Sometimes these players may not be really too old, those in their early thirties can always be of an advantage to the team in terms of experience, distribute to the team from their wealth of experience how well to stay in charge of games especially old midfielders, they usually have that exceptional control which gives their team an edge over others most times both in country games and in club side games.
