He got appointed in a very delicate moment for Bayern Munchen. He is between two fires,if he does not manage to qualify against Manchester City which for me qualifying against them will be a very difficult task, beside that he got the management of the team right after they lost a game in a really bad way against Leverkussen and together with that they also lost the lead.Tuchel is a great coach and I like him for what he did in the previous teams he managed but I think he needs time before he harmonizes the team to a certain level that they are capable of fighting for the Bundesliga at least,Bayern also have high aims in the Champions now so he was a courageous man to accept the offer of Bayern Munchen.
I surely got a bad feeling about this Bundesliga season, I think that Bayern Munich will lose this season in the Bundesliga I think Bayern Munich shouldn't be quick in making a decision without any hesitation at all Julian Negelsmann has been in 10 years service with Bayern Munich and this is the 1st time Nagelsmann is a coach without Robert Lewandowski so this is kind of new to him all of his techniques revolves around Robert Lewandowski,
This change should make an impact in the Bundesliga from now on. Dortmund's job about winning the league title is much more difficult now. They should just hope that Tuchel needs to take his time for a little while to adapt. But like I said it might not take him long anyway. Just as he managed Dortmund here he must be able to do the same with Bayern Munich as well.
The difference is that he is going to manage a much more disciplined and powerful team. Besides this team have much more different goals than Dortmund. Bayern Munich don't accept anything other than titles unlike Dortmund. Their vision is championships and I think Tuchel can do this job nicely as he isn't a loser.
Well the big impact in the Bundesliga really starts when two of the Bundesliga's prominent strikers leave Bundesliga and that is Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich and Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund, and they have changed a lot from Union Berlin getting the 1st spot at the beginning of the season, the dominant Bayern Munich is now a laughing stock for other teams while Dortmund is doing fine despite those injuries, for me this is really looking bad for Bayern Munich,
