Yes but in a situation like this even when there is no "top" game, they are all playing against each other as everyone has to win their games or they slowly fall behind. It is an interesting situation I would say, but it has been like that in the 2. Bundesliga for years now. There is almost never a team that is leading by 10 points or so after 25 game days.

schalke 04 lost the game in düsseldorf with 1-2 and darmsatdt 98 played 2-2 at hannover 96. so there is only one point difference between the first 4 places - the fifth place (schalke 04) is already 4 points behind a direct promotion place.

All the top four teams are in a real competition among themselves as there is only a one-point difference. This will be like it for quite some time and I think if that happens the goal difference will come in handy. So, I think that the teams will have to go for more goals as well as the win.

Actually I feel they will lose but indeed this is very far from prediction because even though I lost at first it would only be a thin defeat, it turned out that I was wrong in this and maybe even their biggest defeat this season. But indeed this was a mistake and they have to bounce back now.
Darmstadt and St Pauli should be able to win now because indeed they have been displaced now by hamburgers and Bremen who have indeed performed very well in their last 5 matches.

Exactly, this Germany League - 2nd Bundesliga is really interesting if we see how the difference of every point had by each team.
We can see how the ga of the points in each rank is very small, some are the same. The next matches should really become very interesting games because they must maintain their ranks or even have more spirit to pass the other rank positions.
The point until the 6 standings are very small in the difference. I am personally not sure about what will happen to the result, this is still unpredictable.

They are only 2 points apart at the moment and it really depends on what they do in the next game. When they play well they have chances but when they play badly enough like Darmstadt did last week I think they will definitely be knocked out and it will be difficult to come back to follow the other team's track.
I'm actually quite hopeful of what Darmstadt and St. Pauli for the early games especially before 2022 goes on but indeed they are now not good enough even St. Pauli is playing very badly because of their last 5 matches currently only 3 draws and 2 defeats.
