I experienced the lag or slow in the crash game and it is a little hassle if you are playing manually and risky of course but now it works well in regards with Agbe I think you wouldn't be able to access any gambling site if you have slow internet connection since there's a lot of things to load in gambling site including its interface, images and other things.
