With confirmation requests that are quite solid lately, we are indeed required to ask several claims to be responded to quickly. These days spams and legit mails are getting too much thrown together. I had a gamdom confirmation mail that was in the spam folder, and a phishing mail saying it came from apple (was a phishing attack) on my inbox folder.
Most of these free places do not end up doing it a good job. All that outlook, gmail and so forth places are really mixing it up badly. Thankfully I have been using a computer since 1994, that is nearly 30 years very soon, so I know what is a spam and what is not a spam when I look at the sender and the subject let alone having to look at the mail itself. That is why I check both folders when I check my mail, and not just the inbox folder.
