St. Pauli have a difficult remaining programm. They still have to play against places 1 to 4 and against 3 teams woh are fighting against relegation. Therefore I do not see them reaching place 3 in the end.

i think st.pauli will get 15 points from the remaining games. but that won't be enough. pauli has to have at least 62 points to have a chance of promotion.
with a lot of luck they can get 3rd place. but that would be the miracle of the elbe in 2023.

st.pauli next games

That is how it has been for years now and I think they don't even deserve to be promoted into the 1. Bundesliga.

I would not see it that hard way now. Nobody thought that they would fall back into the old pattern. They have done a really great job so far and they are not at place 3 for nothing.

It would be a fun derby between Hamburg and Pauli if until then Pauli can even further cut the distance in the table.

The Hamburger SV game was very disappointing. They must have had 10 corners in the first 15 minutes, but they did not manage to shot the ball in the goal. Now they no longer have it in their own hands to promoted straight up . If St. Pauli continue playing like this year they will win the derby at matchday 29 and take place 3 away from Hamburger SV.

That is how it has been for years now and I think they don't even deserve to be promoted into the 1. Bundesliga. They tied the game against Darmstadt and Heidenheim and they won only two out of the last five games. How the hell can they fail so hard every year? I truly wish that St. Pauli keeps playing like that it would be a historic result after their catastrophic start into the season. Hamburg is playing against Düsseldorf and St. Pauli and so far Hamburg's luck was that Darmstadt also had their problems or otherwise would have been miles away already.

It would be a fun derby between Hamburg and Pauli if until then Pauli can even further cut the distance in the table.

after the 2-5 home disaster vs. düsseldorf and the fall to a direct relegation rank, hansa rostock sacked its coach Patrick Glöckner today. after just five months on the bench, fc hansa parts ways with the 46-yo PG.
now that the international break is coming up, the club has enough time to find a successor

Today my attention is on Dortmund vs Koln as a home team clearly Dortmund does not want to miss this opportunity to get full points because they are in the race with Bayern Munich and only 2 points difference. Besides that, the next week Dortmund will fight Munich this means that Dortmund is likely to lose points so today's match must be completely used to minimize the difference in points. I predict Dortmund will win 2 to 3 goals including at least one goal in the first half, my bet is Dortmund wins HT and FT.
wrong turn  Grin Grin

wooow.....what is going on with st. pauli ? the team is flying from one win to the other . the last 10 games not lost. the team got 8 wins and 2 draws since 8.nov. 2022 .
if they continue to pick up so many points, they'll be promoted to the 1.bundesliga.
today, st.pauli easily won 5:0 at sandhausen and is already in 5th place with 41 points. this is a sensational performance with the new coach.
it remains exciting in the 2.bundesliga. a lot can still happen at the top and bottom. there will be interesting weeks to come.

I really laughed at Dortmund's match yesterday. Because Dortmund managed to score 6 goals without thinking much of the opposition team. Which is more than expected. The opposition team did not get any chance to do anything good in the match, the whole match was controlled by Dortmund.

and again the hamburger sv did not win . against the team of holstein kiel it was only enough for a 0:0 draw .
the hsv is only third because yesterday heidenheim won against karlsruhe with 5:2. today at 8:30pm darmstadt plays against kaiserslautern.
if darmstadt wins they are first again with 2 points ahead. it will still be very exciting . i am curious who will occupy the first two places at the end of the season

Darmstadt and Hamburger lost the truck. We have not seen good performances from these two teams in the last few matches. Darmstadt have failed to win in their last three matches and Hamburger have dropped points in their last two matches. On the other hand, Heidenheim's performance is now very stable. I have not seen this team lose any match for a long time. And they are now at the top of the points table. Hamburger, Heidenheim and Darmstadt are fighting for the title. So far they have equal chances to win the title.

Yes, but this time they even played the hardest games so far. All the games that are coming now are mostly against teams from the lower half of the table. If they can't do it this year, then by all means when will it ever be possible for them again?

I have not looked that far ahead into the next games. But you are right. Although there are still some opponents waiting there who will not be easy. Paderborn, Kaiserslautern and St. Pauli for example. And because you mentioned St. Pauli.
I saw that they are the only team in Europe from all leagues taken together who have won every single game since the year 2023 started.
All I can say is: Wow. That is really a great achievement. Last year was a disaster for them. So it seems that they have learned from it and are creating such a great series.

Lol I see it coming that Hamburg once again manages to waste a decent season towards the end now. The coach going nuts and now not being able to coach his team is bad, but I wouldn't overestimate the effect of a coach during a game. They still have their co-coaches and can give instructions all the time via mobile phone. Hamburg's players should be well prepared mentally. It is not too much about strategy at this point during the season. Usually they know what to do and they know how to turn their strategic game plan into reality. Hamburg has been struggling a lot with their mental strength every time when it came down to concentration and precision. They are starting to make mistakes again now. They have everything the need. Money, fans, a bit stadium and so on and so forth, and yet they can't get promoted back into the 1. Bundesliga.

Yes, the discussions are certainly starting again now and the players and the people in charge at Hamburg are certainly panicking a little bit again. I think that in the last few years Hamburger SV has always lost games around the same time and these points were missing at the end.
But in my opinion, this year it is a different team than before. They are more concentrated and do not get nervous when the other team is leading. So I do not see the defeat so dramatically. But they still have to win against Kiel.

That would be such an amazing story! Just check out where they have been at by the end of 2022. Cheesy

When we talk about divisi 2 i really sure we can't prediction much and exactly how the result is because there is many surprise we can see for the clun who play on that division. So far hamburg always good whne play at home but got bad result when play away and always got draw. Maybe when meet kiel is not far way, they will win at lears 1 different goal.

the coach of hamburger sv Tin Walter got a one-game suspension and may not sit on the bench next weekend. then the hsv plays in the volkspark stadium against holstein kiel.
the hsv must win so that heidenheim does not overtake hamburg.

That was not a good action by Tim Walter and he also has to pay an additional 8000€ fine to the DFB. I am curious what the absence of Tim Walter will do to the team against Holstein Kiel.
Hamburg has to concentrate on itself again and not look at the table. They have to think from game to game. It is about winning a game after another.

I don't know but for me such moves where a sports director is basically firing his coach in order to become the coach himself always has a kind of a bitter taste to me. Even though on paper the director of sports has obviously more power i still think that the position of coach is way more attractive to most people because as a coach you are way more in the spotlight of the media. Maybe it is different in this case because Dieter Hecking already had several stations as head coach and i doubt that he just wanted to be coach to get some attention again as i don't think that he even wants to have attention anymore. So far the change was successful as FCN finally have won a game again.

I do not see that as a problem. I think the sports director is even taking a very big risk. Because if it does not work with him either, then he will also be questioned. If he only works as a coach for a few match days, that would be okay. But if he works as a coach until the end of the season, like Hecking, then he is also completely responsible.

Well, in fútbol you see a lot of things, that's not so bad, some may have the freedom to do those things as a team, however that becomes a lot more work for one person, but if you are willing to meet the demands . , why do not do it? There are things that each team has its way of directing and it shows here, each decision is well studied, I don't see irresponsibility there, what they should do is that with this change the team can generate better fútbol and win more, the fútbol that is shows in the 2nd Bundesliga is very exciting and these things are handled in this way that I find even more interesting.

Hamburger SV's loss to Karlsruher made them fail to stay at the top of the standings. Karlsruher appeared extraordinary, they even managed to make 8 shots on target

hamburger SV can't keep losing if they want to move up to first league, next week they will face kiel, looks like it will be an easy match for HSV

Last week, Karlshure beat Hamburg 4-2 and showed their strength. Glatzer scored 2 goals for Hamburg and it wasn't enough for more. If they want to take the lead in the standings, they have to win in the upcoming matches. In the next match they have to beat Kiel and fight for the lead.

I would usually like to criticize Hamburg now for once again losing a game during the final phase of the season. That is what they have been doing for years now. Everything looks great for them and exactly in the moment when it becomes so important they start to lose points again. Now in this case it is the first six teams who have not won their games this weekend. Everyone knows that this was even a first little match ball that they all failed to make use of. If one of them had won their game this weekend, it would have been a big jump towards the 1. Bundesliga. Now even St. Pauli could make a step forward. It is 9 points between them and rank 3, but if St. Pauli for some reason keeps winning their games until the end of the season in such a spectacular way (they have won 7 out of 7 games since 2023 beginning), I think they might be able to play a part in the final fight for rank 3.
Well, from what you say, it's something that bothers me a lot, for the past two seasons I've wanted St Pauli to move to the Bundesliga, and I hope they can achieve it, if they win the games they can do it, really, two seasons ago this team was very excited and I didn't like the fact that it couldn't happen, if this is the opportunity for St Pauli it must do it, it's a team that deserves it, I know that football is not about deserving but about fighting to do it and obtain it with effort, but I think that St Pauli already deserves it.

The results of yesterday's games were somehow a surprise to me, I even wanted to bet on some of yesterday's games, I researched for a while but then I saw that it would be very complicated if I placed a bet, that's why I preferred not to place a bet. and from what I see it was a good decision because the results of the games were unpredictable

Humburg 2 - 4 Karlsruher

Karlsruher came into this game with a good winning streak, if we look at their performance and compare it with the performance of hamburg, we easily realize that Karlsruher undoubtedly had a much better performance, but I even thought it could be a game of draw, although I was more inclined towards humburg to win the game, but it was just a guess because I would not bet on humburg, anyway with this defeat they are in second place in the table, their opponent in the race for the title also lost, so the humburg is very lucky, they can still become champions if their opponent loses points

three goals in the first half really caught Hamburg off guard, they tried to redeem themselves in the 2nd half and they were a little close from getting a draw but failed, Karlsruher deserved it though, they are on fire in the last matches, it's going to be hard for Hedenheim to beat them in the next round too.

I see it the same way you do. I was also surprised that none of the teams from place 1 to 6 did not win their match. But I do not understand why Hamburger SV did not take their chance. It seems it was a Psychological problem.
I was also surprised about St. Pauli. They were just a few weeks ago on the way of slipping on a relegation place. But they have taken up the fight against it and are rightly at place 7.
