Anyway, Darmstadt, Heidenheim and Hamburger SV can be sure to finish in the top three even though they will still overtake each other but in the end their position will still be in the top three, right? I only watched the last 30 minutes between St. Pauli and Düsseldorf. That was really a great game. Back and forth. Düsseldorf had had a bit more will to win. But St. Pauli is very strong at home. Under normal conditions, it would have been a success for Düsseldorf to play a draw. But in the current situation it does not help. But the fans of Hamburger SV are certainly happy.

Everybody betting on Darnstadt to win? Tomorrow they play inHannover and if they win they will play in the Bundesliga next season. Tomorrow they will play with Honsak, Tietz and Manu in the offensive and hopefully win. They don‘t play at home in the Stadium, there would be more fans there. on the last matchday, sandhausen wins 2-1 against hsv and dennies dieckmeier and david kinsombi score the two goals against hamburg.

Sandhausen still has a great chance. They will play against HSV at the last matchday. HSV will certainly be nervous, so that will be the chance for Sandhausen. And in important games HSV usually manages to lose.

i think hansa rostock made it today. the team is saved and will stay in the 2.bundesliga. rostock won today with 2:1 in sandhausen.
sandhausen will be relegated to the 3.bundesliga for 99,9%. if sandhausen still manages the relegation place it would be a sensation.
but then sandhausen would have to win the remaining 2 games.

I am a pretty neutral spectator regarding the second Bundesliga but i would really like if the HSV would finally get a chance to at least play the Relegation games after they have been in the second Bundesliga for quite a few years already now. Their upcoming match against Jahn Regensburg is not so easy though. Regensburg just replaced their coach and this can always trigger something in a team. So it is very much possible, that Regensburg is showing a good performance all of a sudden. We will see.
At the same time Heidenheim also has a pretty tough match against Paderborn which also still wants to reach the Relegation rank. Everything is still totally open.

Everything is still possible. Even Paderborn still has a small chance of finishing at place 3 at the end of the season. And even in the lower part of the table Fürth at place 12 could still be relegated directly or Magdeburg at place 11 could end up at a relegation place. But until then three more games will be played.
The season finale is really exciting this year and I am looking forward to watch the games.

yes. it is possible that one of the two teams can reach 3rd place . but this weekend the first team to be promoted can also be determined .

They had a great second half of the season. They managed 17 points in the first half of the season and currently they have 36 points in the second half. Thatis really great. They would deserve place 3. The next game is the decisive game. They will play against Düsseldorf and whoever wins that game will play for place 3.

Too bad that St. Pauli couldn't keep going till the very end with their enormous winning streak after they had such a bad start into the season. It is now four points and I had a look at the schedule for Hamburg and St. Pauli. Hamburg is playing against 12th, 17th and 18th in the last three games of the season. If they fail to defend 3rd rank, they should be auto relegated to the 3. Bundesliga! I agree with you and I have no idea how they are doing this. The should be awarded a prize for doing something that has never been achieved before. It is now the 5th year in a row that they finish either 4th or 3rd and failed the promotion to the 1. Bundesliga. Maybe they win it this year and it would only be four years of failure in a row.

I do not understand how Hamburger SV cannot reward themselves. Every year they play a good season. But in the end it is not enough. I think it will not work out this year either. They have only won 2 games from the last 8 games. That is not enough to get promoted. And even if they will reach place 3 and the end of the season. They still have 2 relegation games. And they have to win them. Based on past performances I do not see that happening.

three matchdays before the end of the season, ssv jahn regensburg has sacked coach Mersad Selimbegovic. MS had been the coach at regensburg since 2019 and managed to keep the club in the 2nd bundesliga each time. currently, the club is in second-to-last place with 28 points, 2 points less than 16th place and 6 points behind 15th place... a successor is not yet determined
