Hertha Berlin's performance is not good this season. Their achievement is only 14 points in 15 matches. And their main weakness is their attack. And so if they want to stay safe from the relegation zone, they will definitely need to improve their attack. They need quite a few talented players. Hertha management is doing a lot to strengthen their squad. Hope they will be able to perform stably in the upcoming match.
I see normal things happening to this team this season because in reality they don't have a good attack in the match so it is very logical that the results so far are only 15th after having played 15 matches with a total of 14 points. I think they need to train their players to be better because no star players want to join the team if the team's performance is that bad, unless they want to buy expensive players who already have talent in attack.
Talking about attacking lines currently Hertha Berlin has Dodi Lukebakio on their forward lines i think he is one of the best attackers which Hertha Berlin has and he has scoring 7 goals on Bundesliga which is impressive records and indeed there was no big improvement for Hertha Berlin that they are still the team who familiar with relegation zone that since Felix Magath era until this season Hertha Berlin always be struggling to avoid that zone even because finish on 16th last season they were playing at playoff match against Hamburg SV and luckly Hertha Berlin can able to win the match and survive on Bundesliga

@rahmad2nd I personally believe that Dortmund will let him go only in the summer transfer window, because they need him currently but they also do realise that his head is already getting turned by the various offers he has received and it’s better to sell him before he puts in a transfer request.

Furthermore I strongly feel that Jude should not leave after seeing what happened to Sancho who has completely flopped, he should decide to stay back and develop further before leaving because he’s grown a lot and then there’s no guarantee too that he’ll always be in the playing 11 at a bigger club.

Rumor has it that Real Madrid are increasingly confident about getting the services of this Borrusia Dortmund midfielder. assuming, that Madrid is the best place for young talent in Europe. when it comes to his future, Bellingham could make his decision this week. the reason is, the Dortmund Director has called him to meet regarding his future.

Liverpool and Real Madrid are at the forefront, among other clubs waiting for the services of the Dortmund midfielder. Bellingham is selling well this summer following his appearance for England at the 2022 world cup Qatar. Dortmund are reportedly willing to let him go, but they want clarification from Jude Bellingham.
on the other hand, according to a report by Foodball Insider, Bellingham's father reportedly directed his son to join Liverpool. he considered that moving to Liverpool was the best option. and I think we have to separate him from Sancho, because after all the Clubs they go to are different.

As for Dortmund, like it or not if Bellingam is willing to leave this January. Dortmund must prepare another midfielder, and hold Moukoko at least until the end of this season. because after all, Dortmund has a busy schedule of matches. moreover, Dormund is targeting to finish in the top four of the Bundesliga.

Leipzig team in my opinion is the most threatning at the moment for bayern they have been in a great shape lately with the consecutive wins and they have their next game against bayern if they managed to win, that will make them three point away from the leader and the bundesliga might become interesting.

If you look at RB Leipzig's track record this season, I am quite impressed with their slick performance. So far they have performed pretty well, and have managed to occupy 3rd place in the standings. RB leipzig, has an interesting record with no defeats in 15 matches in all competitions. however, I do not agree that Leipzig is the team that most threatens Bayern Munich's dominance. I think Bayern Munich is still too tough for its opponents in the Bundesliga.

The second half of the Bundesliga season will be rolled out again soon, and Leipzig has a scheduled match against Bayern Munich at the Red Bull Arena, their own headquarters. a difficult match for Leipzig, even though they are playing at home Munich are giants in the Bundesliga. and even without Sadio Mane, Bayern Munich is still a tough team for Leipzig to beat. I'm quite optimistic, Leipzig can finish in 2nd place until the end of this season. however, Marco Rose's troops will not be able to break Bayern Munich's dominance.
From all this I think that Leipzig is very good, and they have very good players and they are understanding each other at the foot of the letter, that is something enviable for many, but I think that Bayern is BAYERN, now at least they have to show great football, Bayern has a commitment to win or win, all the players have that as a premise, so they can hardly not have that idea, yes, Leipzig is a team and they have a lot of conviction to do things well, no It is a threat to Bayern, well at least I don't see it that way, but you also have to consider the issue of the "Surprise", after what happened in Qatar with world football, because anything is possible.

His comeback meant nothing for sure. Dortmund will be losing more players. Jude bellingham and moukoko will not continue its career in the dortmund. I thought that the position of dortmund will always be the same. Dortmund is much more focusing to selling the players rather than try to win the trophy. I think that dortmund didn't care so much about that as long as it can still develop the new players and dortmund will not be trying so hard to win the trophy.
That's why bayern was always dominating the league since a long time ago. Bayern have so many competitors that have business oriented
If Dortmund loses a lot of players, it will not be a problem because Dortmund's goal appears to be to score the best players and be bought by a big club. Dortmund may already realize that the player selling business is very profitable, so Dortmund is not too concerned about losing a lot of players because they managed to make a lot of money from the sale.
I wonder, did they not think about what the future would look like? I totally agree in saying that Borussia Dortmund is a very good team to produce quality players. But will they always do this, which in my opinion is detrimental to their team solidity. Indeed, financially they get multiple profits from every player they manage to create and then sell. But they also have to maintain the balance within the team as best they can, so they can get titles to present to their fans. If they can change their strategy in doing business, then I really believe they will be able to become a team that is on the same level as Bayern Munich.

I tend to lean towards that reaction to Dortmund's business model being that, but I keep wondering if it's better to do that or try to win the local league or even the UCL? The UCL is the one that gives a club a lot of prestige, and it makes many players have more benefits because they can be more coveted by other clubs since they are champions, in part I understand very well that the classic players who have come out of there like Lewa , Haaland are very handsome and apart from that they are quite famous, and that is a guaranteed success, but the club? the club makes money and does a lot of things, but it's difficult to train players with a very high quality.

Borussia Dortmund reveal Youssoufa Moukoko contract stance amid Chelsea transfer interest

Quote
Chelsea could sign their dream signing for free this month as they look to convince Borussia Dortmund starlet Youssoufa Moukoko to join them. The 18-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and can now negotiate a pre-contract for the summer with Todd Boehly hopeful of landing the striker as part of his ever-growing portfolio of talent.

The Blues have made made quite a start to securing some of the best young players around having committed to a potential £40million outlay on Cesare Casadei and Carney Chukwuemeka over the summer. Omari Hutchinson also chose to join from Arsenal.

Daley Blind joins FC Bayern. He is currently without a club, his contract with Ajax Amsterdam was terminated after Christmas. Now he is on his way to Munich. A contract until the end of the season plus a 12-month extension as an option should be there. Reason for this decision is that Lucas Hernandez is injured. He had injured himself at the World Cup in Qatar and is out for a longer time.

During several seasons in Ajax uniforms, his appearance record was not much, Daley Blind rarely play with Ajax.
To be honest, Lucas Hernandez doesn't seem to play a very important role in Bayern's defense.  it can be seen that since the beginning of the season, Hernandez has only played 7 Bundesliga match, so maybe Daley Blind's arrival won't bring any special big changes for the Bayern defense.

Hertha is having a very bad performance. It was even losing against fVb which is also having the worst performance like hertha berlin. Hertha will always stay at the bottom with the current performance. I think that people know that so well how bad hertha right now. It seems like that hertha will stay at the bottom until the end of season.Hertha berlin has not yet entered into the relegation zone but the gap with VfB and bochum was very small at this moment. There's no reason to lose in the upcoming game. Hertha must stay above the relegation zone .

But Daley Blind is very happy to join Bayern Munich, even though his role will be as a back-up to Lucas Hernandez who is sure he can still play football in European clubs. Granted, I haven't paid much attention to Daley Blind this season and don't know if there is any news that Ajax has terminated his contract, but so far he will feel very comfortable in his new home with Bayern Munich.
Yes, of course he would love to join Bayern Munich because Bayern Munich is a tough team. He must be able to compete for the main place in the squad, I think if he is able to show the best of his game then Bayern Munich themselves will be able to look at him more or even be offered a new contract. It would be difficult to do that, but if he could really do it, then nothing would be impossible.

The problem with Dortmund is that they don't want to get out of their comfort zone.
They could actually do something like this too but maybe there is a condition where they are very risky and have to spend a lot of money when they try to compete with Bayern in the Bundesliga and they don't want that so they stay in their comfort zone by continuing to use young talented players they are an asset to benefit the club when they are sold and I personally don't really like this kind of condition even though maybe this is for the benefit of the club but as fans maybe we want the best for the club especially in terms of trophies.
Dortmund has been doing business like that for a long time. if they don't sell some of the good players they have, of course competing with Munich for the Bundesliga trophy is very possible.
at least Dortmund is always reckoned at the top of the Bundesliga standings. their performance has had its ups and downs, but they have always been able to overcome problems to finish at the top of the standings. even though they didn't win.

Blind is a good choice for Bayern because his ability is verified through his career. In World Cup 2022, Blind played very good too. He performed well with Netherlands in defense and even scored goal for Dutch team too.

With Blind, Bayern will have a good defender with lot of experience to play at top levels. From Ereverside to Premier League, Euro and World Cup tournaments.

The problem with Dortmund is that they don't want to get out of their comfort zone.

Dortmund prioritize their finance to enrich their club than to get more trophies. Maybe they feel that Bayern are too strong and they can not beat Bayern in most of seasons. If you watched Dortmund long enough, they did have some good season and tried a lot but mostly were not able to beat Bayern.

It could make them disappointed and felt tired with the imbalance race with Bayern so they gave up and prioritized finance mostly.

Actually there are teams that see this important but still being a very successful team at the same time. Teams like Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are caring about signing skilled young players a lot for example. They are successful teams at the same time. They can make two things happen at the same time. But it isn't the same for Dortmund of course.

They can at least give it a chance but they are just focusing on making money in selling players instead. This is disappointing for the fans as well surely because they know the potential of their team. It has been so many years since the last time they won the Bundesliga title.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Blind and Ajax as he actually has a few months remaining on his contract but seeing Blind's tweets it becomes a question of the heartache he felt at having to leave the club.
On the other hand this was also an advantage for Bayern as he was brought in for free and it is also reported that Daley Blind turned down two proposals from a La Liga club and a club from the Belgian league.

Age does not determine achievement, but is one of the most essential and indispensable needs to grow. Bayern Munich emanated just 9 years before the existence of Borussia Dortmund, but it is a crying shame to see that Bayern Munich has achieved about 32 Bundesliga championship titles, and no club has been able to win even 7 of it when there are clubs that emanated since 1892, 1893, 1904, what were all these clubs doing. The weirdest of all is Borussia Dortmund who seems to have little or no interest in trophies but is bent on trading with players. I wonder what joy they derive in seeing one club dominate a league for more than a century
The seriousness of Bayern Munich's management to continue to achieve achievements is the basic foundation of why we see them at their current level. Coupled with their ability financially, it helped them a lot to be the best in this Bundesliga. What we see from other teams, is at Bayern Munich.
They have a solid team for progress, they also always prioritize achievements in any competition, it's just that for other competitions there are still better teams than them.

Many clubs simply sell their prospects to generate financial returns because they cannot compete with Bayern Munich financially. German clubs will stay the same as long as there are many fans and television contracts in other parts of the world. It is unfortunate that the most prominent football league in Germany is behind La Liga and the English Premier, despite the country being a larger economy than Spain and England.

One way to get these clubs to improve is to see a significant drop in Bundesliga viewers. They can offer ownership to entrepreneurs from other countries as a strategy to increase spending budget.

Without any doubt Hertha Berlin needs to improve their weak points because now we have two weeks left in start of league and their first match is against Bochum which is having good end before this break and beat Union Berlin and Mönchengladbach which give them good confidence and now if they are able to beat Hertha Berlin then surely they could be out of the relegation jail and Hertha Berlin will be in this prison which can create problems for them because after break they have few challenging matches which can change their fortune and bring them into trouble here improvement of attack is must for them which will increase their chance of having better spot and security of staying into Bundesliga for next season as well.

They have the same score as Stuttgart in the relegation zone.  So they are holding on in the league with average for now.  I think 14 points in 15 games is not enough, but I'm sure they will try.  They have to lose less points.  Now they aim to stay in the league and I think they will work hard for it.  They need to use the intermediate transfer period in the most efficient way.

But I agree with @blue Snow that it is probably going to be a little problematic because you know, football is a physical game. He will have to be in contact with many players and also run all the time. I hope that does not cause any problems for him. Again if he is 100% sure to play and also hundred percent fit to play he should still be monitored carefully and closely. Moukoko will be sold if Dortmund gets a good enough offer.
if not bad or just a small bump, maybe Haller will join soon to the squad, I heard news yesterday that he started training with the team. Sure, if many players are injured or gone, that will be reduce the peformance, I hope the official thinking carefully before make decision. Moukoko is future, if they sell it to Chelsea or Barcelona I'm really sure Dortmund will be regret. Just make sure to do whatever he wants, For example, by increasing the salary and subsidy, so that he feels comfortable and wants to extend the contract before finish in 2023.

Borrussia Dortmund's style of business is different from Bayern Munich, where they are a club that has a large finances, besides that, Munich has fanatical fans, namely Die Bayern. therefore, Munich has financial sources from various parties. different from Dortmund which does not rely too much on sponsors and ticket sales.

They are more focused on scoring new stars, then they sell at very high prices. I'm sure Dortmund have prepared another young player to replace Jude Bellingham if he leaves in January or maybe in the next summer transfer window. but not for Moukoko, at least Dortmund will maintain it until this season ends because they still have tough matches in the Champions League and are targeting to finish in the top four of the Bundesliga.

So, don't expect much from Dortmund to be serious in competing to become champions at any level of competition. the most important thing for Dortmund's management, they still exist in the top four of the Bundesliga and continue to compete in the Champions League. and if in the end Bellingam and Moukoko leave, Dortmund will reap the benefits again this season.

Berlin has been doing so well since early season. I think that berlin's performance averagely good caused by berlin has been making win streak since early of season and berlin has been even leading the league for a few weeks until bayern has been coming again to take the first spot of bundesliga. it seems like that if bayern has been trying so hard to take the trophy again despite the fact that bayern's performance has been struggling since early of season. it seems like that bayern is going to dominate the bundesliga again until the end of season.
The main problem that must be fixed is berlin has weak mentality
