I think in Switzerland, they've been recycling their trash so much so that they actually import trash to recycle but they don't actually importnso much that it would make a dent in the world trash that we have. Besides, I don't think a country will pay millions of dollars just to ship out their trash and I don't think the Swiss could recycle that much trash.
