say control it is not 100% of the time. In the same way that most of ust when we drink we are responsible and that doesn't mean that we haven't had too much to drink sometimes. The average responsible player, likewise, has on occasion lost more money than he or she had planned or played for longer than he or she originally thought. Or even both, which often go hand in hand.
What happens is that the scandalous cases of people who lose a fortune and get into debt, and lose their house, or the savings entrusted to them by their father, etc. are the ones that make the headlines, but I think they paint a distorted picture of most of us.
This is a point that cannot be avoided because after all, no matter how strong we are when restraining ourselves but in some conditions there will definitely be a mistake that occurs that makes the situation uncontrollable which makes regret always come in the end.
The news like you mentioned will never be separated from gambling because in the end this is a condition where we cannot control ourselves properly and unfortunately this is mostly the case because compared to people who gamble and can control themselves properly, for now there are many gamblers who fail to do so even though their intentions are actually the same where they will gamble responsibly but in the end their control is loose and becomes a new problem for themselves.
There are so many cases where gamblers lose their money and even some of their assets and the destruction of families because of gambling that makes this more serious than imagined just because they cannot control their emotions in the gambling they do.
Yes, when someone gambles without learning about gambling responsibility then those kind of things happen from time to time. Those gamblers who lose money and chase those losses in order to cover those losses and make profit as well are way more likely to get addicted to gambling.
Once they get addicted then they continue spending more of their money in gambling and that losing will continue for long term unless someone helps them to get rid of that addiction. It's quite easy to get addicted to gambling but it's very hard to get unaddicted from it.
The fact is that this happens more than many cases of people being able to control gambling and we can't just turn a blind eye to this either.
The problem is that when someone is an ego-centered gambler, instead of taking this as an example, they don't really pay attention to it as a concern, even though this is actually a good reminder for us to gamble according to what we can afford to lose. Because we don't need to be naive even though we are a gambler who doesn't want to be considered an addict but in the end we have to realize that gambling is to spend the money we have because no matter how much profit is won later in the end sometimes it will run out again within a certain period of time because gambling will lose more than gain and we must be aware of that.
