Let's accept the fact that gambling is truly addicting and makes us crave for more because that's the mechanics of gambling, we risk something and then we gain or lose. As what I am always telling people, we should always gamble responsibly because it involves MONEY. Know your limits, set boundaries, and if possible try to budget your money and only set a certain amount of money for gambling.

I don't really like making a record of all my bets, for me it might become a stressful way of remembering all the regrets of how much I already lost in gambling. Well, that's just my case but I have seen other gamblers who do this kind of strategy.

With care but not too much because that will keep you from risking a few which is needed when it comes to gambling especially if you are playing games that don't really give the profits at the start but just in the long run.
Let's say in slots you picked only 3 lines instead of 20 lines, there's a high chance you won't get anything at the first 10 bets but something will come out after 20 or maybe 100 bets. That's taking the risk for a chance of high winnings.

Gamblers should always gamble with their senses,  if you are a monthly salary earner make sure you have a limit of how much you will be spending on gambling, if you can uphold this strategy yourself you won't any bad experiences to share about gambling.

The problem with gamblers is they don't go by calculation even outside of gambling, if you are someone who doesn't even know how much you spend on food and yourself per month you are the type that fail in businesses and other things, you should always consider calculation first in everything you do.

So true, we gamblers just love to play for fun or just to win some money. But tracking are wins and losses? I doubt that we are going to do that. In any case though, if we are playing online then we might see our history of deposits and withdrawals. But still though, we are not concern about it. Although we might cringe a bit to see how much money we spend on gambling, but still we are going to continue no matter what.

Regrets are just part of the game, and we all know that and I can say that we might have accepted that fact long before we go gambling. And there are a lot of what if scenario that crosses our mind. And yet we continue gamble.

Well, i can say majority of the gamblers don't do accounting. Unlike a real business, counting off all your spendings and winnings doesn't seem necessary, that's what we all thought. Doing tables doesn't only track your spendings, but also It would most likely going to make us realize how much amount of money we have wasted since we begin gambling. I honestly, did not see anyone doing tables, I think we all are scared to see that digit as we may able to realize we could have bought a lot of different things with that money we've lost in gambling. Regrets are inevitable though.
I'm not also sure if seeing all those spendings would make us bet lesser than usual.

When one is certain about the games performed, one of the good strategies to follow is to sketch out a plan and strive into the system. Well, regret happens if we take a look at our history in gambling so I think it wouldn't be that detrimental if we don't go back at it. I know it's fine to just make that table for future reference and have stats to show where and when you need that improvement but I think it's design for those who want to make gambling a living. as long as you know your limits, you don't have to worry about those figures. because if you can't contain yourself in gambling, it means, you are in the stage of addiction, which means, you don't care about your limits.
so if you think you are on the brink of addiction, pause and contemplate on what you're doing. decide which path you want to traverse or just follow your impulses. either way, that's when you need to get responsible of the possible consequences of your decision.

People who gamble don't need to have exact figures plastered everywhere in order for them to gamble more responsibly. I think most already have a sense of how much they are only allowed to lose, or allowed to gamble with at any given point in time. Usually, the exact figures recommended by people aren't really followed. Almost all will surely go beyond that figure, and that's them being careful already.

A very healthy and commendable mindset, if only every gambler see gambling just the way you have explained above, hardly are there going to be issues like being addicted to gambling, or someone stealing their uncles money because they want to continue to fuel their gambling activity, or worst of all, somebody committing suicide because he or she lost a very huge amount of money to gambling, and that money was money the person never prepaid to loss.

That's why money management is important in gambling apart from emotion and risk management. We must really have the ability to manage our money in gambling, because if not, we will be out of control in spending money for gambling, sometimes it can even drain our finances or savings when we really can't afford it. Case to case basis actually because honestly im this kind of type on which im really that not really putting up some tallies about on how much i have spent already on gambling.I dont care if i do lost up that kind of allocation
 on which im not really that keeps on looking back with those amounts.As long those money is really that allocated with gambling and it isnt really that compromising my finances then it should really be just that fine.
If you are really that too caring about the spending you do have then it would really be your choice whether you would really be making out some tally or list on how much you do spend but this is really that something that
could cause for you to become that desperate on the time that you are seeing that you are really that making huge loss.This is why it would be better on having this way on which you wont really be making yourself
that been aware of those numbers so that you wont really be making yourself that desperate on taking back those losses which it would be most likely the case that would happen and something that should really be avoided in the first place.This is why it would really be just that better if you dont make out those kind of tracking with your spending but somehow there are really advantages on this one though.

We often see people saying gamble responsibly in some of the existing threads so it's actually ingrained in most gamblers on this forum that they should be responsible for what they do and of course with something like this they must already know and have calculated how they put money in gambling.
Surely all have such limits, although indeed sometimes we occasionally cross the limits we have on some occasions but we at least do not make the mistakes that are made in gambling.

When we are already involved in gambling we should realize that we are adults and have responsibility for what we do so gamble accordingly and do not cross the limits that you have set. that way you will be able to gamble but not make you become addicted and your money does not disappear a lot because there is already a budget every week or month.

^You don't experience this problem if you always think gambling is for fun not for chasing money.
Yes, avoid chasing losses and if you lose, resist the urge to try and recover your losses by betting more because it can lead to a dangerous cycle.
