Hello zawawa,
thanks for your work and time.

Are you going to add Trezarcoin in your tool?
thanls
Trezarcoin mines through neoscrypt algoritm. GGS support neoscrypt algo mining. Just setup your pool via custom pool in GGS to mine trezarcoin selecting neoscrypt algo.

Well i start tested this software and i can say is amazing well have some issu to connect other server but nicehash working much better like nicehash miner. It run over 5 h without frozen / reset.

But i start thing why if i runt this software + msi afterburner then i can use only setings from GGS. when i put my setings oc + fan to msi it works fiew seconds after GGS run him self setings ?

You should be able to turn off fan control and overclocking on the "Devices" tab page.
If that doesn't work, please let me know with more details.

Hi I have  (2) GTX 1060 6gb and (2) Gigabyte RX570 4GB with RX580 4gb FW flashed on them in the same system. I am using GGS 1.22 and Neoscrpyt for Gobyte, but the hashrate for the gtx 1060 is low ( 260-300khs) and the RX 570's fluctuate madly (36-800khs) constantly. I was able to get 650 khs per card using win 7 and  ccminer, i need help getting GGS 1.22 stable for mining. Any thoughts on settings?

My general advice is to not mix AMD and NVIDIA in any mining rigs.
Also, my NeoScrypt kernel doesn't work well at all with NVIDIA cards at the moment.
(I have a feeling that I have to have two different kernels for NVIDIA and AMD.)
I would disconnect 1060's and see how that goes first.

hi

i had again the loose of config when reboot :/ vers 1.2.2  i have 3 files on appdata/ggs

dont understand :/

edit:at starup,he is lonnnnnnnnnng....same at stop :/  not in previous vers

You could try one of these:

http://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-disable-disk-write-caching-windows-7-8
https://superuser.com/questions/833552/manually-flushing-write-cache-on-windows

Slow startups are due to the workaround for the nasty GPU order problem.
I had to extend the length of the diagnostic tests for more reliable results.
Let me see what I can do...

hi

disk caching is already on :/

No, you should turn OFF disk write caching.

@Zazawa

you need to review the switching between DevFee mode, the longer the miner is runtime the slower it restarts the gpu´s . now after 12h runtime it didnt even make it to start all gpus during devfee time and then back to usermode. so we loose both mining time. im talking about cryptonight, dont know if it is the same on other algos

Apparently, CPU threads are not coordinating well. I will upload a (hopefully) more stable version shortly.

I thought I was working on something else. lol

Just finished loading 1.2.2 zawawa and am very pleased, excellent work on the miner program. Just took a couple of minutes to get up and running on custom pool mining Expanse at my normal Claymore hashrate.
Would have liked to have seen the temp graph though.

Your more than welcome to the DEV fee's.

I have been playing with phymem.sys for the last few days and confirmed that on-the-fly memory timing mods are possible with GGS, that is, I was able to manipulate parameters for memory timings such as ACTRD/ACTWR, TRRD, TRC, FAW/T32AW etc.  from a user-space.

Now, to make this feature useful, I need to write a BIOS parser, probably in C#, in order to access memory timing straps.
We will see how that goes.

I've got register decoding of RAS, CAS, MISC, and a couple others added to amdmeminfo.  Should simplify your coding work.

As I know, you're know many things about GDDR5 memory. I would like to know more about how GDDR5 works. And how to change timings the right way. I didn't understand why different memory manufacterers needs different timings... Not only more or lower speed... And I want to know how timings depends on each other...
Don't you have any guide about it? Or maybe you can describe it on example...

I'm still learning, though I've described much of what I know in my blog.

Thanks! That will helps me!

But I still can't understand - why different manufactured memory (Samsung, Hynix etc.) requires different memory timings... Looks like it's no standard of GDDR5 and every manyfacturer makes GDDR5 it's own way...
