Well, the truth is that I think the same, the players that Munich has are of the first level, really at the moment I compare it with the Brazilian national team, all the players could play without a coach, for me Bayern Munich is one of the best teams that Europe has, I wouldn't doubt most players going out for the German national team.
Haaland's case is interesting, I think the one that City needed came to him, Pep Guardiola is sure to be the happiest of this new member, for Dortmund it is a great loss, in my case I would never have left him to go.
For Dortmund this is part of their strategy, they bring up young talented players and sell them to top clubs. You see, Dortmund played with Haaland in this season, but this didn’t affect anything, they didn’t become champions and didn’t achieve any outstanding results in Eurocups. Yes, can say that they needed more time, but it is obvious that this is a business for Dortmund, and they will continue to stick to their strategy, educate young talents.

^ But why?

Why just be happy with raising young players who will become better with time and eventually sell them to better clubs?

Why don't they just build up a really good team and actually compete with the better teams with the intention of winning?

I don't know if this is actually a strategy but I think it is a dumb one in my opinion. Or is this just a club where they are doing intentional business instead of playing football to win! And I think this should change because this has been going on for a long time.

Dortmund so far have not been able to maintain their mentality to be the strongest competitor of bayern munchen in the league, every season their squad actually includes a capable squad, but for some reason every time they have the opportunity to tackle bayern munchen their always fail  and it happens every season including this season, so it's not surprising that so far we have seen that Dortmund are often left behind by their star players, because the trophy seems to be impossible for them to get if they stay at Dortmund.
They are still very far from being able to compete here even though there are indeed a lot of good players but as you said, most of them always fail due to their erratic performances every year.
This season they were actually close to getting close to Bayern but it's a shame they couldn't play well in some of the decisive matches that saw them catapulted again away from Bayern.

The problem of Dortmund is, that they are not good enough to consistently compete on the highest level for the trophies. A player like Haaland wants to win those trophies and that means that Dortmund can't offer him an attractive long term perspective. Such world-class players are drawn into the few "big name" clubs that Europe has to offer. It is understandable from the players perspective as well and also it is the right decision financially.

In this season, Dortmund has a good chance to win the title. Their squad was very strong. But Dortmund's performance continued to deteriorate after Haaland suffered an injury in the middle of the season. And they never got back in the truck. At the end of the season, Dortmund was 8 points behind Bayern Munich. Haaland is not in the Dortmund squad next season. So Bayern Munich does not seem to have any rivals in the Bundesliga. In the Bundesliga this season to we will see the reign of Bayern Munich.

In principle, it makes little difference who the coach of Bayern Munich is. When you have a team like Bayern, you always become champions. I think you would still be champion even without a trainer. The difference with the numbers 2 and below is huge. Bayern is also the only team that really belongs to the big teams in Europe. Dortmund must make their way back into the competition. And catch the departure of Haaland.

bayern munich is on the verge of another transfer of a player from rb leipzig. as reported by kicker, austrian international player Konrad Laimer has announced that it is very likely that he will no longer play for this year's dfp-cup winners leipzig next season. bayern munich is the big favorite here and will once again steal a regular player from a title rival and in a sense weaken him.
At the moment the chance for Laimer to join Bayern is still very possible because as you said both parties seem to have an interest in each other.
but in this case I read some news there that Leipzig only wanted to release this 25 years old midfielder for 20 million euros. I think it's still quite cheap for this player's performance which is quite good this season

I am happy that Haaland is gone, all the talking about switching teams brings distraction, and to be honest he missed so many games due to being injured all the time, no wonder they have been inconsistent.

Dortmund now is a healthy club moneywise and of course they can't pay what all those clubs owned by rich Arabs or Russians can pay. All those wannabe stars like Haaland and co just see the money and want to go to a big team asap. Also Dortmund doesnt have a billion in debt like some teams from Spain. If uefa would actually enforce financial fairplay the champions league would probably see Dortmund and Bayern in the semis quite often.
Why be happy that he is gone? He adds quality to the league no matter how long he is injured for. Now we won't have as many goals in the league because we have lost one of the greatest scorers in the league history. Anyone that says they won't miss him or glad they are gone must be a rival fan Cheesy Haaland was great to watch and I will miss him and I am sure the Bundesliga will miss him.

The problem with Haaland is does get injured but that might be a temporary thing with better medical care or better rotation he might be fit more often. I think Haaland is the type of player that you need to manage closely. He is like Gotze or Hazard both great players but they are injury prone. Gotze was managed well at Bayern Munich and started to get a good sequence of games together that proves that it can be done even if the player is injury prone.

After losing Erling Haaland to Manchester City, I will be wondering what Dortmund are going to do. They will need to fill his place with a similar player not to lose a huge strength but it isn't going to be easy. They scouted a player like Haaland before of course but we will see if they will be able to find a striker like him again. They have Moukoko in the squad though but he is still very young now. If Dortmund can't fill Haaland's place strongly, they can have a more difficult season next time.
Losing haalaand may not be what dortmund wants at this time, but the strong desire of haalaand and also a big money offer from City is of course difficult to refuse dortmund, every season dortmund will always sell their star players to other teams because maybe money more attracts  rather than team achievements for them, Lewandowski, Aubameyang and Sancho are examples of players who have made a lot of money for Dortmund and oddly enough for some reason they can always bring in a new star player every season after their star player leaves.

Dortmund's goal has never been to win a Bundesliga title. They make talented star players and make money by selling them. This is their business.  By selling Haaland, I don't think Dortmund will suffer a loss. Since they have no hope of winning the title, being in the top 4 of the points table is enough for them. And in addition to Haaland there are enough talented players in their squad.

LOL, yet another guy that obviously doesn't follow German media and is without any clue of German football.
Yeah dortmund doesn't want to win, thats why they change the coach yet again.

I disagree with everyone that thinks a team like Dortmund do not want to win the league they have been trying for a very long time. They do not want to sell their best players but they have to sell them because they will lose them on a free transfer if they did not. The Haaland money they receive can be used to get 3/4 more players that could make it possible to challenge Bayern Munich. Haaland would have never stayed at Dortmund for long they provided him the spotlight for a couple of years but they never would have kept him longer it is not because they wanted to lose him it is the player that wants to go to a better team. I think Dortmund will be challenging for the title regularly soon but they need to reinvest the money wisely.
Isn't that their only goal? what I mean is when they really want to compete they know they need a huge amount of money there but it's still a small chance of winning the title there and they don't want to do something that's a really low chance so they do the second option by making the players star there and sell for a fairly high price.
This case is repeated every year, maybe even in the last few years how many star players were sold at high prices and made their finances increase.

Thats not true , they try to win the title of the german league every season but they got and have no luck with that the last years.
They have done some star players the last years but now its time that they keep there players and get some titles.
I think its possible they can make it the coming season very hard for Bayern Munich as they have a good team already now.

Every team always have target for winning domestic league and I disagree with any opinion if Dortmund not try for winning Bundesliga trophy, I think Dortmund have bad reputation with player transfer, every time window transfer always sell their star player to Bayern Munich as rival on Bundesliga. I think really bad if want to get Bundesliga trophy never give chance for rival get their player. I think good decision this time not selling Haaland to Bayern Munich and Dortmund have chance how can win trophy next season.

But eventually, Dortmund is going to have to create an environment where better players will want to stay. Otherwise, the same thing is going to happen over and over again.

I also do not believe that Dortmund does not want to win the Bundesliga title, but if they cannot create an environment where better players want to stay, and eventually they have to sell their best players to other teams and also to their rivals, I don't think they will ever be able to win the Bundesliga titles.

They got a good amount of money selling their best player again and now I think they are going to buy some more young players. I think when the players would have established themselves as good players they will also want to move to better teams eventually.

Yes, Dortmund doesn't seem to have a big target to win the title, because they are always satisfied with being a team that is in the top four. Right, I also realized about Dortmund who always have great players in the team and they have no problem when key players are leaving and Dortmund have never stopped him from leaving. For example, PSG can prevent Mbappe from leaving but at Dortmund, it seems that players still have the freedom to choose the team that interests them. So, the departure of Haaland is not a problem for Dortmund, because even though Dortmund are always competitors in the title race, Dortmund only needs to be in the top four and not to win the title.

No team wants to be a selling team they have been forced to sell their best players because Bayern Munich are years ahead of them just look at the league table for the last decade and it is easy to see who is dominant in German football. Klopp spoke out Bayern Munich buying the league when he was here and he was right. Dortmund get their players poached by better teams because they cannot compete with these teams on pay. The only way Dortmund get out of this habit is by winning more but that is hard when you keep getting forced to sell your players.
