I quite agree with this, the symbol may be a wrong idea better still it should be replaced with an Ethereum symbol which is more appropriate in this situation to avoid misleading newbies in depisiting wrong currency, but in must case both the ethereum and the USDT address are the same since their operate on same blockchain.

Can we consider that as a bug? I also see that if I try in withdrawal it shows [BTC withdraw is disabled on this wallet!] if you are in the withdrawal page. I also test the support and they already have now a live support agent which is very nice. I think I am satisfied with overall performance and game that Gamdom can offer to us.

I don't think it's a bug it's some kind of provision so if you never made a deposit or are not a participant of the campaign then all withdrawal wallets will be deactivated
The support agent has been available for a long time but sometimes it's not active maybe due to operational hours. I experienced it some time ago but now i'm not worried anymore because i'm at level 21 who can ask directly in chat room.

Previously Ethereum was available as a deposit method but in the last update it was disabled I got this information from support unfortunately I didn't have time to ask what the reason was but I suspect because the withdrawal fee is too high, obviously we already know why the Ethereum logo appears on the wallet. There is a possibility of being reactivated if the situation back to normal.

I noticed that too, some users might get confused for this? Why do they include the Ethereum on the wallets if we are not allowed to use it, maybe it is better that they removed it. I think it is not also allowed to withdraw Ethereum I think maybe because of the expensive fee of the Ethereum transactions but it is the same fee if going to withdraw with USDT since it is in Eth network.

I played multiple times in Gamdom and I do like already their website not only they have original games but they also have sports betting and esports betting but there are pros and cons I see, one con is that they have limited cryptocurrency option to deposit and one of the pros is they don't charge in withdrawal and you can convert your coins to other cryptocurrency without paying extra fee.

That is why I check both folders when I check my mail, and not just the inbox folder.

You could actually able to differentiate if you do have actually the knowledge and awareness in difference with spam emails into those original ones and if you are really finding
for a specific email then you could always make use of that search bar which makes things even more easier but of course you should really know on how to filter
out if you are really dealing with Spam folder though.
